Eli at the East Colonial store made my experience the best. He was patient with everyone including myself, everyone is not machine savy but Eli made sure everyone got what they needed done with no problem. He handled multiple customers at a great pace and made sure to communicate. I had a lot of questions and he never once showed a sign of frustration. Eli deserves a raise! I will be returning!!

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! Poor Customer service. Very rude staff. I read all reviews here just to see was I the only one that felt this way and clearly this is the normal flow of business here. No employee volunteered to help and never gave off any welcoming energy. This was my first and last time coming here. Go to OFFICE DEPOT up the street this place is not where you want to spend your money!!!!! I regret spending money here.UPDATE!!!!! Steven was the best hands down. I actually had to return to this location because there were errors in my documents. And to my surprise there was a nice young man my the name of Steven (ask for Steven) he changed the game of customer service he went over and beyond as a customer service representative. He corrected the errors and even gave tips as to how make marketing materials look clean and sleek. I didn’t have to wait at all. Very pleasant attitude, very knowledgeable and that makes me say Steve should be the face everyone meets at the door. Great job Steven and thank you.

Drove across town to get to this store by 8:00 pm, and when I got there at 7:48 the doors were already locked. You’d think that with all the loss in revenue during the past few months that they’d want to get every customer they can. If you can’t stay open til your advertised hours, I’d consider changing them.

Staples is a great local office supply store carrying everything from printers to office furniture, envelopes, etc. Associates at this location have always been helpful!

Went in for a simple exchange, there seemed to be more employees in there than customers but nobody offered to help me find what I was looking for. Then they wouldnt let me exchange a Staples brand 100% Satisfaction Guarantee product (were talking $15). Wont be back.

Friendly and attentive staff. Fairly wide selection. Lots of back to school specials!! Took advantage of their e-waste recycling program to recycle a lot of old laptops, cell phones, DVD players, etc.

In line for 10+ minutes while 3 employees help one woman print one PDF. Tried the self print station but quickly cancelled after the total came to to $384 for 170 double sided black and white pages. Where is the easy button like on the commercials?

For years I have been using Staples. What keeps me going back to them is their Print/Copy services. Their staff are always helpful, creative and willing to go the extra mile. They do everything for my business, volunteer activities and personal copier needs. So I end up shopping there for other items just because of them. Oh, and Quincy is a genius!

Ridiculous prices! I can understand marking something up an additional 50 or even 100%, because youre an office specialty store. But SERIOUSLY?? $22 for one label maker cartridge when I can get a 5-pack of the exact item for $18 on Amazon delivered to my door? Youre pricing yourselves right out of business, morons. Will NEVER shop there, even in desperation.

Obviously these guys dont understand but providing a restroom for their customers is an essential service!

I love to deal with people rather than computers so I contacted copy center at staples on colonial and they were willing to work with me and match online pricing. I love to see good customer service as these days it is hard to find. Rick even mentioned he would connect me with Mike to see if I would qualify for a wholesale or business discount!

Zori was absolutely amazing in the print center! She helped me work the self-service printer, decide on best paper, and even bind my presentation. Made my day!

Shout out for the great help from LaShelle & Azonia this past weekend. Other staff were also helpful - just didnt get their names. Anyway, as a small business owner, I find Staples to be the best place to shop for my office supplies. The staff at this location have always been helpful.

Print from email has to be paid with credit card. If you have cash, you have to put it on a store card. Staff was very nice though and they will refund the difference from the card if you put too much on.

OMG!!! I JUST HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN HERE. Everyone helped me with the smallest things. Price check. Questions, coupons, location on things. The people who work here were awesome to me and my family.

I bought a computer just before the holidays. My wife saw a pre-Black Friday ad that would have saved me about $400.00. We also noted the online sales would be open at 7am Thursday. So our friend decided to buy one that morning. We happened to try and get on line at 6:58 am...We were successful, but at 6:58am, they were sold out.I went in first thing Friday, and Eddie, the tech guy, was professional, he actually had another one available and gave me a refund for the difference. I have shopped here for many years a and always have been satisfied.I appreciate their staff, management and product pricing.

I am very disappointed in this store. I returned 10 ink cartridges for a $20 coupon through the rewards program and they did not give it to me. I buy ink all the time. I have drawers full on used ink cartridges because of how much I print at my work from home office. I have never had an issue in the past getting the $20 off until now. I spend more then $100 A month in ink in the store and they cant give me the $20 off every now and then?? I guess I will be taking my office needs elsewhere.

The people that work there are so knowledgeable I am always happy when I leave there.

Because they match prices and I get rewards for ink recycling this is always a great deal for me.

Relentlessly incompetent printing staff. They didnt process our order, then tried to overcharge us. This is the last time we will print something there. Avoid them if you want your print job done properly.

Awful service! One of the printers takes forever to print and ends up not printing some of the pages. Staff knows it and does nothing about it! No sign saying the printer is broken or anything! Also, there was only one employee around to assist customers at the Marketing and Printing area, and that was not enough! She could not assist everyone that was there and I ended up loosing my appointment because I couldn’t print what I needed today.

I left my passport & drivers license in the photocopier like a dingus. They found & kept them behind the counter for me... THANK YOU

Not good. My kids wanted a tablet and were checking them out while I printed something and the manager and staff kept bothering them telling them not to play with the tablets.

They arent connected properly to the cloud. Dont expect to get a large document printed without some tedious button pushing.

Came in to cut two magazines and they told me they couldnt cut it because of the glue. However i didnt want them to cut on the glue they said no. Now I was a print account manager with Staples Business Advantage and I am aware of the capabilities and this is not acceptable, if a regular customer comes in yo cut paper they would say yes because there is not glie that might affect the blade, I came in asking for the same thing. INCREDIBLE!

Went in for a quick copt at the prinring station and we normally have a pleasant lady with cool red hair help us. She must have been off today, bc we were quickly greeted by a young lady named Lisa who was quick to say she couldnt help us unless we wanted to be charged a quick service fee or wait four hours just for 2 copies. We go to Staples because we are not tech savy and need help. We go to get customer assisstance. Some advice: Instead of being quick to say what you wont do. Be courteous, proactive, and assist guests. Everyone needs help. IF YOURE TOO BUSY TO HELP GUEST. ASK FOR HELP FOR YOURSELF.... AND BE NICE NOT DISMISSIVE. I hate that I have to drive further to do business with Office Depot. NO THANK YOU LISA.

Its staff is very attentive and the service is very economical.
