Store was quiet. Seemed well stocked. Not much staff around to help with finding supplies & answering questions. Otherwise ok.

Nice computer desk, chairs, ink & paper for my printer

Manager Ryan Like discriminated against my beliefs as a Christian and refused to let me purchase toilet paper and notebooks. I’ve used this Office Depot for years. Never once had an issue until I dealt with this guy. He also told cashiers to not service me without giving them a reason.I’m a law-abiding citizen, small business owner, and devout Christian.Unbelievable the discrimination that people and companies are allowing. He even stood in front of me and mocked me for my beliefs. Ridiculous.

I’ve been in the store for almost an half an hour to get a resume printed for my first in person interview in almost a month. I sent my document as few hours ago so I could just pop in get it printed and head down town. Got to Office Depot 90 before my interview and am now having to rush due to printers not working in the self print area, and a few people in line. But as we wait here for the one printer to restart to see if it will work. We ask if we can print on the printers in the print center and we’re told no..... what amazing customer service.It kind of looks like they are closing lots of empty shelves, half empty desk and chair area, huge store and only three workers but can’t find time to greet nor help the 6 customers in the store. Amazing just amazing.

Their online process was very unorganized. I ordered a small item online for 1hr curbside pickup from this store. I was not notified until the hour was up that they in fact were out of stock on that item. I then ordered the item for the 1hr curbside pickup from a store farther away. This time they had my order ready within 20 minutes, but when I arrived I parked where I was told to park and checked in. I waited and waited but no one brought the items out. I tried calling the store as I had my small children with me, but there was no way to get ahold of anyone. I ended up just running inside. My items were on a self for normal online order pickups. I grabbed my things and left. If curbside pickup is offered this really needs to happen or there needs to be a better check-in system. This whole thing from the first store and their poor inventory tracking took over 2 hours. This was not a 1hr pickup service, nor was it a curbside pickup service.

Was able to find what I was looking for. Was in and out quickly.

Went here to pick up a chair that was reserved from the Lincoln store. Was told the Lincoln location did not actually reserve one even though I stood next to the employee in Lincoln as he did. Walked around the store and found it pushed in back with my name on it but it was the floor model. I was told it would not be a floor model before driving up. When I asked if they could at least discount it since it was used and needed a cleaning the manager told me she wouldnt charge me the normal assembly fee and that was a discount of $12! What a joke, drove 2 hours to deal with a rude manager and left without the chair. Would give zero stars if able.

Went in to buy a caster wheel the website said was in stock at the maple st location. I go in 1/2 hr before they close, im literally only customer in the store. I go looking for an employee and this dude who it turns out was a manager saw me approach and didnt greet me, didnt offer to help. i said can you show me where the office chair caster wheels are located? he points and says end of aisle 7 and just keeps walking. so after not finding the wheel in stock per the website i find the same manager guy and explain i cant find the wheel, it says on the website its in stock. he then instead of offering to help me find this wheel that might be located somewhere else in the store, he says, can i order it for you? im thinking well possibly. i say yes, he goes to look it up online and just as i tell him the ad says in store only all of a sudden, magically he finds out their internet is down. how convenient. i said, sure it is and walked out. this place is a total dump and the customer service i received is proof positive its a dump. lost my business. good riddance.

Office Depot is a surprising place. You dont usually think of them when shopping but when you get there you realize they have the best prices on office supplies. And their staff is very knowledgeable and super pleasant. I got there I was greeted by Alexis I told her I needed cartridge, have my printer info, she checked and boom she went and got it. Needless to say it works like a charm. Thanks Alexis!

Every time I visit, I am blown away by the service. Guy Fieri asked to help, gave us options to suit our needs and informed us of sales. We left in record time with two office chairs and plastic mats. He also loaded them into the car. He absolutely knew his inventory and the features of each model, so he could easily match our needs and give advice. Beyond satisfied.

Second time I have been here to get some menus printed for my business and amazing service both times. Becca at the print department gives great customer service, knew exactly how I needed my stuff printed and put together. Totally awesome experience with her and would definitely come back again!

I think Office Depot has given up to their competition. They are way under stocked from what they use to be and know one there knows anything about there products. I dropped a FedEx package off yesterday at the West Omaha store and the guy back in the shipping area was so engrossed in his phone that he didnt know I was there. I am done with Office Depot!

I received the best customer service I can remember ever having here. Im not one to write many reviews but this guy deserves a shout out. Gordy was my sales associate and had an amazing attitude that made me happier just being around him. He had a lot of knowledge about the things going on in the store and was eager to help me and all the customers there have the best experience at Office Depot he could give. Seriously this guy deserves a raise! He makes me want to be a better employee at my own job. If you get the chance, ask for Gordy!

Had to get printer ink. The helpful staff was great. Ended up buying a new printer. Prices were very good.

Very clean store, and nice and bright lightening! Isles are wide, and orderly. I went in for one thing, and bought 3 other things that I was reminded that I wanted. I do it almost every time I go into this store.

Every time I go here to shop something, I have to wait forever! Often times, the workers continue what they are working on instead of coming to assist the customer. The two girls I have encountered at the shipping counter were rude and snotty. Totally not impressed. The one boy that helped me had no idea what he was doing.

Sales on toilet paper and paper towels are out of this world. They have buy 2 cleaning essentials get the other free on top of coupons and rewards...cant beat that...they definitely beat Wal-Mart prices on these things! Im.all stocked up

Worst customer service ever. Lady that answers the call needs to work on her temper and tone. She sound so rude and unwilling to help. I will never go there again. You just contributed on loosing a loyal office depot customer. Well done.

You just lost a great loyal customer!!!The gal that even asked my name was rude and acted like I was bothering her! I cant tell you how much this store sucks, especially their shipping department. Rude, indifferent, poorly trained, slow...my god...every time I go there I promise myself I will never go back. There were a total of 3 people working the ENTIRE STORE yesterday and the shipping guy was so unfriendly. No greeting, no suggested wait time. You just stand around and mumble to yourself about how this place stays open. It wont for much longer.

Just lost another customer, and everyone I can tell about store #643. Copy center has rude, incompetent children running it. Horrible customer service, rude, unable to follow simple instructions to complete simple print jobs. Cant afford to go to a place that doesnt care about their own business, let alone yours.I hope someone can get a handle on this store, but for us and everyone I know, it is too late. Also sending a review to corporate.

I took my elderly mother there to get a printer carttridge. She had purchased the incorrect one. Even after it was opened they agreed to exchange it to my surprise. The gentleman that assisted us was very accomidating
