Considering the amount of work and information that needs to be received, in a short period of time, she makes it easy to retain it all. The staff and the directors that I dealt with, are really polite, have been great and accommodating. Amazing staff cece and star were fantastic both women taught us this information as if it was the real world if you have a question and don’t understand it you can Ask as many times every answer was questioned without feeling bothered this could be a difficult course if you don’t try but I must say star and cece really give you what it takes to get you to the next level I recommend this school to anyone looking to be a realtor

I have taken my real estate license in other State and Gold Coast by far has been the worst school I have ever attended. For one the teaching practice of the teacher is outdated and she was not very knowlegable in explaining debts and credit. This school is poorly run please go somewhere else if you want to pass the exam.

I signed up for the online Roofing Contractor course which included Business and Financial Management. Between the business course and the webinars for roofing, I was able to bass both exams with a 90+ after about 6 months of study. The course included multiple practice exams and a lot of the questions were very similar to the ones on the actual exam. To be clear, they do not teach you about the roofing trade, rather how to read the books for the exam, which is exactly what you need to know for the test. I definitely would not have passed either exam without their prep courses. 5 stars and two thumbs up.

I was fortunate enough to have Ms.Cindy as my instructor for the real estate sales associate course. When I tell you she knows her stuff! She was extremely informative and with her support I learned so much. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Cece who was our instructor for the weekend review and class test. She reinforced all of Cindys teachings and really helped give us that last nudge to really keep our minds in check and not psych ourselves out. I aced the school test and Im just waiting on the state exam. The staff at the school was also very supportive and accommodating. I couldnt have chosen a better real estate school. Diane was a great instructor for the Real Estate Sales Associate class. Very easy to understand and gave the appropriate examples, lessons, and training that I needed to pass the class and state exam on my first try. Very impressed with her professionalism, dedication, and ability to teach 40+ students and keep everyone on track. Lots of WHAT IFS that had NOTHING to do with passing the test or even learning, but she was able to keep things moving forward. Great job Gold Coast. Dianne is a keeper. Very grateful.

Best MLO continuing ed class in years, Dan was very knowledgeable, so he was able to keep the 8 hours very interesting . He was also very good at keeping control of the class attendees , and by doing so he stayed on track with the topics , scheduled breaks , lunch ,etc.

Gold Coast Schools came through as a big WINNER for me. The instructor Cece Campbell is just fab. She makes sure that we GET IT! I did the one week cram course and the weekend cram and passed both my class and the State Exam on the first attempt. Her classes are very interactive. She does not leave anyone behind even if English is not your first language and your English is 10%. She enforces and re-enforces, in controlled, interactive and fun setting.

The process was simple and straightforward. Great flexibility to be able to read the book on my time in my home but submit my answers online to be graded immediately, excellent thank you so much!
