They took payment for a package that included a cap and gown on 3/6 in the store, then on 4/28 sent me an email saying it was not included in my package. I went immediately up there and the owner Reid could not find my original paperwork showing this and basically said I was wrong and lying. Then told me it would be $76 for a cap and gown. I said no I already paid for it. I went home found the receipt and took back up there the next day, they took a copy, and I asked the owner to call and confirm and apologize. The next day a young lady called to say they would take care of it. I called again last weds 5/12 to f/u as we still do not have, the lady on the phone was again trying to tell me I did not order one. Then a guy offered one double my sons size. Here we are a less than a week and half from graduation(5/26) still with no cap and gown that was order 3/6. Worst customer service and they will not admit the mistake was made by them.

My mom and I went in to get my cap and gown for graduation. The owner, Reid was so kind and so friendly. He helped us get what we needed without trying to get us to buy anything extra! He was very personable and funny. Our experience was so positive nothing like the other reviews on here. So glad we went in today we had a great experience

We got our daughters letterman jacket here. They did a beautiful job, and they were genuinely excited for our daughter to get her jacket. They even offered to let me pick it up on a day they werent open so that she could have it sooner. Well be returning to add chevrons and get a class ring. Great company, and really nice, friendly, helpful staff.

Rude, disorganized, collect funds, but do not follow through to get product. They will blame you for their poor business practices, talk in circles, and refer you to Jostens due to not keeping accurate records.

A HUGE thank you to Reid! My Daughter misplaced her tassel and graduation is tomorrow. I looked at ordering online, but even with next day shipping it wasnt guaranteed I would get it in time. Reid explained they were doing deliveries and to call before coming to the store, which I did and he thankfully opened up the store so I could get her tassel. So much better purchasing in the store rather than from an online site like Amazon. This location supports our school and when I arrived I saw the cap and gown orders, so I knew I was getting the right tassel and right color. This is such an important day for some students and I thank you Reid for helping to make it complete.

After reading the slew of negative reviews, I felt compelled to share an incredibly positive experience with Louis. I called to pay for Millard South (Go Patriots!) championship ring, and was met with incredible customer service from the beginning. Louis was kind, polite, and efficient in taking credit card payment over the phone, and finalizing the transaction. Nothing like any of the previous negative posts.

The staff in the store are often not very nice. But when I call on the phone they are so helpful and able to walk me through exactly what I need. I am working on getting my third kiddo graduated from high school and have had a few encounters with the staff. I think it really depends who you get and what time of the day it is.

My daughter and I went to School Traditions to order her cap and gown because we missed the order date at school. The 2 gentlemen that were here were very efficient and extremely polite, despise the fact that there were a lot of people waiting. I was apprehensive about ordering at the store, but once I got there, the customer service was out of this world! I have 2 more graduations to get through in Bellevue, and I cant wait to do business with School Traditions again!

I had to purchase traditional high school graduation announcements. They were very helpful on the phone. The only reason my review is 2 Stars is that 15 high school announcements cost $85. I had to pay $10 for a shipping and handling charge, which they said should have been a $15 s/h charge due to the cost of my order. Remember, this was nothing but 15 announcements that I picked up at the store that they had in their additional stock, nota special order. Sad that things are so overpriced and other options aren’t available. The staff was very helpful and pleasant though. They filled my order quickly. Just way overpriced and it was rediculous that I paid a $10 shipping for 15 cards and envelopes. I had no choice.

The worst run business Ive seen in a long time. They are living in the 80s. You cant order online or over the phone. You cant even call to ask questions because the phone has a continuous busy signal. We arrived to a double stacked parking lot which kept people from backing out. They only had 4 other customers in there but they share their parking lot with multiple businesses in the area. Someone walked in & asked who blocked them in. 3 EMPLOYEES STOPPED HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS. One of them was explaining whose car it was & the other 2 just stood there for a moment as if it would help.They need to learn what the Internet is. All they want to know is your height & weight! And of course what you want to buy. Huge waste of time. And they were out of a schools tassle. Seriously?! They should expect the school to be there for quite some time so they should have this stuff stocked.

These people are the RUDEST group of people I have EVER had to deal with. This is the first time I have ever even written a review but it is much needed. This is a time for students and parents to be happy, excited as they prepare to walk and get that much deserved diploma. HOWEVER there is a women there, DEE that wants to make that as difficult as she can, not only for the student but the parent as well. My daughter has went in to get her cap and gown 2 times to the actual location, one time for the pick up at school. Each time they turn her away, the first b/c they didnt have hers ordered. (Their error) the second after confirming that it is ok to pick up at the store, they RUDELY turned her away b/c she had a Soccer water bottle not turned in just yet. Something the school has informed us is not their place to do. THEY are NOT allowed to hold a student’s cap and gown for fines. The school deals with them before they are handed their diplomas. So she goes to the school today again, turns in the bottle and then is informed if there is an issue please call the school. So OF course she had ANOTHER issue. She again was told no she could not get her cap and gown, and to deal with it at the school. She continued to tell DEE that she had, DEE cut her off, and told her she could leave. All upset she called me, so I kept her on my phone and called from my desk phone where a young lady in the back got the phone to DEE. I was told I was wrong, that she cant get it there, I was told that this was NOT her issue that the school should be dealing with it. I was cut off numerous times as I was trying to make this THICK SKULLED women listen to what was going on, however she wouldnt let us get a word in. So after a 20 minute conversation my daughter called the school on her cell phone and handed the phone over to DEE. After confirming what we have been telling her she hung up and THREW my daughters cap and gown at her! THREW it at her! DEE was so disrespectful to not only my 18 year old daughter but to myself as well. A day she should remember with joy shell remember with anger for the way she was treated there at School Traditions. I think its time for her to get some MUCH needed customer service training or maybe retire from this position. She isnt an asset to the company at all!

First I would like to say that they are the rudest people (Dee, I believe was her name) I have ever came in contact with even the owner(never stated his name) was rude. They are this way because they know that they are the only store in Omaha that high schools can go to. They never cancelled an order after I called to have it cancelled back in December when my daughter transferred to a different school so when she tries to pick up her cap and gown the day before graduation they tell her that she had a balance and can’t get her stuff until it was paid. So I call when I get off and they say they have no documentation of me calling and cancelling the order in December and if it was after December 4th they can’t cancel, well who fault is that that I wasn’t told that?!?! But they did have documentation of my daughter calling in March to confirm what I was told. I haven’t received one phone call or mail correspondence from them and had he nerve to say “well maybe your daughter threw it away” Now why the hell would she do that?!? I have already paid $40 and that was for her cap & gown but they’re trying to say that the cap and gown is not $40. Why would I pay for some announcements the day before graduation just get a cap & gown I already paid for. They have the worst customer service ever and from the looks of their reviews, I’m not the only person that thinks so. So basically I was called a liar because there was no documentation that I called in December and there was no trying to rectify the situation it was there way or no. Basically their word against mine.
