Jason at Gruv Studio has been a an awesome drum teacher for our son. Very patient. Super skilled musician. Makes it fun. My son loves it!

Jason is a great drum teacher. My son is 9 and had started with another drum teacher before we found Jason. Jason helped my son transition well and my son is absolutely loving taking drum lessons with Jason. I would definitely recommend Gruv Studio for drum lessons!

We live in a small Iowa town an hour north of Omaha. Our daughter is a beginner. She has been taking lessons at Gruv Studio since March 2018. With every lesson she attends shes becoming more and more confident. From a basic beat to what shes playing now is not only a great accomplishment but also having fun while shes learning. Jason has a great quality on how to tailor to each individual. Whether its marching band, group lessons, or you just want to learn, hes the man for the job. Jason is a master drummer and a great teacher. Very nice and accommodating. He teaches my 6 year old son who initially did not want to take lessons. He makes the lessons fun and easily accessible for his age group and now my son is always looking forward lessons. I also take drum lessons from Jason and these lessons have been instrumental in getting over the many humps Ive encountered during my progression. There is only so much You tube can do for you! In my opinion 30 minutes with Jason equals ten hours on You tube and there is no better way to take your playing to the next level.
