Well I was a new driver , never driven before and was so scared to drive. With bill by my side he gave me tips on how to drive on the road ,always to be on the look out for cars and be a defensive driver. Within a couple of days of classes with him I had mastered the basics of driving and after 2 months , I did my driving test and got my license on my first attempt. After all the raving reviews I expected to be greeted and treated professionally. Bill answered and didn’t acknowledge that I was on the phone the first 10 seconds. He kept conversing in the background until I greeted him. I asked a few questions about protocol & prices, but felt like Bill was annoyed & talking down to me as if I was dumb for asking. I finally asked his name and he replied “I’m sorry?” I repeated myself and his response was “I’m Bill the owner” in a cocky tone. From that moment I realized we would not do business. IDC how cheaper they are than competitors. I’m happy not many others had the same experience. Maybe he was having a bad day when I called. You should always be polite to customers regardless of their questions and ignorance on the matter. If not, hire others to answer phones and respond to feedback & constructive criticism & stick to instructing lessons bc that’s where all the 5 stars are coming from. According to him all the critical reviews are mistaken or he doesn’t recall but I took a screenshot as proof for y’all & wish I could have recorded the conversation.

The owner Bill is very professional and answered right away. Answered my questions and willing to squeeze me in ASAP if possible which I am very grateful for. I can’t wait!

Eddie is the best instructor you can have , super calm and easy going which makes it easy to learn. After your lessons you’ll definitely feel confident enough to take the test. Edie is a friendly and adjustable instructor. One can enjoy the time along with learning. I got the license in my first attempt itself. Actually, it is a huge for me since I didnt touch the steering wheel before this schools car. I didnt try in any other car till driving test. I just relied only on this school. Their dedication and skills allowed me to pass this test in my first attempt which I didnt expect also. Thanks for the instructor, school and examiner.

This is literally worth your money. My instructor was Mr. Eddie and not only is he good at his job, he makes the students feel less nervous about being on the road and thanks to him I pass my road test with no problem. Just follow their instructions and keep focus and you’ll be fine.

I took lessons with BIll and he made me feel so comfortable behind the wheel. He told me exactly what I needed to know and do on the test which helped me pass with a perfect score! Hands down, the best driving instructor around! I had extreme anxiety when it came to driving and finally was able to over come it thanks to Bill. This driving school is absolutely horrible, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. My teenage daughter received driving lessons from this company, and it was a terrible experience, not only for her, but for me as well. The lessons were subpar at best, and my daughter learned nothing from them. She is a very bright individual, and picks things up very quickly, so by all means she is of no fault. The instructor she had to work with was rude, impatient, and their attention was often elsewhere. When I called in order to express my concerns, customer service was horrendous. They took the longest time to reply, and the calls often went dead. I am beyond furious at the care we received, and I will not be doing any further business with this company. They obviously must have some management issues, and a lack in professionalism. This was our first time inquiring with them, and it’ll be the last.

Yo llame a preguntar por el servicio y hable con una persona en inglés porque dijo que no hablaba español. Eso no es problema. Yo le explique en inglés y solo porque cuando el me dijo el costo yo le conteste con suavidad que yo pagaba otro precio. Y el comenzó a insultarme que me fuera para mi country, con actitud de discrimen por yo hablar español y ser hispana. El odio hacia los hispanos y la rudeza en sus palabras hasta me escribió un texto que me FUERA. Tengo de prueba un texto que el me escribió.
