I started attending Midwest Dental assisting school in February. I had Jessica as my instructor and she was great! The program also flies by really fast!

Completed my Dental Assisting program here with the help of a great Instructor and staff. Everyone was very helpful. Got great experience in a clinical setting. The school could use updated tools and machines just to make the learning experience a little bit more smooth and easy. Overall a very pleasant experience and thankful for everbody.

Perfect place to learn the basics of dental assisting! 15 week course and I got hired 1 month before I was done with school!

My teacher Jessica was amazing! It was her first time having a class and it did not show at all! She was very prepared and cared for all of her students equally. She would answer any question we have!I would say the school is much pricier than others such as Heartland.

The program was fast and easy to get through! I found a job right before finishing it!

Hi I recently graduated from Midwest dental assisting school. I couldnt have picked a better place to teach me about the field. I had the best teacher to teach me Brinda Holt! it was a overall wonderful experience being in her class she also found me a job. I would recommend this school to anyone whos interested in the field!

Was referred here by a fellow coworker and I would for sure recommend! My instructor was Maria and she did a fantastic job answering any questions my class or I had. The curriculum covered a very wide range of things that a beginner dental assistant would need! 15 weeks flew by(:

Teachers are nice but the overall company steals $6,500 from you for a piece of paper that says congratulations. You don’t even become a certified dental assistant or anything special. You can literally sign up to become X-ray certified by yourself through Creighton or UNMC and it’d be cheaper with the same outcome.The staff also ASKS their students for reviews because they know the school is a scam.

I started this course in April amidst COVID-19, we had to begin class on Zoom and it was an easy transition back to the classroom/labs. I had Rosa as my instructor, she has years of experience and was super helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be around. She made the last 3.5 months go by so fast! I loved the small class size, there were 3 other girls + myself which made it easy to get 1-1 attention. Can’t wait to start my new career!

Instructor was very helpful. Classes was short and only 15 weeks long. Worked perfect for working and family hours. Highly recommend this school for starting your new career in Dentistry!

So happy I decided to go with Midwest Dental Assistant school! I think the curriculum and teaching was very thorough and taught me a lot for the short amount of time we had class. I loved the hands on teaching as well! Very happy with the outcome!

I had Brinda Holt as my instructor, and my experience surpassed anything I was hoping to achieve. Because of her, I was employed at my dream job and feel confident as a dental assistant. She was so supportive in class, and we were all sad to leave by the end of it. Shes an amazing coordinator and her experience in the dental world is so apparent and she will help you any way she can. If youre considering going her- you should. This was such a wonderful time and I will truly miss Thursdays with Brinda.

We were able to snag a student that had recently finished her program through Midwest Dental Assistants School and she is AMAZING!! Scarlett has been a great addition to our team, she is always willing to jump in and help with patients and she was quick to get her xray certification even with the COVID-19 delay. Thank you for providing a good training and education to your students. When we are looking for another assistant, I will for sure give Joyce a call to get one of her students!

I loved the program! I had a baby, worked 2 jobs and still was able to complete the program. It took me a little longer then expected to complete but that was acceptable. I loved the hands on training and flexibility that the school offers. I got hired when I still had 2 weeks of clinicals left, I worked successfully as a dental assistant for a couple years, I also took their office administration course so I could work more in the front. Now I am an office manager! Awesome school staff, awesome school structure. LOVE IT!

I am very grateful for the opportunity I was given to become trained as a dental assistant 5 years ago. I never thought about working in dentistry prior to meeting Kori, and honestly, I thought to myself that the school would be fast, easy, inexpensive training for a career and that was a big part of why I signed up. The school was still relatively new at that time and the stuff presented in class was not as thorough as I felt it should have been, however there have been improvements in the curriculum since then. Nearly all of the training and skills were learned on the job. I worked as a sterile tech the entire time I was in school. Now, I am one of the senior staff members and now I have the privilege of providing some of the hands on training for the students. I could not be happier than I am now, doing something that I absolutely love along side a really great bunch of Doctors.In the end it comes down to this- you go at your own pace. Take things as slow or quick as you have to. You will only get out of it what you put into it. In my opinion, this is not a career for those that cannot step up to the plate and take responsibility for themselves and others. After all, the Assistants are the backbone of the practice. We are professionals and held to high standards and expectations every single day. I love what I do and I love the Doctors I work with and my coworkers.OK- done with my ramble- Midwest is a great place to start a rewarding career. :-)

Worst timing with COVID but had a good experience with Maria our teacher! Love her!

Midwest Dental is a great program! They schedule class once a week/3 hrs a day. I finished my clinical hrs within 3 months working a full time job and got hired immediately once I was done. I have been loving my job ever since and encourage others to take the program because it is definitely an amazing career to get into.

The program in Kansas City/Prairie Village is awesome. Educated, experienced Instructors that really care about your success.Almost all the students have jobs before class is completed. Very helpful and feels like family.I 100%recommend this School to anyone wanting to get a good education in Dental Assisting.

My name is Jentri, and I recently just graduated from this program in Kansas City and I couldnt be more happy with the career path Ive chosen, all thanks to Midwest Dental Assist. school. The well educated instructors here make sure to go above and beyond to help you learn all you need to know, and then some. They make sure youre comfortable and understand completely by one-on-one training, and truly care about you and your success unlike any other school where youd be in a class with hundreds of other students. Not only are you placed in an office doing hands-on work and shadowing other assistants immediately, but youre most likely guaranteed a Dental Asst. position BEFORE youre done with school. I recommend this program to anyone, and I wouldnt be as successful as I am today without it.

I absolutely loved everything about this school, from the price to the hands on clinicals. I have a very busy life and this school worked very well with my schedule. I highly recommend Maria as another teacher she had an amazing personality and I felt like she could relate to everyone in the class and I felt like she was very helpful. I loved this program! At an affordable price I got all the training I needed to jump into an office and know just enough to know what I am doing. Hours were completely flexible and the instructor and coordinator were completely amazing!

Midwest Dental School was a perfect fit for my busy schedule. I excelled in the small classroom setting with the vocational style of hands on learning. The teachers were patient and accomodating in explaining the procedures of Dental Assisting. I feel this was a great choice to further my career path.

Midwest Dental is an amazing school. The instructors providing the education are wonderful. Class is once a week for 3 hours which isnt bad for those who have busy schedules. Very grateful that MDAS was brought to Utah.

Amazing teachers they really take the time to explain things and i was very much prepared afterwards. they also have great hours for people who want to work full time as well as go to school. I would recommend to any one looking to go into this field.

I think that the training provided by the Midwest Dental Assistant School issubstandard. As a dentist in Omaha for 45years, Ive provided clinical experience for a lot of assistants from local schools. Assistants from Metro and Iowa Western are the best-trained. My experience with two assistant trainees from Midwest D.A. led me to believe that they were very unprepared, and their tuition was extremely high for the value they received.

I am thankful for the opportunity of coming to this school it is amazing, hours are so flexible, the instructors are very nice and amazing to work with! If your looking to get into school and jump right into a career this is the school, amazing Im telling you!!

I attended MDAS about 4 years ago. Now, I am a fulltime hardworking dental assistant and I love it! I wouldnt have wanted to go through any other program because this one was so advanced and i got a job so quickly. GO TO THIS SCHOOL IF YOU WANT TO BE A DENTAL ASSISTANT!
