Black belts for Christ made me the person I am today, everyone there is welcoming and so loving. All the instructors take pride in what their teaching and pouring into the kids and adults in their classes. It’s worth every penny, every hour, every second. I genuinely love BBFC, and recommend it for everyone.

BBFC is truly a great ministry. God tells us the walk of righteous is not an easy one but the rewards are many. And I truly believe this for this ministry. We’ve been part of this ministry for nine years and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for the future.

Absolutely love this Christ centered martial Arts. The dedication and discipline is truly remarkable. They are very invested in each student. I have already seen progress made in our son Joseph’s character. I would definitely recommend this school to other parents who want a Bible centered martial arts school and want to cultivate the spirit of a warrior for Christ in their child.

My family has been involved for 3+ years. I originally wanted my kids to start. Once I understood that this was real life training on so many levels l joined . My husband joined a few months later and loves it too. For parents looking for a lifetime investment BBFC is the place to train. A place where honor and respect is reinforced. Black Belts for Christ has been one of the best experiences of my life. Ive been going for about 7 years now and Ive definitely come a long way with the help of sensei Joe. Ive learned so much over those years and I can honestly say I am a Black Belts for Christ warrior!!!

Black Belts for Christ is an amazing Christian based Martial Arts school. I have personally trained there for over 8 years and I couldn’t be any happier. The Black belt team is always striving to get better and better every year. I am VERY PROUD to call bbfc my dojo.

We left this place a year ago and I am so pleased we did! I can’t believe that in a years time there aren’t any new pictures to post on the website that my children aren’t in. I would appreciate it if the false pictures of large classes and amazing leadership (which 90% of them are gone now too) would be removed. My kids are no longer there for being treated poorly by the head sensi, as well as a few other reasons.In reply to response: I could care less about anything you are doing or how great or not great your Jojo is. My kids did train there they did learn a lot but as previously stated someone treated my son with disrespect but demanded it in return...it don’t work that way. However all I care about is the pictures of my children be replaced as we no longer represent your facilities.Contrary to your twisted beliefs I have no reason to give you a bad review for no reason. Over the years you earned it. All I wanted was for you to remove my kids pictures and in retaliation you added more pictures of my kids to your google page. All this could of been done in a civilized manner by simply replacing the pictures. Instead we are now in a google review war and you’re reporting me as maliciously attacking your facility. Let me repeat myself in case you didn’t understand, I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU DO OR HOW AWESOME YOU THINK YOUR SCHOOL IS. I JUST WANT MY KIDS REMOVED FOR FACEBOOK AND WEBSITE IN AFFILIATATOON WITH YOUR FACILITY. We NO LONGER support you or your facility. Sensei Joe offers the best realistic training. Himself and the other black belts are great with kids and adults. Ive been taking this class for a couple years and have always been treated like family . Love the teaching and the great frienships .

I have been at BBFC for about 9 years, I’ve seen so much and it only makes me love it more. Our dojo keeps striving for excellence in everything we do, and I myself have learned to strive for more as a martial artist and as a person as well. Throughout my journey there has been so much support and love, moments that I keep close to my heart. The Black Belts for Christ brings people together as family and creates another home for everyone to come to and learn. The instructors put their hearts into everything they do and into every student. I have been starting to become an instructor myself and after seeing every side of this ministry I can honestly say that there is no other dojo you can go to for this level of service and honesty. The training only gets better and better and opens opportunities for every student. The journey is the best part of becoming a black belt and those who understand the value will understand the journey. It is so much more than just the training and the belts. BBFC has helped me to become the person and black belt I am proud to be today and I still have a lot to learn in my training and in every aspect of my life. Let’s keep this journey going.

Our family loves BBFC! My son joined when he was six and he is now 12 years old. I have seen how BBFC training changes lives, and decided to join. BBFC is like none other! Sensei Joe and his family are dedicated to christ, ministry and martial arts and the love for what they do truly shows. As an adult myself I have been a part of the BBFC family for over 6 years. The training is realistic and the sense of fellowship, priceless.

One of my daughters started with BBFC through an after school program, then my other daughter liked what she saw and joined as well. I watched them grow as they went through the ranks with their discipline, dedication, respect and overall acceptance of the arts. One of my biggest worries as a parent is that my children won’t be able to defend themselves if somebody tries to hurt them. I can honestly say that I no longer worry about this at all for my son anymore because of the practical training that he gets at BBFC. He has learned how to fight standing up and on the ground due to Sensei Joe, Sensei Martha, & Sensei Isabella (along with the other senseis when he was at OCP). What’s best about it is Sensei Joe pushes for excellence and teaches confidence with Christian values.

As a black belt in TenShin Bugei Gakuen Aikido, I was skeptical about training at a “Christ centered” Dojo. I was also apprehensive because I didn’t understand how practical their training could be, again since they are a Christian organization. To my pleasant surprise BBFC has exceeded my expectations. Sensei Joe is a prime example of what a Sensei should be because he is vested in the success of his students. You can tell Sensei Joe loves what he does and does what he loves. His teaching methods are unlike anything I’ve seen in the Dojos I’ve trained in. His teaching methods allow you to retain and utilize the techniques more naturally than traditional teaching methods. In addition, Sensei Joe teaches Budo arts from a Christian perspective, paralleling Bushido with Christianity. I love BBFC because there is a spirit of fellowship and brotherly love that makes BBFC Dojo the place to train your body, mind, and spirit as one, allowing you to better yourself while helping others better themselves as well. We train with that very same spirit that gave Samson his strength and Solomon his wisdom. God bless BBFC!!!

We love BBFC , my oldest daughter has been for 7 years and my youngest 4 years already, BBFC is part of our family, they have learned so much!! Even I started to take classes!! God bless BBFC and keep them helping with discipline and love more families.
