I just completed the 2 week course (FREC 1)The best of the bestNick Carioti is the most effective and impactful instructor I have ever encountered. He is adamant about solely covering the information that appears on the test. Although he seemed very happy to answer any questions. He knows how to have a good time and promotes a fun class experience. I aced my end of course exam and left feeling fully prepared for the test with no questions unanswered.

I highly recommend this class. He gears his lessons towards passing the state exam, which I did on my first try. He is a great teacher and very knowledgeable.

I wanted to attend a live class in Real Estate versus doing an online training. After doing a bit of research on Google, decided to sign up with Florida Real Estate Learning Center. Glad I did. What a great experience! Nick was the BEST teacher. He was funny, expressive, provided real-life examples of real estate principles, covered all the material, gave us exercises that were great learning tools. Never a dull moment in his class. I, and so many other students in the class, were totally engaged the entire class periods. Oh, and I passed the state license exam on the first try. Would highly recommend.

Nick is amazing. Previously went to a highly recommended school in south Florida and did not pass. Heard great things about frlc and decided to try again. Passed the state test on the first time. Defiantly worth the drive to Orlando! Also Nick is fun , gives real life examples, and makes you laugh!

I first tried RE school online and could not finish the class due to work schedule. I took the two week class at night and was able to retain information well with Nicks testing strategies. Great class if you have test anxiety. He prepares you well for state exam and cares about you passing. Definitely take this class it is by far worth your money. Thanks Nick!

This learning experience was very straight forward and to the point. I had heard nightmare stories about majority of people failing the State exam on first attempt. I must state all I did was simply follow the study guide provided by the instructor and the State Exam was a breeze for me. I would recommend this course to anyone local looking to pass the exam on first attempt.

Nick is a great teacher hes direct to the point and loves to throw in a few good jokes along the way to make the class fun but informative. Nick has had years of experience in the field and it shows in the class. He is able to relate real world experience and stories that have occurred in his career to almost any topic in the class.

Looking for a sure pass? This is the school! Nick has a common sense approach to understanding each term, and the many different topics/concepts (including math). He explains real estate in an easy, fun, passionate, & repetitive enough way, that if you pay attention, it sticks immediately. His teaching is pure quality, not quantity. He covers every aspect you need to know in such short periods of time. He has mastered the art of teaching real estate. Every sentence has meaning. Also his sense of humor is hilarious....Nick should drop RE School for stand up improv here in Orlando.... lol His school hours are very flexible. You are provided the luxury of taking day or night classes....something which every school I contacted prior doesnt offer. I passed my exam on the first try and it was my first exam since going to the University of Central Florida. If you go to his learning center, remember this: Listen to what he says, study what he says, and do what he says...and you will PASS! Dont you want to make $$$$? The state test wasnt easy. He is honest through out lectures of this. BUT his study methods made it very easy to dissect and understand. TRUST ME, SIGN UP FOR HIS CLASSES. DONT CHOSE ANOTHER SCHOOL LOL I AM NOT BEING BIAS I AM BEING HONEST! I never write reviews....but I couldnt resist not leaving one for this man. The only way you fail is if you do nothing. I tried doing the online class and quickly learned I had wasted my money.... I have always done better in a class room environment and after reading all the great reviews about Nicks class, I decided to take his two week course. I was commuting from Oviedo every day and although I would hate to make that drive every day for work, it was well worth the time and hassle for this class. I started my class on Sept 15th (2014) and I just took the state exam this morning. In 16 days, I was able to get my application filed with the state, finger prints done, class and class test completed as well as my state exam done and passed. All you have to do is exactly what Nick tells you. Hes a seasoned Realtor and educator and he absolutely knows what he needs to teach his students to give them the best chance at passing the state exam the first time around..... I would avoid the 1 week and 4 week classes other schools teach. The two week course has proven to be the one with the most successful first time exam passers. ... Nick, Thank you sir for making the class fun and informative.
