My problem with Family Dollar in general, is that they too often sell out of popular products, and take to long to resupply their stores. Many common items sell out quickly. Many times I have just needed bread or sugar, and they are sold out for days afterwards.

They let people stayed out front of the store bugging the customers from money does not very good business sense

The store was dirty. Someone spilled juice on the floor and employees saw it and didnt bother cleaned it up, until I pointed and said someone could get hurt. As costumer service goes they ARE terrible. The employees, including the manager (if we can call him that) are rude. Lack of costumer service. I dont recommend this location at ALL.

Its ok can be better a person got robbed here so just dont sit in the car get your items and go other then that its cool

Customer service is not in this store. more like a girls hangout. NOT professional. NOT worried about the customers. Worried more about their hair and nails. Store is messy and in disrepair. Supervisor has his name and phone number posted on the window; I thought to correct the problems. I have given them that chance. Its to keep corporate from knowing whats happening and go by what he tells them. I have given a 1 star because there is no 0. Guess goggle feels sorry for me of these places; NOT me. We pay your bills by shopping there.

Family Dollar is okay, I like Dollar General better, they were closed.

I would always go here after school and work. Staff is helpful. I find everything I need and want. I would recommend going here. Ive been going to this location for 2-3 years now and they always making sure you have what you want. Ppl are friendly and helpful. If you are in a hurry or live by this place go here. I give 5stars keep it up family dollar.

I left my phone in the store and Latoya the store manager found my phone and kept it safe until I came to get it.she keeps a close eye on the customers especially due to the location of the store she Goes beyond the call of duty shes a keeper and please give her a raise she deserves it...

Dont Wast Your Time!!!,This store is so disorganized & the staff are not helpful or nice at all, very cold hearted they can care less of helping you. the prices are ok some of there items are very over priced that you can get at the dollar tree, no less defective items, that its not even worth going back to exchange it, only to get attitudes no thank you.. wont be going back to this store again, Im going to try another family dollar store. this store will keep losing customers if they dont change their ways & start giving good customer service. I give this store a -F

What up with the bike

The store isn’t that put together very confusing when you go in for something quick and you don’t know where anything is. There are no signs that tell us where each category of items are. Cashiers aren’t the nicest and it seems they don’t enjoy there job. Don’t come in here with the feeling as though you are gonna get helped because the store is disorganized and the area isn’t the best which makes the tension even worse for everyone.

To many homeless people hanging out in front of the store begging for money.then they get violent we you dont give them non of your hard earned money

My family went to this location today and the customer service was horrible. First thing we seen a sign that ALL apparel was buy one get one 1/2 off so we bought quite a bit of clothes. But before we could get to the clothes a cashier aggressively approached is and said we had to leave our diaper bag at the front desk.. was like ok and I had a small bag haging from my stroller with cigarettes in it that I just bought from a gas station before I came in and she said I had to give her that bag too and told us that we had to leave our strollers up front if our kids werent in it. I was like wow nothing like making your customers feel harassed the min they walk in the door and feel like your being accused of ever wanting to steal let alone do it. I spent $175 at this store on my visit the whole time we were shopping the employees were watching us like a hawk . When I checked out the clothes didnt get the discount that the sign says it is none of my coupons came off using my phone number and the cashiers were so RUDE!!! I asked them why the clothes didnt get the discount and she said rudly that promotion ended , so Im wondering why wasnt the sign taken down!?!? I called a number posted for the general manager/owner and he said he would have the manager fix it well she said she could only discount the kids clothes and no swim wear THE SIGN SAID ALL APPAREL!!! I wish I could post a picture on this review that I took off the sign. This was my first last and only time I will ever shop at this location!! I will never be back retrain your employees on how to value a customer

This store is one of the worst. The manager is rude and unhelpful. Theres always a long wait because the manager refuses to open another register. Ive gotten spoiled meat on more than one occasion. I had to navigate around the clutter in the aisle. This store needs new management. I go out of my way just to avoid this Family Dollar. You have to pass through the panhandling and smell of urine just to have a horrible, mess up, raise your blood pressure, forget it I dont want it Im leaving my basket right here kind of experience. I worked for Family Dollar for years and this store is a disgrace

I can find a lot of things I need for a dollar, A lot of good things you can use at home, in the office, or at school.

I agree with the last review I was looking for ice cream and had come from the dollar general across the street (which has much better service btw). I had the item I purchased from dollar general which was napkins...which also said dollar general on the napkins. The lady at family dollar said next time I couldnt come in with a bag I showed her the napkins in my bag were something they dont even sell and offered to show my reciet. She said its their policy. I know its not in the best area but that doesnt give them the right to accuse any customer whos shopping in the area of stealing. I paid for my ice cream the only reason I came over there was that dollar generals ice cream was a little more. Just because I also shop at the store across the street does not mean Im stealing. All I can say is it wont happen again because I wont go there again. Accusing legitament customers of stealing because they shopped at another store and have a bag from that store is crazy. This only happens in this area if you go to another family dollar by Florida mall they never accuse you of stealing for bringing a bagi
