Im almost for certain my melanated Israelites especially of the Judah tribe would not feel comfortable in this environment based on the energy I received from El Presidente. I was first entering the RE industry early this year & in the midst of the hustle, I just so happen to call the president of this organization. I informed the President of CFRI every aspect of the subject deal prior to moving forward. Conversions were delightful until I found a good deal for him. I was spoken to belligerently then told, I shouldnt be upset(huh?)! After keeping my composure I was hung up on, unfortunately. I can screenshot emails (if needed). Great organization for real estate education at a phenomenal price!My wife and I originally received coaching from Kiyosakis Rich Dad organization - we paid waaaay too much money, did no deals, and the best thing they taught us was to go to our local REIA (real estate investment association). We found CFRI online and attended a General Meeting; it was fantastic! Weve learned so much for pennies on the dollar... CFRI brings in nationally recognized realty investment speakers, as well as local market experts, for everything from fixing & flipping properties, to wholesale, to commercial real estate, to note holding, to tax deed auctions, etc... CFRI offers classes and seminars on everything real estate, and they hold a lot of monthly focus group and county group meetings that focus on different realty topics and have their own speakers every month! This is definitely the place to go if youre looking to get started in Central Florida real estate, whether youre an investor or a realtor. Its also a great place to go if youre experienced and looking for deals, businesses, and like-minded people to network with!
