I had a good experience with this company. The course that I took was really good. Instructor was great. I passed my exam as a result of the great preparation. Communication with the scheduling people was not bad either. I would use them again for other remote training.

Avoid this company. Such a waste of money. I have enrolled in a database course before and chose dates that fit my work schedule ( I asked to take those days off). They emailed me back a week before the course start date that those dates were not available, and offered me alternative dates that didnt fit my schedule. When they wanted to let me know the next available course date, they always emailed me two days in advanced before the course started. Well, i need to let my boss know a week in advanced to take three days off. I end up not taking the course and waste my tuition....

Course: 20461 Querying Microsoft SQL ServerPlease comment on the instructor.Brian was a fantastic instructor. Both myself and the other student in the class were very new to SQL but Brian was able to present the information at our level and provide relevant examples to help us relate the material while still covering all topics. I would definitely take another course with this instructor and plan to this year.Please comment on the course material.The course material was great, not too heavy but in depth enough to give me a good understanding of the topics. The labs were also very helpful easy to follow. The only thing I would suggest to add (and this may only apply to people with zero to little SQL/IT experience) is some type of glossary with relevant terms to the material.Please comment on the training center.I participated in the training through remote connection (skype) and I had no issues with connectivity, nor audio or video. Everything ran very smoothly and I plan on taking my next training the same way.
