Great instructors who are all extremely passionate about ballet. We are amazed at the growth that we have seen from our children. I cannot say enough great things about CFB.

Overall, this is a very good ballet academy, and we have been pleased with the instruction received over the past couple of years. There is a place here for the serious artist, looking to build a career in dance, as well as for those who just want to dance for the pleasure of it, for a hobby. The instructors have been skilled, patient and kind, in our experience so far.

One of the best ballet studio/academy in the Orlando area. They have great teachers with many years of experience. Over the years many of their students have moved in to dance with great ballet companies like Pittsburgh Ballet and Theater, Boston Ballet, San Francisco Ballet and many others. They give the best training for anyone with the aspiration to succeed with various professional ballet companies, not only in the US but worldwide.

Both of my girls danced with Central Florida Ballet. They enjoyed the productions they auditioned for and the professional training by some of the best instructors. They did go to other dance studios throughout their years but by far the experiences they had at CFB provided them the ability to flourish. One daughter is now touring with Amaluna, a Cirque du Soleil show and her experience with the audition process and the technical training she received provided an amazing foundation. The other daughter is at University of Washington on the Div I gymnastic team. Thank you Central Florida Ballet for a great foundation.

My daughter attended Central Florida Ballet for many years and left due to the politics of the staff and parents at the school. To move ahead in a level you either have to be part of a wealthy family, who donates extra funds for their advantage, or you have to be the best friend of the academys coordinators (previous dance moms) daughter. Placement is not based on ability, in the majority of cases, it is based on status and popularity. There are many girls who do not have the ability and are placed in the highest level. The executive director does not get involved in many of the decisions unless he is given a check. In addition, the fess recently added, benefit the wealthy. If you are unable to pay the full years tuition or at least 6 months worth of tuition, there is a monthly fee implimented in addition to the other fees they charge. These charges were the decision of the academy registrar.. The director prefers to let others make the decisions for the school. The decisons for the welfare of the school and students are made by inexperienced coordinators, school registrars, and parents. The school had the potentail to be a good school but they are no longer guide by their heart and let inexperience make the decisions and give the deciding power to those who are not qualified to do so.I wish them luck in the future as many of the students have left due to many of the politics of the school.
