I went to Maynard Evans last school year and will be attending this coming school year. The school is awesome ❤ Evans can be Whatever you make it to be💯 The Teachers are great 😇 The support systems are very supportive 🤗 You have guidance counselors there to help you. The school is here to help you. To help you germinate and to have a chance to have an experience to learn as you go. You will also have an opportunity to follow your dreams . To define your character .. to plan and make a mission state at Evans High school. Youll be inspired by many educated staffs and students. So if you have questions Evans is the Answer ❤💯.

Evans high school is a very good school. I just graduated from there this year (may 26,2016). The teachers and staff are wonderful. They always help you out achieve your dreams. They offer a lot of help for any type of situation. They push you and motivate you into doing your work. Its a nice school. People say its a bad school and all these negative thoughts but its not. Im proud to say I am a Evans high alumni. Once a Trojan, Always a Trojans

Evans is what you make it. Meaning you cant act a fool and expect everything to go your way. Great school in my opinion. Love how the counselor did what they can to keep me on track. Inconclution, I respect every one and they respected me back. Class of 2k15👍🏾👏🏾✊🏾

I was nervous about sending my kids to this school, but I was greatly surprised. The teachers and staff care. Both my kids are thriving. Honors classes and are involved in sports and other positive activities. All freshman are teamed with mentors. The school is what you make it. The hard thing is there needs to be more community support. Proud Trojan Parent.

Evans is a great school. Of course it has its problems, but not different from any other school. Every school has fights and things of that nature. They have great programs like the IB program, AP and dual enrollment. Most of the teachers that I have encountered a great and some not so great but that is to be expected. A lot of the administration are very helpful and full of information and want to see the kids at the school be successful and graduate. You have some staff members who attitudes seem like the opposite of that and again thats okay and it happens at every school. Evans was a great school and I am glad I attended it and graduated from it.

It was a decent Scholl in 1963 with some really fine teachers and some not so inspiring. We didnt have air back in the day,just open windows and sand storms blowing from the open fields out back, no carpet on the floors,hence no mold, but it was a good experience. Ive lost touch with most of my classmates, but thats life. We go our separate and often disparate way!

Evans is one of the most ghetto schools Ive been to thus far. The educational system could use a big update on most courses offered and, lets be honest, the food is trash. Now, Im not saying the entire school is horrible, but what I am saying is that there is much room for improvement.

A nice school, just stay positive, and treat people with respect and you will have a great school year. Of course their will be immaturity, and people with no home training but thats nothing new. Dont judge evens by what you hear in the streets. Its actually a nice school, the new principle is just a little Boring.

I have gone to this school ( 10th grade) and I am soon about to leave it, While it was a great experience with some great teachers I have encountered disrespect from staff. They are inefficient in helping student needs, sometimes it seems like half of them dont care about you or your problems, The school is highly focused on making the school the best it can be which is fine, but they are ignoring danger issues and the effects that it has on students ( personal experience). It seems like they dont care about Bulling,Work load or the amount of test, although I am sure that this is probably just OCPS in general. I am not shaming the school in any way I am just stating my experience . I am leaving the school because I dont feel safe. Like i said once before this school is amazing but there are a few things that need to be fixed....but I guess everything cant change at once . If you are going to this school have fun and good-luck!

Great, friendly people. Big buildings and nice facilities. Was here for a wrestling tournament and had a great time.

I attended Evans and they are the prime reason why I ended up dropping out. They were rated as an F school for many years and one of those years I was actually attending. I do sincerely hope that they got their act together.

I went to Evan class of 09 Evans is a great school yes there were fighting n drama but there was great time to n most of the teacher really care n tryed to so dont judge a book by it cover because u never know

Im in 9th grade right now and I thought Evans was going to have fights everyday of the week. But actually theres was only about 3 fights this YEAR. There are a lot of help at this school and the stuff are the nicest people youll ever meet. This school is going far were already a B school on our way to a A! FCAT coming imma make sure I do my part and pass.

Lol my sister goes there and there are alot of petty fightsXD like for some of the stories XDDD

Never had a problem attend any games or activities there!

Music classes were awesome, meeting friends is not hard at all, if you do ypur work and pay attention you will be fine, to be honest evans is actually a good school, also it is not hard at all to get your community service hoirs the teacgers will help you out alot
