They seem super nice when you first meet them but upon these reviews and further rethinking about it. I am very concerned. There is also high turnover rates.

Now looking back I wish I had read these reviews before I enrolled my child to that place.

Love this daycare! School age teacher is very down to earth and young at heart kind of person. My daughter loves the kids, food, and activities they do. They are very kind loving and understanding w the kids and parents. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants theyre child to have fun.

Very nice staff and great day care, both of my kids attended this daycare. The teachers are very friendly and the director a very nice person. This is a great place to try if you have kids attending daycare..

Well ,listen parents after my experience with this place I dont know why in the world I did not pay attention to their Google review score 2.6 very bad score for a daycare.Let me explain whats happened to my daughter at this place, my daughter has been in daycare since 2 years ago ,recently the program she was pursuing ended at 3 years old then come the time to choose a daycare care for her ,we gladly choose super kid academy. The first day my daughter was very excited because she will have new friend and teacher. What will happen the next day will be a very bad experience for her .she end up beaten by a boy who my daughter s teacher claim was not part of her class. But the worst part is when we noticed the bruises all over her body and get back tomorrow with her ,she was really scared and no body knew she was beaten by a boy who is older than her whose not part of her class .When I told them how in the world something happened like that and no body has a clue even there is camera 24h . The director protect her teacher and claim who knows if the bruises was inflicted by me, I was really angry and she said she will contact DCF when every body know she has a open case with a customer to shut down the place for lack of professionalism..listen parents pay good attention to Google score of a place before putting your child in one of those scary places..very bad experience for my daughter but for me the most important was not only my daughter but all of those children at this place. Their classroom are very small and the keep signing new kids . Please parents read review they are real and there is very bad thing happening to kids the worst part they are not reported..

My son has been going here for a year now - and I feel relief knowing that while I work and go to school he is being so greatly taken care of. His infant teacher - Miss Sonia - has always taken amazing care of him. She is attentive, caring, and playful. Now he has moved to the 1 yr room where she still keeps a watchful eye on him and sends me updates about his day, health, and behavior. His new teachers are also great! They send home adorable arts and crafts I will hold onto forever. If he needs new supplies they inform me with ample time to aquire and bring them. His dirty clothes are returned cleane. I’m very happy with the entire staff - they know my son on a personal level and cares about the well being of every student in the building.

My kids were in the Lake Nona location and this was the best school my kids could have ever been to. The staff is lovely and they learned a lot! Than you super kids!

The hygiene in the Twos (2) is ridiculous. The director is a joke, Doesnt pay attention and guide her teachers. Rooms and incredibly unorganized. I went for a tour and ran out after all I saw. Ive worked in daycare before and this is far from good.

At first they were nice but I’ve notice already Sonia my sons teacher already has a big mouth most everytime she tried to talk is herself but the rest of the teacher r good the first time my son got bit dip to he’s skin I was so upset but I let it go I know it’s kids. Ur my question is where r the teacher when if there around they could have stop when it incident happen I love the director she’s very nice but it’s not involving her it’s who’s incharge and with the kids now my son got dip scratch in he’s face and Sonia said some parents r nice and some parent r not do u think I would smile and have a good day if my son got that happening twice she said she feel sorry I feel that way she made it that way because my sons dad will jst smile and pick up he’s son and still smile at them

Main and daughter attended this school at first it was ok the teachers are all nice but the director is rude and do not know how to talk to people plus she lies while putti g my child in danger knowing I have a ten year injunction against someone and still allow them to come close to my children and let it seems as if my four year old is a liar in March my 4 old was remove from bok while it still shows in the head office he was still enroll in vpk two days before my daughters 4c ends I was told I would have to pay a 100$for the two days as 4c will not pay for it lies all this because I caught the same person they said wasnt coming to the school there and call the cops which of course got DCf involve so when I went to pick my children up the evening I was told i could not bring them back I reply ok news 13 will be involve were she proceeded to verbally abused me in front my children calling crazy and I said ok and left she got up and close the door say I g this they not concern about safety are law its just about money

Best daycare my kids have ever attended.

Director is the rudest person I have ever met. They just don’t care about the kids and the fact that they have one teacher for every 20 kids is crazy!. I took my kid to KinderCare and I can really see the difference between a daycare that cares and one that doesn’t.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DUMP!!!! The daycare is HORRIBLE the staff are unprofessional, Laura (mrs. Director) is rude! They are under staff, kids are being kept in cafeteria due to under staffing meanwhile the office is busy accepting to new registrations. They should be pulled from the vpk program. The vpk required kids be giving lunch or breakfast before class but their idea of lunch is ramen noodles or canned chef boyardee ravioli/spaghetti and they are not teaching the kids any thing. Any one can walk in there and walk out with a child because there are no sign in or out or ID check when pick up. There are 22 kids per teacher and because there are only 2 vpk rooms the rest of the children are left in the cafeteria without proper supervision. They need to be shut down!

Don’t take your child here if your a hands on parent. The employees they hire are sketchy. Their operations are odd and not beneficial to your child. I wasted my time and money not listening to the reviews I had already read before signing my son up. Had a DCF case open with them to have them shut down.

Millenia blvd,absolutely the worst staff,my kid has been to the hospital twice for cuts,one required stitches. They dont watch the kids or teach them anything!

This place should be shut down. Children and Family Services should be involved. This place is extremely dirty. The staff does not care about your children. The staff lies about missing clothes and items and they yell at each other infront of the kids. They seem to be in business only for the money and not anything else. They do not genuinely care for the kids. You would think that because its located at Northbridge that some how it would be clean and nice inside. Well it isnt, its unorganized, disgustingly dirty. My son was there for a week and a half and had gotten sick twice with vomiting and diarrhea. My son had NEVER not EVER been sick that way. They dont clean up or disinfect anytime during the day or the night. The teachers decide whom they will let in without wearing the booties on your shoes. This place was torture for my son. Everyday I picked him up I will see him sitting in a high chair by himself extremely tired and exhausted from crying all day as if no one bothered to comfort him in any way. I belive my son was phsyicaly abused in this place but since i cant proove it theres nothing i can do about it. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!

This is the worst daycare ever. This daycare dont provide no sense of guidance worth so ever. The owner lie to cover her staff. The put their hands on people kids not realizing what type of family the child might have. They make alot of threats to people kids but what they dont know what type of family the kids come from. But i hope they reading it because I am that one. U might threat little kids threating me. I dont care how many kids u have because to tatal between all my siblings there is a total of 45 kids and that is just my neices and nephews so watch your mouth shorty,

Very Laura at the front desk is very unprofessional she screams at her children in front of parents and anytime there is an issue with your child she schemes and makes up excuses and fake documents to cover her own tracks my child was not changed for a whole day TWO separate times and she refused to show me video of her being changed and said she didnt have to and and when I asked to speak with the owner she told me she want speak to anyone like you

The worst daycare in all Orlando ... they do not meet the standard there is only 1 teacher for 23 children in the classroom d 1 year and 2 incredible ... the children only cry ... my son did not last 2 weeks. .. the worst daycare !!!!
