Honestly an amazing place to learn. Linda is great and has so much experience to offer any level of rider. Having been in the horse riding world for so long her knowledge and patience has been truly helpful! The atmosphere is very laid back and everyone is so nice!

There is no other place or person I would want my daughter to train. Her knowledge, experience and passion for horses and her riders is immeasurable. I wish we would have found her a long time ago. Linda is such a blessing.

Linda is the best. She is consistent, organized, intentional, direct, zero drama, fair, and loving. She has been instilling confidence in our family in the horse barn since day one. Safety is a huge priority to her. My kids adore her and we have definitly found a home at Prarie Gem. After lots of nonsense in other barn experiences she is a breath of fresh air.

I have spent the last 19 years at this stable with many different horses over the years. The kindness of the owner is uncanny and the way they treat not just my horses, but all horses is incredible. The lesson program is top notch and when I began riding there in 1999 I had no idea I would be transformed into a multi-National Champion. It is a great stable to learn how to ride horses and if you want to pursue competing, there are horses available to lease as well as a show program to continue developing and tune your riding skills. The prices are very fair and I’ve never had any complaints.

I do believe the trainer I worked was very good. However when you decide to leave and go to another stable, their tune changes. I felt like the friendship I had developed with the owners meant nothing when I had to leave. I asked questions about where my horse was with their trainer and I felt like I was inconveniencing them. When I had a new trainer lined up at the new stable and asked if she could come out and see where my horse was with their trainer, I was told they dont allow that. My feeling were hurt by the way I was treated at the end.

I have always been treated like family. When I am struggling, my needs are always met. I am pushed to be a better person and a better rider. I am pushed out of my comfort zone, but not so far as to where I feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

I love going there to see all of the horses and riding. Linda is a great trainer she makes me feel like it is my hose letting me do almost everything I love that place

In response to evilmushroomsx review, this man was at our barn one time, as the boyfriend of one of our students. His appearance was scary as he had lots of earring piercings, tattoos, chains and an evil looking t-shirt. My husband met him and in the conversation, he asked this man if he was a satanist, and told him that we didnt allow that kind of appearance. We are a family friendly riding and training center, with lots of children and very nice adults who would not be very comfortable around this person. We didnt tell him to leave, just said he couldnt dress like that. That was about 4 years ago, and didnt post his comments until I made a Christian statement on Facebook. Our mission is to provide a non drama, safe and fun environment for riders of all ages, as they enjoy learning to ride. Offending people is not what we aim to do but keeping our place enjoyable is important to all of us.

Very rude. My first day there I was asked if I am a Satan worshipper. Because I wore a rob zombie tshirt. Not to mention it looked tacky there.
