I rarely write reviews but i wanted to share my awesome experience with this school. I had Alan as my instructor and felt very lucky to be in his class. It was a very positive environment and found myself truly enjoying the learning process. Alan would always take the time to answer any questions and add a few pro tips along the way. Overall, I highly recommend this school!! 11/10

Low and behold this is my first ever review on Google and for good reason. If you’re looking for a reputable place to get the information you need to pass the state exam, look no further. I signed up for the 2 week sales associate course with Alan Chapman. I haven’t been to a class in a few years so was nervous as to if I’d be able to sit in class for 6 hours a day and get back into the studying mode. But with Alan’s easy to approach, nothing short of comedic teaching style, I was able to retain in 2 weeks what would normally take me months. He breaks down the material in ways you’re able to really lock it in your brain. I’m wondering where those 2 weeks went as time just flew by. I’m someone that needs an instructor to be passionate about what they’re teaching or I tend to lose motivation and get distracted. With Alan, you can tell he enjoys what he does, putting in the time to make sure his students leave ready to take on not just the world of real estate but also feeling confident and optimistic about professional and personal endeavors. As long as you make sure you do your part in studying and reviewing everyday I don’t see how you can’t succeed.Thank you, Alan.It’s been gold Jerry, it’s been gold.

Alan Chapman is the teacher you need if you’re desire is to obtain your real estate license. On top of staying up to date with modern lingo which allows him to relate to all generations, his comedic personality and simplified point of view in real estate helps you retain only the necessary things you will need to know in order to pass both the class and the state exam. I have to say Alan Chapman is one of the best instructors I have had the pleasure of learning from. He is smart, funny and caring. He’s turned what could have been a grueling 2 weeks into an incredible learning experience. He has managed to keep everyone engaged and has built a rapport with each individual. I took one week vacation off to go to Gold Coast School to take the Sales Associate Pre-License Course and that’s the best decision that I have ever made so far. My instructor is Alan Chapman, I don’t have the best words to describe him, but all I can say: “ He is the best instructor that I have ever had, he is knowledgeable, practical and well-versed in real estate”. He gives you some jokes to keep you entertained throughout these hours. He uses acronyms, the real life tactical approaches to help you better understanding the subject. He encourages you to move forward with your dreams, your visions. He pushes you to give the best of you, he makes you believe in yourself. He calls us “ warriors” . Before starting the course I was feeling very anxious about how the course was going to turn out , when I arrived I immediately loved the environment. The front office staff were super friendly, but most importantly my instructor Alan Chapman was very helpful throughout the whole process. Alan is very knowledgeable, experienced and patient. He makes sure everyone fully understands the concepts he goes over and never skips over anyone. I am glad I was able to have an instructor like Alan and am very grateful for all of his help. I was referred to Gold Coast Schools by a friend who is a broker and I could not be more satisfied. I feel respected as a person, valued as a customer and extremely motivated as a student. The whole process was super stress free, from inquiring and applying over the phone, to checking in on the first day. The staff is super friendly, they help you through the process, plus you can get your fingerprints done on site which is super convenient. The material is good, looooots of questions for you to practice. The instructor in my opinion is the greatest highlight. Alan Chapman (if you can sign up for one of his classes, DO SO) is amazing! His expertise and charisma make everything run smoothly, I chose the 1 week option thinking it would be way too overwhelming but Alan explains everything in a way that you definitely understand and will remember, and most importantly, that MAKES SENSE. All of this while keeping us focused and entertained. Totally worth the investment. I strongly recommend this school and instructor.One tip, not too many food options around, so take your lunch if you are taking a whole day class.

Alan is one of the coolest instructors I’ve had. He gives the information in a way you can understand. He’s funny with it so he keeps you entertained. Being in a 1 week course is not for the weak but he makes sure you know that you can pass the test. Very informative If you’re looking for a great real estate school I definitely suggest going here.

The class was no doubt very challenging because it had to cover almost 500 pages in a week but our instructor, Alan, definitely made it achievable and enjoyable. When I first signed up for the 1 week Sale associate course I was extremely worried about a condensed one week class. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. After the second day of class I thought to myself there was no way I could do this. Now I’m waking up earlier each day, eager to learn from such an amazing charismatic energetic instructor like Alan. By the end of his class he will leave you with undoubtable confidence and inspiration to what you can achieve. All it takes is hard work and really studying for what you want.PS. I came into this class not really have a lot of direction in life in terms of what I would be getting out of this course, but our instructor, Allen, made that very clear. Aside from his witty humor and free flowing narrative of his class, he turned out to actually be very knowledgeable about each topic we discussed. School should allow make-up days if a class falls on a holiday. Ive NEVER heard of there NOT being a make-up day. Instructor was AMAZING did the best she could to get us caught up on the material however despite her efforts our ENTIRE class failed. It wasnt the teachers fault but the school should do a better job at allowing students makeup days its a disadvantage and we all know how hard this course is so it is negligent on their part.

I actually found Climer through google. I scheduled a week long vacation from work to travel to Orlando from Gainesville just for this class and due to the large amount of positive reviews. Alan did NOT disappoint. I feel prepared and ready to tackle any and everything in life alone with his motivation alone. He truly makes you believe in yourself and your capabilities as an individual. Not to mention the friends I have made. I will never forget this experience and the relationships formed within this 6 day warrior course. I highly recommend this school and Alan as an instructor.

What an amazing class! Yesterday we finished our 45 post license course with Bill Christen and it was a great experience and I highly recommend it. Even though you spent 2 weekends pretty much the entire day the class does not feel dragging and it quite motivating. Bill was funny, informative, and with years of knowledge.

I was encouraged by my brother-in-law; niece, and sister to consider Climer if I wanted to pursue my real estate license. Im so glad I listened. The classes are difficult but Alan is great at breaking things down and applying real life experiences that it helps retain the many things to remember. Just finished my two week live streaming class and really learned a lot. My instructor was Uncle Bill and he did a wonderful job teaching the class! His teaching style is different, yet entertaining so you will not feel overwhelmed. I contemplated taking this class for so long and I’m glad I landed in his class. Take the class and stick it out because you will gradually see how much his style really helps. Everyone from registration through completion were helpful and professional. I was recommended to Climer school from a friend in Real Estate.I honestly didnt know what to expect going into this but, it has been a very rewarding experience. It is certainly a load of information to take in in one week, but Alan makes these long hours worth every penny. Hes engaging, funny and knowledgeable, which gives lectures a whole different meaning. His terminology and way of teaching helps to better understand and grasp the material at a more proficient level. His personality is what makes him a phenomenal teacher, to say the least. First started taking an online real estate class and was way too much information to try and teach myself. I was told to try climer and took the week course with Alan who made the class a lot of fun and effective learning! It’s a lot of info to take in a week and study but you get it done and feel confident in passing. I would recommend to anyone wanting their license.

What an amazing school! They really teach you everything you need to know for the test. Some may need to study a little extra harder than others but that is okay. My husband and I took the 63 hour Pre-license Course with Instructor Allan in Dec 2020. The best instructor I have ever had and I have my Masters. He made the material stick with his jokes and amazing stories. My husband and I passed the test in Jan 2021. Climer School prepares their students to pass the test. The additional two day review class was very helpful. I recommend it if you are not the best at taking test.

This was George’s first time instructing for Climer and he was superb! This material is very challenging to learn much less to teach! Bill is an amazing instructor and works hard to relay and teach the information in such a manner that is simple and easy to remember. He will say words or phrases in funny ways or tell a funny story to better explain the concepts being taught. He made the math section so simple and easy to understand too! I took the 63 hour Pre-license Course - 2 week live-stream with Bill Christen. AMAZING! Bill is great! His personality makes this class much more lively. This material can be very dry especially online but he made it fun! I feel very equipped to take the state exam. So grateful for Bill and Climer School of Real Estate!

Attended the pre-license course in Clermont with Tina. She was an excellent instructor who not only went through the material well but added her own personal experience that related to the material.Following the pre-license course I attended the weekend-review with Jose. Jose made me feel very confident that I was prepared for the state exam which was the day after the weekend review. If you have any doubts about the state test I highly recommend that you attend the weekend review.Once I passed the state exam. I attended the Post 45 with Bill. Bill made the class very enjoyable and instilled the entire class with confidence that they will pass the end of course test.Overall I feel that the Climer School has prepared me for my professional career in real estate and I would encourage anyone who is interested seek them out.

I attended different Real Estate school a year ago; I wish I could’ve attended Climber Real Estate school but, long story short after a Full year and 6 months I signed up and attended the two Day Exam Review. I love it because I had “Bill” as my instructor absolutely amazing. Bill make it seem so simple he explained everything in its simplest form. I can literally write a whole essay how great he is... but I pass my exam (easily)

I not only took my pre-license class (and passed the state exam on my FIRST TRY), I also just attended the Post 45 class. If anyone is looking to be licensed and/or needs to get their Post 45 done in that first two years of being licensed, I sincerely will tell you that I my experience with Climer was off the charts fantastic.In the Post 45, Andy Brown, owner and amazing instructor, really made the course impactful and interesting. He not only taught the actual curriculum, the speakers that he set up for us, (real life people in the real estate world currently), taught me so much about how they had struggles yet became successful; providing tools to overcome obstacles in the profession in addition to setting a foundation for me to work towards for my own, personal future success in real estate.This school is absolutely outstanding! Im sitting in the parking lot of Pearson Vue as I type this, having just passed the state exam on the first try! Climer School was paramount in my ability to get through this with ease.Alan was an amazing instructor and going through the additional review class with Bill was so worth the extra time and money. Ill be back for my Post 45.Stop looking at other schools. Just go here. Buy nice, dont buy twice.

I am having mixed feelings about this. I have used IFREC for ALL of my licensing needs since 1998! I have always had stellar experiences. However, this time when I phoned for my continuing education, the process was ridiculous, frustrating and RUDE. I had no idea there was a name change (was there an owner/organization change as well??) I could not get a straight answer from anyone and still do not know. I had to make multiple phone calls and no one could answer questions for some reason. Is it a mystical secret??? What the heck happened to the company I adored? I was (finally) able to get my book, but had to call TWO more times when my results had not been sent to state. THEY NEVER RESOLVED THE ISSUE and my license was now at the point of expiration! I had to print my own results page from where I had passed my test on the computer and SNAIL MAIL A HARD COPY TO THE STATE MYSELF!!!! I have NEVER had to do this before in the 20+ years I have been using IFREC. WHO is GOLD COAST SCHOOLS and why do they suck? I guess I need to shop around for a new school for future classes before next renewal.
