I can attest to the incredible impact that this program has had on so many ladies, including my wife (the founder, Katarina, is my wife!). Shes always been a strong women, and she has finally found a way to capture the essence of that strength in a program that teaches self-defense at the same time as working on core empowerment issues for women. It is remarkable the number of women she has been able to reach in such a short period of time, and the response has been incredible. She has such a deep passion and love for empowering women to take back their lives and become the strong women they were always meant to be, and this passion infuses the program with a contagious sense of excitement and empowerment.I dont think she really knew how much she would change herself when she began this journey, but as she continues to develop the program, she herself continues her own amazing transformation. She has a deep serenity (most of the time!) and has addressed many of the issues in herself that other women face all the time. I think this is what makes the program so compelling to others, because she truly leads by example and is building up a program and a following of those who are eager to make similar changes to their own lives.I am, of course, proud of my wife, but I am also just plain happy to see all of the changes that come about in the ladies who have been involved in her program that I have been privileged to get to know. I think the testimonies and media coverage speak for themselves, but I can add my recommendation to the bunch from the perspective of an involved husband. I recommend every girl/women to take this course. It is not just workout, it is a life changing experience. It teaches you not only self defense but also how to deal with daily challenges mentally. It will definitely change your style of responding to challenging situations on a daily basis and help you be more observant and responsive rather than impulsive and reactive. I took the 8 week course and the WOW challenge. I truly loved the experience. The couches are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I am truly glad I met such amazing group of ladies. All you ladies out there come join the KHR team. I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Katarinas HIIT & Run 8 week program is incredible! Im currently in my first round and I love it! This program is so much more than self-defense, were learning how to take care of ourselves physically and mentally. The program touches on all aspects of life and really gives you a sense of empowerment. Every time I leave class I feel inspired and confident. I wish something like this was around when I was in high school or college, I truly believe all women should experience this program!

Loved the class for not just self-defense, but HIIT training, practical applications, and a great intro to yoga and meditation. Katerina is a great teacher & motivational coach. I really enjoyed this class and it was a great bonding nine weeks with my two teen daughters. Highly recommend for anyone with teen girls!

I enrolled for the first time in this program about a year ago and I am still reaping the benefits. Katarinas program empowers you with self-defense techniques, diet changes and mental awareness that we as women need and sadly dont make time for. This is the kind of program that everybody gains from physically, mentally, emotionally. The all-women coach team and program colleagues create an incredibly supportive environment where you feel free to make mistakes and gain from each others experiences. I strongly recommend this program to all women. Make time for this - your life will not be the same.

Such an amazing company! Friendly women who empower and support other women and share a goal of claiming their mental, physical, and general health. Due to this broad and focused design I saw improvements in areas of my life that I didnt expect like my finances. This is my third course I’ve taken from HIIT & RUN and I like it more and more every time I take it. It’s hard to explain what’s about because it tackles a lot of different areas in your life. You are going to be working on yourself pretty much all day, is not just a 30min workout. And the results are also for a lifetime and not just for the “I need a good body for the summer” type of workout.It has change my lifestyle, my physique, my way of thinking, my mood, my diet... I’m just a happier person and I’m so thankful I found this program and this tribe. I love it

This program is amazing and will challenge you in ways you didn’t think were possible! I can easily burn 250 calories in a 21 min workout! I love it because it not only challenges you physically but mentally as well! It’s the whole package!

A friend has recommended KHR to me pretty much nonstop since I moved back to the area this summer. I joined the summer WOW challenge and really enjoyed the community, workouts, and focus on improving mindset. I then attended the KHR seminar and enjoyed seeing the full application of the workouts to self defense moves. I never thought Id be into learning self defense, but its one of the reasons Ive signed up for the full 8-week session starting in September!

When I first encountered this program online, I was curious about the self-defense techniques taught in conjunction with the short HIIT workouts. I enjoy the martial arts and wanted to learn how HIIT & RUN goes about combining fitness with it. I started with a 14-day challenge called HIIT & Run Like a Girl and was taken by surprise at how much more the program addresses than just working out and even healthy food choices. I fell in love with the community of women that makes up the program. In this community you will find acceptance, acknowledgement, kindness, respect, love and other meaningful intangibles.The workouts are physically great (and fun!) for fitness, practical for self-defense, and inspirational for empowering us to be the best version of ourselves... to take care of ourselves, we are worth it, so we can take care of others with less stress, more calm. There are so many pieces to this program - words alone cannot do it enough justice. Youll just have to try it for yourself, and I love that theres a built-in way to encourage the girls in your life to do something fun with you!As Ive come to know, even in a relatively short time (because its so apparent and also because Ive been praying for a community like this that combines everything I love and want to be a part of) the dedication and living-by-example of the owner and coaches produces powerful workouts. Not just muscle-y powerful, its life empowering. How else can I describe? The synergy of stronger together simply touches the soul beyond imagination. Im proud of being a part of KHR, what we stand for is solid, and to be training together is a lifelong dream of mine coming to fruition.

I completed my first 8 week session of Katarina’s HIIT and Run program in the Fall and have kept up with the program and many good friends that are still participants. My schedule has kept me from starting another session but if I could I would do this year round! As someone that has always been involved in various workout and self help/care programs I will say this is the ONLY thing I have ever seen that is ALL-encompassing. You truly get it all with this one program. From the workouts, self defense strategies and awareness, and nutrition tips to elements you would get with a life coach such as goal setting, spiritual growth, gratitude journaling, and SO much more! As a friend of Katarina’s I knew the program would be amazing because anything she touches is incredible but she has truly blown me away. And it just keeps getting better and better. Don’t second guess yourself. Join the program and join a group of inspiring ladies. Get out of your comfort zone. You will not regret it!

Katarinas HIIT&RUN program is amazing. I started the program thinking it would be a good workout and that I would learn some cool self defense moves as well. I had no idea that it would totally transform my life and get me out of the mom rut I had found myself in. In addition to fitness & self defense, the program incorporated mediation, journaling, nutrition, stretching, & empowerment. This all-encompassing mind/body approach helped me to learn to take time for myself so that I could be a better wife, mother, and person. I have changed from a life of rote monotony to a life of purpose and passion.

Katarinas HIIT&RUN program has been life changing for me. While learning important self defense moves, I unexpectedly transformed emotionally, mentally, and physically... and found a wonderful group of women who help keep me on track and support me unconditionally. There is nothing more inspiring than learning from positive successful individuals! I know Katarina from years back when we were both neighbors. Her dedication to success is profound. After reconnecting with quite a few individuals who’ve experienced KHR, I decided to try the 28-Day Challenge. Working out each day made me realize how important it is to carve out time for myself; for improved physical and mental state. In this short period of time, I’ve seen a difference in my body.
