Good class, is wish the instructor would of gone a bit slower on the lectures. One thing I would say is everything including the final certificate printed should be included with the package and this should not be charged for separately.

Mrs. Linda Cameron is the actual teacher of the course and she is gifted in teaching information that would be otherwise very boring and difficult to retain. And what my review says is the truth my experience and No I am not trying too put your business down and would never I support small business. They are what makes each city unique I grew up in my moms shop helping out so Yes I respect them and support my local ones. And I would never scoop so low as of using multiple emails to submit multiple negative reviews; what is happening is that I invited one of my friends to take the class with me (both expecting the in person in class experience). Now if youre to busy counting your money and using this page to bully me and discredit me then so go on. You know I called your School as you suggested in the reply the first time and was only meet with a message from your secutary of what I had already been told Only parcel refund. So guess what your not the only one going though the pandemic .----I signed up for the in person on campus classes and was only brought to the attention three days before my class started because I called that they would be held online and even though I appreciate them following State protocol they should have let me know that what I was signing up for what they promoted was falsely promoted I requested a full refund but was denied it after I sent them proof of what I was talking about as they asked for

I had the opportunity to do the classes with Linda in the past and unfortunately due to health issues, I couldnt move forward with the career but one thing I can affirm, Linda is the Queen of Real Estate! Great class! Manny seems to really care and make the class as fun as possible. A 4 hour class in the evening can easily become boring. Had several college professors who could barely keep up once a week. He does it 5 days a week and it never gets dull! Great experience so far. Still have to take my tests so only time will tell if the info provided was on point.

I signed up for a CLASSROOM class that was specifically supposed to be in person and they failed to mention that until I went in person to see what I had to bring to class. I never got an email that said the classes would be given through ZOOM I asked for a refund because I felt lied to and they charged me $50 for something that wasn’t disclosed to me. They refused to give me all of my money even thought I sent them photos were it specifically says the clases were in person. Do not recommend

Great school, very knowledgeable instructors not only Mike knows about RE intellectually but he has the experience to backup the information as well. Manny will not only teach you about RE but has the mortgage experience as well that makes him a well of knowledge. They go by the book and also will give you along a study guide to prepare you for the class test (there is no state license if you don’t get this certificate) I want to stress the patience that Manny had when it came to the math problems, he will not jump to new info until you got the formula clear. Is up to each individual to study on their own and do the homework you cant expect to learn everything in two weeks. Overall great experience and I feel fortunate to had Manny as my instructor and such energetic group that will forever cherish.
