This place is awesome. My 4yo daughter goes here because she loves hair art and short styles. She sees Manny, and he is amazing with kids. Really, everyone there has always been so nice. Clean, professional, punctual on time and affordable. Great place!

If youre a walk in, be prepared to wait a while. We were there for over an hour before we my boys got a chair. But, service was very good, the barber did a great job, and well go back, but well set up an appointment first.

My favorite barber is Joel i call him jewel lol if you go to the shop ask for him.

This spot is a gem. Always a good time for me when I stop by. Although all barbers here are talented individuals, my barber of choice is Manny. But if your strapped for time anyone in there can get you right.

The barbers name is Marc. This guy was gonna give me a dry shave on my neck I had to stop him and tell him no. No lather or shaving cream, no hot towel.....NOTHING. Manny or Chloe usually take care of me and they are great. This guy Marc was horrible. He was too busy on his phone and watching TV while cutting my hair. Ive been going here for 3 years and will NOT return if he is still there. This is NOT the service that Im used to getting here. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET

Kloe has been my kids barber for almost 2 years now! She is so patient with the kids, makes them feel comfortable and always cuts there hair exactly how we want it. I highly recommend her!

The barbers need to know that when cutting hair it isn’t time to be on the phone taking your sweet time. People do have other places to be. And if my appointment is at 1:00 don’t take me at 1:15, :1:20. Work better on that

My boyfriend had been to the same barber forever - weird guy and his barber loyalty thing - and he moved a while ago so he tried alot of other barber shops and they ALWAYS do just a so-so job. Not that his other barber was that great either. I came across the Urban Stylez website and I was so impressed! The first time I booked with the owner and he said an amazing job. His cut was fly and he was happy with his experience. The book in hour increments and dedicate the time to you and dont rush. The website lets you pick your barber and see their online profiles with their past cuts which helps so much! This last time he got his cut done by Ivan. And Ivan was amazing. He was easy to contact and very accommodating to my special request. My boyfriend was VERY happy with his haircut. I love this barber shop. I would suggest any person that wants great service and hands down the best hair cut/style/shave/shape up...etc

Khloe is amazing! Brought her in a picture of the style I wanted, and she made it happen. I go in faithfully every other week to get shaped up. The whole shop has a friendly, laid back vibe. Appointments are super easy to make online and parking is free. You really cant ask for much more. I would definitely recommend Urban Stylez for anyone in the market for a barber!

Cute place-clean. People leaving barbershop look fresh after their haircut. Only problem is when you walk no one really greets you or lets you know that you next in line. There is not a sign that says they are by appointment. There we’re four barbers at this facility. One them should have been welcoming enough to say welcome to our barbershop do you have an appointment? Or let me see what we can do for a walk in status.I’m coming from Boston in Orlando for work. I will never step foot back into this place. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. I checked in a total of two other to see if I was next and on the third time they decide to check with each other upon my third request. I’m wearing pink pants-not hard to miss. It’s barber shop I’m there for a haircut not for any other service.One customer left after his haircut and three of the four barbers were making fun of him for the way he was sitting on the chair because he was comfortable.If this is customer service/hospitality-they are missing it by a long shot.

I made an appointment with Joel on Sunday September 27 on the website at 1 pm. I get to the shop and it is closed!! Why would you have openings if you’re not even going to be there?!

Joel is my barber and to be honest, dude is fire. He has exemplary customer service skills and he can actually cut. He cares about his clients and he’ll definitely have you looking fresh. I recommend.

Come here pretty often and thought I’d try the only barber who was there early Thursday morning. I paid $40 and feel like I caught the barber on a really bad day because I’m hitting up another barber shop to fix his mistakes.I also heard him talking smack about another barber that was not working to defend himself. I don’t think he knew I understood Spanish but he was saying some inappropriate things about his coworker.I’ve been there several times and had my hair cut with other barbers that left me satisfied enough to try this guy out and I definitely won’t be returning cause of him.Beware of the heavy set Spanish barber who cuts hair closest to the back exit. He is unprofessional and the reason I won’t be returning.All of the other barbers are awesome.

Urban Stylez is legitimately the best barber shop Ive been to in central Florida. Im used to the classic neighborhood barber shops in big cities like Philly and New York. Urban Stylez is like a higher end version of those places right here in downtown Orlando. This is not a touristy barber shop like some of the ones around here. This is not one of those shops that maybe has one good barber and then a bunch of so so people that bought decent clippers and call themselves barbers. Everyone in there is a professional that takes real pride in there work. I go to Bryan in the first chair and let me tell you, hes no joke. He takes his time to get to know what you like and then will make suggestions. He can do exactly what you want or you can give him control and he will make you look GOOD.Dont waste time going anywhere else. Go see the professionals at Urban Stylez for the best cut of your life. Pro tip: pamper yourself with the presidential treatment. You will not regret it!

Was in town for a vacation and needed a cut. Looked up barbers in the area and Urban Stylez was the first to pop up. I went with Ivan and he did not disappoint. It was easily one of my favorite cuts to date. He was a chill dude and a wizard with the clippers. Ill definitely be going back when in town.

Hands DOWN!!! The best barbershop experience I have ever had. Charlie, the owner, had a last minute change and made sure to inform me with time to adjust (uber professional). When I came into the shop I was greeted and informed of my appointment status and as everyone entered the shop everybody spoke and greeted one another, just a GREAT VIBE!! My haircut and shave was perfect!! The hot towel, steam treatment and massage were also great, very relaxing. I live in Augusta, Georgia and recently went on a cruise that sailed from Port Canaveral, that is what brought me to Urban Stylez; I wanted a very nice haircut for my cruise. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!!! Anytime I am back in the Orlando area I will be scheduling an appointment to see Charlie again!! My friend Brett, who lives in Orlando near the N. Orange Ave. location was so impressed with the haircut, he will coming soon. Again, I cant express my gratitude enough for the great experience. Let me just say Ivan is amazing! I’ve never been to a barbershop before, but I recently cut my own hair and needed some shape. He made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process of what he was doing. I will be coming back!

After losing my hair to chemo and finally having it grow back, I’ve been wanting to get a design etched into my hair and couldn’t find anyone until someone told me about Urban Stylez. I went to the website and saw Ivan’s Instagram account and decided he was the right guy for the job! He did not disappoint. He made this very monumental event even more special! The minute I set foot in the shop, I felt very welcomed! I will definitely be back and will tell as many of my friends as I can about Ivan and Urban Stylez.

First time in and it was a great experience, the barber cutting my hair was really friendly. I asked for a low fade and towards the end i got a hot towel got my face and shoulders massaged without me asking basically treated like royalty lol but seriously this is the first barber shop that Ive been to that went above and beyond. Haircut looks great i have no complaints.

I have gotten my hair cut in places like New York and Miami, where being a barber can be very competitive. With this being said Manny has consistently given me the best haircut Ive ever had! Went here yesterday as a walk-in. Great environment, everyone was friendly. I sat in Alfonsos chair, first let me say my hair and beard were a train wreck. Alfonso took his time and gave me what I think is the best hair cut Ive ever had. The shave portion was neat too, he used a warm towel and even provided a massage while the warm towel relaxed me. Ive been all over Orlando and gotten my hair cut in a lot of different places this barbers make barber shops. Ask for Alfonso you wont go wrong.

Josh has seen me a few times and he is a seasoned barber whose attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unsurpassed by anyone I have seen. Ive been on the hunt for a true gentlemans barber for a very long time who knows his way around a cut and can handle a pair of scissors with surgeon-like precision; Ive found Josh and the team at Urban Stylez are just those guys. It also doesnt hurt to call ahead if you are pressed for time and prepare for the most relaxing cut, trim and shave experience of your life. They deserve far more than just five stars.

Manny is a BEAST....Ive been living in Orlando for the last 5 yrs without a barber!!! I didnt feel like anyone could cut my hair the way I liked. I sat in UrbanStylez Sodo just to see if anyone could do what I wanted. All the barbers looked like they were good but for what I was looking for it Manny. Great feature being able to book appointments online and after 7pm for a fee of course

$15 for an edge and wanting a tip.....that is way too expensive. An edge $7 bucks everywhere you go, $10 with a tip.The place is old, but has decent AC and nice flat screen to watch TV. Nonetheless over priced spot. The owner says quality service in the other post for feedback, well quality and professionalism you get everywhere. That isnt enough for a $15 edge. But thats just my opinion for what its worth.
