My daughter was supposed to attend 1st day of class 06/21/21. When I enrolled her I went to the physical location and paid half down. I was not given a receipt or confirmation of any sort. When asked I was told I will get a packet on 1st day of class. Ok no problem I always have my bank statement as proof. My daughter asked me Sunday before 6/21 about the class. Closed on Sundays ok….Did not receive a CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL as a reminder. On 6/21 I called at 1:00pm then at 3:05pm no answer . They open at the 3pm class starts at 3:30pm. I get a call at 3:40pm that day asking the whereabouts of the student. At this point I expressed my concern with NOT receiving a follow up and how it would take me 30mins to get the child there which means she would be missing out on the 1st part of class. Nevertheless it was unprofessional and I was upset at how we were starting off advised I would be coming for a refund . When I get there the lady at front desk says you can come back for a check in 2 days . I said No I want a refund now . I then turned irate as they were giving me the run around. I paid by debit card and it should have been as easy as giving it back by debit card. I was then told to go to the home location and they would have a check ready for pick. The drive is 10mins. I get there and was told oh we don’t have a check we will mail it to you . I turned irate again. The audacity to have me drive to another location only to be told the same thing when they told the rep to have me come pick up the check. They lady ended up calling the police on me . I then went and waited in my car. When the police got there I explained my side of things. The officer said all you want is a refund I said yes. The officer went in and stayed maybe 10 mins and came back out with a check of $225. This company needs to be shut down. When I arrived I patiently waited gave my name and asked for my $$$ all to have the police called for nothing. That’s all they had to do in the 1st place was give me a refund. They did not bother to find out what the problem was or the even make it right . They suck all the way around. This twice before giving this company your hard earned money and about having your children learn from people such as this.

It’s very hard getting driving time with this school. They tell you to login at 8 on Thursday by 8:10 every drive time has been taken. You never can get some to answer the the phone.

I’m just curious at what stage in your curriculum you teach your drivers to go 5 miles an hour under the speed limit in the LEFT LANE? It is known as the passing lane.I mean seriously. I have yet to see you guys doing anything but blocking traffic. 🤦🏼‍♂️

My children are great drivers because of Pearland Driving School. Scheduling was a bit tricky, but once I listened to the staffs advice, we were able to get appointments. Learning to drive is a process that should not be hurried. I appreciate that they take their time to be sure the students are learning to drive safely and according to the law. All in all a great experience.

Had all 3 of my kids attend. Great drivers. Patient instructors that care about our kids. Have 1 more to send. Highly recommend

The school was great and especially Mrs. Livingstone. It was great when I had a driving permit and a decent experience with the class , nothing more nothing less. The hard part was the driving lessons, I currently only went to two lessonsThe driving instructor would make irrelevant discussions instead of not telling me about driving( which is a distractions to me according to Mrs Livingstone ) , The driving instructor was best of all. but I get nervous when he mentions about the flaws I made. This is also affecting my driving time with my parents. Before I went to my first driving lesson ,my father complemented me on driving skills. Sure there were a tiny amounts of mistakes, but it was resolved when I fix them a few times. After two lessons with the driving instructor, I was scared to drive because my father never pointed out those mistakes my driving instructor pointed. For example, in freeways, My father would tell to speed up over an extra 5 mph above the speed limit, but My instructor told me to drive slower than the speed limit. Im currently depressed because my father punished me for not driving the way the instructor wants me to do.

Good luck Scheduling a drive. They too many students and not enouph driving slots. As soon as you login to the site the slots are filled in seconds! Once they have your money they screen the calls and wont pick up or return your messages.

This school suck , try to schedule a drive online but cant not get in , it all fill up so quick. i would not recommend this school at all. My other son will attend a different school.

I though this will be smooth sailing but did not. After finishing the class we have to schedule to drive website and is book up fast and could not get a schedule. We continuously watch many times but as soon as it opens up it got filled so quick. This is waste of time and not recommended.

The class portion went well, they even provide transportation. Scheduling the drive times has been extremely difficult despite logging on at the appointed time (Thursdays at 8pm) and several times during the day. The classes are full and you are unable to schedule a drive time. When they send you a notification that a drive time has become available by the time you log into your account to schedule, the slot has been filled. I have contacted them via email from my daughters account and my account and left voice messages with no return call or email. The drive times have to be completed within a certain time frame or there is an additional charge. If the scheduling difficulties keep the way they are my daughter will not be able to complete them.

Scheduling behind the wheel is so complicated. I have been trying to schedule for months now and still unable to get schedule!I’m not recommending this driving school!

I went may of last year, and I have my license now.
