I’ve been bringing my son here over 1 year and haven’t had any problems till they recently got new people at the front. So I have a few make up classes because either we get to the facility and a child vomit and they cancel classes or teachers are out sick and they had to cancel classes. Also have some makeup classes because we were on vacation for 4 weeks in the summer, and I was told I couldn’t put my account on hold. Well ever since my son moved to level six there’s only two days for that level, so we had a makeup class today. My son was really sick Monday even missed school, we tested for COVID and it was negative. I call today to see if I could reschedule his makeup and I was told either you miss your class/money or you bring your sick child. Im so disappointed! They rather have a sick child then to reschedule the makeup!!!

If you decide to leave the school because your family is moving, make sure you use up all your make up days. If not, they only give you one week to make up all your days. Forget the fact that you have to work and they have limited days for each level. I was also stupid enough to keep paying during the 2020 pandemic because I figured I would help this small business out. We ended leaving behind $300 worth of lessons that they refused to honor. I don’t know who runs this location but they are more money hungry than business smart. Also, if your kid gets comfortable with an instructor, they will probably leave after a few lessons. I wouldn’t go to this location if I had to do it all over again. Your child will really not learn much and every new instructor is like starting all over again.

They have very bad service, barely give five minutes to the child. Only one instructor who handles 4 at a time not only that if you talk to are very rude so I decide to pull my child

Clean indoor pool and facilities. Fantastic instructors and feedback. Small classes with lots of one on one time. Great place to track your children potentially life saving skills.

Awesome place, and my kids are really learning, even only going once a week. I only wish they had a more parent-friendly spacious observation area.Also, the younger kids always take lessons further away from observation glass, while the parent-baby classes are right in front of the glass. Maybe theres a reason for this, but if not, consider having the leapfrog classes closer to the glass, so parents can more easily view their own children.

My daughter didn’t even want to get her face wet the first lesson! After only 3 lessons she’s putting her face in the water and starting to feel a little more comfortable. The teacher is so patient with her, and me! Friendly staff and clean facility! I’ve been very impressed with our experience so far.

My daughter started her very first day of swim lessons and she had a blast! The facility allowed you to have hands on experience teaching your child how to get comfortable into the water in level one. The instructors were very nice and sweet and the facility was very well-kept and clean as well as organized. I would definitely recommend to any parent who is considering putting their child in swim lessons, to go here!

My baby started his classes on June 2018, when he was 19 month, he cried after the second lesson but Didi (the instructor) is very patient and now he enjoys the class and loves her, he never wants to get out of the pool. I do recommend this place for children to develop his skills and socialize since theyre babies. Staff in general is really friendly

Great learning environment for my daughter she went from being scared to get her head and face wet to wanting to go under water head first now, and she does it with confidence, that’s thanks to the team and staff, as a mother there is nothing more rewarding to know that when you child is around water at pools, lakes etc... that he/she will be safe and will not drown, because of the continuous teachings this school, they teach my daughter not only how to swim but how to swim safely which is in my opinion are the most important lessons because things happen unexpectedly and they teach her how to maneuver herself into a safe position should the unexpected happen, this is truly an amazing place every child should be given the opportunity for it is very important for all of our children to know how to swim properly.

Facility is always clean. Staff is helpful and nice. The instructors greet the children with a smile and I love seeing my child have fun in the pool.

Honestly this wasn’t the best swim school I’ve been to. They constantly change instructors and some of the young girls there are a bit standoffish. There was one instructor that my son did love. He was very sweet to him! I was only a customer 4 months and was charged two registration fees on top of it all even after being explained that it was once a year not every first of the year. I don’t recommend them at all.

I am very happy with the way my son is progressing. He started out at level 2 and is currently at level 4 and ready to test for level 5. Each teacher has been amazing working with him.

I have enjoyed the customer service and friendly swimming instructors. My kids are not easy to befriend and both swimming instructors they have had have been extremely patient and caring towards them. I am very happy with my decision to have brought them here.

I would not recommend this to parents who are thinking about signing up their 2.5- 3 year old. My son is almost 3 and is very playful, but that gets confused with not listening so most of the class you have teen instructor irritated by him. All the instructors are older teens or young adults which is not the best idea if ur working with small children, to me that equals less patience. By the end of the month my son was begging me not to take him. If I would have known this, I would have invested my money else where.

The place is always clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. my son has been going here since he was 1yoa, hell be 3 this fall and he loves it, he loves his coach too.

My husband and I were searching for adult swim lessons in our area. We came across Aqua Tots after researching several other swim facilities in the area. So far, our experience has been EXCEPTIONAL! Everyone at the facility is professional, polite and eager to help.Big shout out to our instructor Lauren for being so patient and calm towards us. When we first joined we were literally scared of the water! Now, we cant stop swimming!!!Thank you AQUA TOTS!!

Excellent facility, great teachers. The owner is very attentive and was so accommodating to my schedule when we first registered. My son is picking up very fast. Would definitely recommend!!!

We have been with the school since my son was 1 years old and he is now 4. The instructors are amazing, the atmosphere is awesome and we are very happy with our choice of a swimming school. Would highly recommend this school to anyone!

Love Aqua-Tots of Pearland, TX! We have been so pleased with how quickly our son (age 2) has gained confidence in the water and how our daughter (age 6) has learned proper stroke form. The owners and instructors are very welcoming and accommodating to our class schedule preferences. The facilities are so nice and my kids wish they could go every day.

My son, Ethan, has been enrolled in Aqua Tots since June 2015. He went from crying and having a fear of water to enjoying each lesson. Not only has he progressed, he has made awesome friends that he looks forward to seeing each week. The instructors and staff are phenomenal!

I love the class size. It enables my kids to get the attention they need so they can really master each skill.

Parents should be extremely wary of the nature of the communication between the teen aged coaches and the children. The coaches tend to be condescending, bitter, and caustic behind the glass (out of earshot of most parents).
