Heather in Orthodontics is just an arrogant individual. I am always respectful until you’re not. I definitely didn’t allow her to speak to me like I was gum on the bottom of her shoe. She has not showed any adequate customer service in any of my experiences with her. Not via phone or in person. She talks over you and she interrupts you when you have a question. Also, she acts like you can’t ask a question about scheduling options. It’s one thing to provide quality customer service explanations and another to act like you’re bothering her and she is moving mountains to schedule you. Just plain rude. I even witnessed her talking bad to a student. I’m not surprised by this behavior. Clearly, someone needs to be checking if their staff is treating patients with respect and of course we go to appointments because of the dentists but the front desk ruins that experience.

The people answering the phone are disrespectful, and they assign student dentists that you do not like.First visit was great. Second visit , they passed me off to someone else without telling me. When I complained, they assumed I was the problem. I met with the manager to discuss the problem, and she listened and said she understands, and agrees they should not have done that.Six months later they did it again, and argued with me about it. The rude lady on the phone told me I have no choice. She said the whole purpose is to satisfy her students needs. My needs do not matter When I told her these are my teeth, and Im not a product to just satisfy her needs, she hung up on me.

Dr Dang was a student. He was nice and pleasant. He was very concerned for my pain levels. I had 3 teeth extracted and he did an amazing job. Very cost efficient as well.

Very professional and extremely modern equipment. On my first visit, all they did was x-rays but I got a full set plus a panoramic. Havent gotten a bill yet, but so far Im extremely impressed. If you go here though, remember it is a teaching school, the dentists and techs will be VERY YOUNG, and your visit will probably take 3 hrs or more, because the teachers are right there as the student dentists are learning on you, but the quality of care and the (anticipated) cost are well worth it.

Chaz bauer and will did a great job to day didnt feel anything. The only part I had a issue with was I had alot of saliva and numbing meds in the back of my throat and I had to tell them to suck the saliva that was in my throat

I called an emergency dentist Sunday and she told me to come in Tuesday. I came to the dentist with serious chest pain and nausea from an absess. They told me I dont have an appointment when I got here. I told them I am certain I have a life threatening condition (sepsis) and feel like Im gonna pass out in the lobby. They didnt care.. Guess I gotta go to the emergency room..

The dentist are nice but the excessive trips to Creighton is over bearing and expensive. I live so far from Omaha and I dont think I can get my tooth finished because it will be the 4th trip there. I dont understand why Nebraska is like that. Im from Iowa and I can get a root canal done in 1.5 hours. It took 5 different Drs in Nebraska to figure out who could do my tooth. In Iowa, where Im from, it took one Dr to look and schedule an appointment with a Dr who can do root canals. That same week, I had my root canal finished. Nebraskas medical is some of the worse I have ever seen. Really unfortunate. Im going to have to move to another state that offers better medical.

They are great if you dont have any insurance. The whole process takes a while because its a learning institution and you get great dental care. I would have to caution you that if you do have dental insurance their insurance department are absolutely atrocious. I have had to call at least six different times because they refuse to send the claim to my insurance. Ive gone as far as having my insurance company call them to have them send the appropriate information. And now I just received a notice from my insurance company saying that they left out critical information so that they cant actually process the claim. If you have dental insurance dont go here PERIOD

I have had wonderful experiences with staff in the clinic and the people who worked on my teeth, but the phone line workers are often rude, and give off a vibe that they have better things to do.

My student was okay, but he did impressions of my teeth with this stuff like glue and put too much on and I gagged and almost choked to death and spit the stuff up everywhere. What bothered me most though was he cleaned my teeth on one side of my mouth and scheduled me to do the other side and then called me a few weeks later and told me that he cant work on me anymore that they were basically kicking me to the curb so to speak. I thought that was very tacky and unprofessional. They didnt even clean the other side of my teeth. I really believe that they thought that i wouldnt be able to afford the work required or that I would skip out on my bill so once again, its all about money.

100 to be seen another 100 to be seen again still no work done.... in all 400$ plus before work is even started or done........ it cost 400 to have a real dentist do work and be done in 1 vist.... this place is a scam...... go to a real dentist.

I have been a patient here for about a year now. The students and board certified staff have gone above and beyond what any other dental clinic has ever done for me. They were very thorough, and informed be about all of my options. Although visits take a bit longer than a private practice visit, the quality and nature of care is unmatched. Love this place. Affordable and quality healthcare!

Wonderful experience. Student K. Bottros is a superstar future DDS and the supporting staff is super knowledgeable. I had a very messed up case and they helped me fix everything at 1/3 of the cost others would charge. Ask for K. Bottros if you are going to the clinic. You wont be disappointed.

The receptionist scheduled me for the wrong day. She scheduled me for the same day and i clearly stated the day after several times. I came in on the time we agreed on and they told me i was supposed to be here the day before. My mouth really hurts and i havent had time to do this again. Then i got a letter saying that if i missed anymore appointments, id be banned feom the clinic. Im

Creighton dental is very professional students making the experience great. though there are alot of visits and the visits are at least 2 hours and its woththe wait to get in but the prices make it worth the wait. they do a professioal job.

The building renovation was a great effort, but people need to be renovated as well: the administrative area has some ugly spots with people who really dont care patients. They are not customer oriented. they just go to get their check every 2 weeks. They really dont care patients needs. I have a bill which supposedly was sent to the insurance company three months ago, and they have no made it. If you ask the person in charge of that claim (Monica), she always will give you a different version. Its simply incredible! After four months, never the claim was submited to the dental insurance company. Patients need to check her job. I had to submit the claim by myself after four months!!!!!! This lady has a different version each time you request a follow up about your case. Why they have to lie? Why? Why dont do her job? Its so simple! However, I have to tell that my current student (Mandy) is very compassionate and empathetic with my problem, and my case. Good person!

Got a letter today stating that I am not welcome back because I missed my appointment because apparently their time is valuable. However I tried calling 24 hours in advanced to reschedule do me not being able to get the day free. Sat on hold for 45 minutes trying to reschedule. Nobody answered after that and I did not have enough free time during work to sit on hold for another 45 minutes or maybe even longer. Took me sitting on hold for 30 minutes to make appointment in the first place. Guess what???? My time is valuable too and I dont appreciate having to spend hours on the phone on hold just to have you guys reject my business. Anybody thinking of trying to save a few bucks by going here dont waste your time.

I am terrified of the dentist. It always causes me a lot of anxiety, but my student Doctor Mohammed reassured me that everything would be okay. I felt no pain and was so at ease I feel asleep! Lol

I went there one time for examination. They took the x-ray and I was waiting for more than half an hour for the doctor to come and explain what is wrong with my teeth. After a long waiting, a nurse came and took me to cashier. I asked, well, no one wanna explains whats wrong with my teeth? she said it is just an examination to see if the students can do your teeth work. We will give you a plan next time.Oh my God! that time the clinic summer vacation was about to start and I couldnt have any appointment for one month. I just saw a paper that they marked something on it, so I was very worried about my teeth. I couldnt wait for one month, so i went to a clinic.I generally wouldnt recommend it, the Dr who took the x-ray didnt say anything and just said Ok, wait until I process the images and he didnt come back at all!! I was really shocked in my 1st appointment, so I didnt go back there. I expect my dentist to explain everything to me even in the first appointment.

Its a very interesting place that is much different than any other dental clinic because of its one very large room with more than 100 other patients in dental chairs.Pros: Cost. Nobody will try to oversell services.Cons: Each visit takes a long time and it usually requires three visits before you can have your teeth cleaned. The first visit will only include x-rays. The 2nd visit will be to check the teeth and measure the gums and a consultation.Summary: If you need more than just a check-up, you can save a lot of money by coming here. However, you will need to spend a lot of time here.

Will never get treatment done here again. Rude people. No consideration for people with physical disabilities.

Just like every other dental office.... Its about extracting as much $$$$ from you as possible.Ive had $120 worth of X-rays performed at two other offices WITHIN THE MONTH OF THE ORIGINAL APPT and asked that they use those xrays....they didnt. They instead took new ones ANYWAY and charged me all over again. ( I did raise that concern while I was in the chair.....the dentist got huffy and said well if you want those X-rays you are welcome to leave and go get them.... ) THAT STEP WAS NOT INDICATED ON YOUR FORMS, I took a day off work to drive downtown to be told to take a hike.Since when has PHYSICALLY picking up X-rays been a thing?? Email? Fax?If you need a root canal and you dont have insurance this place will need at least $60 for your first visit....an additional $60 for the following visit....and at least $400 upfront before they will perform the root canal.
