Great place for the kids to learn Martial arts. Senseis are super nice

We experienced Mommy and Me, enjoyable activities, friendly instruction, nice structure. The instructor had proper age level activities, called student by name, was patient but kept energy level high.

Amazing place. Highly recommend! You wont regret it . Dojo is excellent staff is beyond committed and highly skilled. They are great with kids . Very strict with covid restrictions as well.

Been taking my son here for just over 3 years and it has been great. He started off crying when challenged to taking on challenges. This is a great art to put kids in to build self-esteem and confidence, and the staff here is amazing.

Very profesional staff. My daughter has been at the school for over 4yrs now and she loved it. We are very pleased to see her growing both physically and mentally. I highly recommend CMA!! Keep it up guys!!!

This is a wonderful dojo! Although my son has only been a student here for about 5 months, he has learned so much and is flourishing! His confidence is up and he is learning to be more vocal. He is also learning great technique and how to defend himself. The instructors are patient and really know how to get the kids to listen and want to learn.

Ive been in martial arts for over 30 years. The Senseis here are genuine, knowledgable, and are great at instructing young students and adults. Its hard to find a curriculum that teaches the core values of martial arts and the practical art of defense. This school does it all.

I started at Championship Martial Arts (of Lake Nona) over two years ago; simply stated — its changed my life. My daughter started going before me, and I watched her having fun and learning every class. Needless to say, she takes pride in going to CMA Lake Nona and is more confident and focused. As for me here I was — overweight, high blood pressure and so, so, so bored with repetitive gym activities.Now Ive lost roughly 30 lbs, feel better than I have in years and WANT to go to classes. Ive never taken the same class twice. Its fun, challenging and it makes for a great way to bond with my daughter too. What could be better?Lastly, if you live in Lake Nona (while Im biased of course) we have the most amazing set of instructors anywhere. Theyre fair, but firm, and give everyone in the class well-rounded understanding of their training each time. I hope to meet you soon!

We started at the Eagle Creek School and moved to the Lake Nona school. I love this school. Excellent instructors are great.
