The experiences I have had at Palm Beach Atlantic University have been like no other in my life. From the amazing staff, Professors, and students, this time in graduate school has been nothing but positive. The faculty, staff, and students create a loving, caring environment where growth is fostered throughout the entire time in the program(s). The faculty stretch the students to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually while assisting them become the professionals God intended them to be. The staff ensures that questions and concerns are answered in an expedient manner and offer support and words of encouragement during your journey. The students become a collective family that rely on one another and support each other in the process of growth. Through the Graduate Counseling Program, I have been able to build life-long relationships, become more aware of Gods purpose for my life, and grow into a well rounded individual. Anyone looking to continue their education in a supportive, caring environment with people that encourage you throughout your program(s) need to consider Palm Beach Atlantic University Orlando Campus as an option.

This is an amazing place for anyone who is older and wishes to go back to school. It had been 30 years since I had been in school so you could only imagine the concerns I had. The staff at Palm Beach Atlantic University made me feel very comfortable and was with me every step of the way along my journey. Not only did I graduate, but I graduated with honors! This would not have been possible in an overcrowded room with Professors that did not have time for me. Im so glad I made the choice to go to PBA and I encourage you to do the same.

The graduate program in counselor education is unlike any other. Every single one of the professors care about you and take interest in your journey. You learn so much about yourself through this program. I think it is extremely important that they want you to seek your own therapy while in the program because so much comes up personally in the classes. I would not have learned this much if I went anywhere else.

When I looked at pursuing my undergrad degree, I wanted flexibility and more importantly a challenge. PBA Orlando gave me both. The adult program utlizes evening classes that allows you to create a schedule that accommodates what you need. Perhaps the most amazing thing offered here is the ability to connect and network with professionals that have been around for years. Instead of sitting in a room of 500 people, youre there with less than 20. Its an atmosphere that induces a special type of learning, and offers an opportunity to build relationships with your professors. As an aspiring professional, what more could you want?

This is an outstanding program. It is the faculty that makes the difference. Theory is the same throughout different programs. You can teach yourself theory. I learned so much through the different approaches of the faculty, the importance of authenticity, ethics, and relationship. It supports clinical excellence with many innovative experiential learning projects including study abroad. Learning occurs in an environment of caring. It is just exceptional.

I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to attend PBA. The support from faculty, staff and classmates was what kept me going when I wanted to give up. Everyone cared about me on a personal level. PBA changed my life forever and I have built friendships that will last a lifetime.

I loved this college and learned more here than at any other I have been to! I was challenged and pushed to grow as a therapist. Highly recommended - really I cant praise it enough.

My time at PBA has been challenging (in a good way) and rewarding. I am actually excited to go to class and enjoy the Professors, students, and atmosphere. For the first time in many years I finally found a college that makes me feel like I will accomplish my goal of obtaining a degree

PBA is great school to get your degree in. I really enjoyed the life work experiences from the instructors that teach the students. The faculty has part of real life work experiences. PBA also had very good flexible hours. I found my self working during the day and going to school at night. I also enjoyed the spiritual aspect of things as well. My experience at PBA was top notch. I recommend PBA!

PBA is a hidden gem in Orlando. The people and professors are probably the best part of the experience. To be blunt, the quality of the professors surprised me. Its a small school so I did not expect much, but the professors are some of the most Brilliant Minds Ive ever encountered. On top of knowledge, they also have kind and genuine hearts that care about YOU and your understanding of the material. PBAU is known for being a Christian School and I absolutely love how they involve God and Jesus in our work but they do not shove it down our throats. Its a nice balance for those who range from not being a believer to those who are sold on Jesus.This program makes you grow in ways you never expected. They invest in working on who you are as a person, which in turn will help you become a better counselor. I strongly believe those who do their own internal work and become aware their triggers and biases, will be the most productive counselors out there. The classes invite you to dwell in your own stuff while providing support and understanding. Most programs in Florida do not require you to go to therapy as a part of their program, PBA is not one of those schools. They believed self care is important and in our work, our mentality is a priority.I speak nothing but praise for my experience at PBA and would highly recommend it.And if all of that doesnt convince you, I also found my future hubby in the program. Which has been the best gift of all 😜 haha but really they are definitely worthy of considering. 👍

Amazing and caring staff and professors mixed with an outstanding curriculum and career training focused program made choosing PBAU-Orlando an easy decision and one that I am so thankful for.

I will start by saying the only thing that is positive about this school is that some of the professors are brilliant and they know how to challenge their students. Downfalls are cliquish, expensive, unorganized, incompetent, uninformative, unaccountable, and is the least Christian faith-based college I have attended. If you want your college experience to be full of unnecessary issues, then this is the school for you. Otherwise, I would run from this school and never look back.

Good design
