I had my student visa approved and would start classes in October. When contacting the school, I asked about the payment term, to start classes. The manager of the chosen Unit responded to me by e-mail stating that the payment date is 1 week before the start of classes. which in my case would be on October 5th. But to my surprise, the payment was discounted on 9/21, without any prior notice from the school. When I contacted them, so that the payment would be reversed, the unit manager was EXTREMELY rude and yelled at me on the phone, as if I were her little girl. I asked her to lower her voice, but in fact she only increased it more. Now, I am STILL trying to cancel the monthly payment that was charged incorrectly, and transfer me to another school, but the same lady who charged wrong, does not give correct information and is still rude, wants to make me take 1 month of class at this school . I am frustrated, because what was supposed to be a great experience abroad, has become a nightmare, where I am having to seek information about consumer rights here, to resolve this situation. I do not recommend. Do not enroll in this unit if you want to have a quiet and friendly study period.
