We have had the worst experience with this company. We had our daughter in swim classes over the summer and was told she needed to move up a class. We agreed but was told there were no openings and to keep going to the same class. Eventually, we stated we wanted to just cancel because there was no point of having her in the same class. We were told that we couldnt get our money back but they would give us credits. We reached out multiple times since then in which we were still told there are no openings. We eventually just requested a refund in which they still have not responded. We stopped going at the end of June and it is now October. Hoping this will eventually be resolved but its not looking like they are going to work with us.

I’d ask for a trial class before committing to a membership. The instructor and staff were really nice and helpful but the baby class didn’t have much structure. The 30 mins would you by kinda slow. Basically you’re in the pool with your baby and the instructor gives you a skill to work on and then she goes away to another student. To me it didn’t feel much of a community since the parents weren’t interacting with each other.

Staff are friendly. My kids are enjoying it.

The swimming teachers are good but the customer service are very rude and disorganized, specially Mathew, when we try to ask for help with any makeup or any question regarding help with change a class hour they just told you that they can’t help you with anything and any question that you do it’s going to be answered in 48 hours but that is not helpful if you need a faster answer, also I told him to communicate me with the manager and he told me that the manager don’t have a phone and I can’t talk with the managers, very inflexible and ride and for last the pool area is very rusty and I would like to suggest to keep a cleaner area.

Great trainers, very professional and great environment for the kids, very flexible to meet your needs. Basically my daughter went from splashing in the pool to perfecting her strokes in just few months. One-on-one training really helps with all levels of swimming.

Accommodates all ages very well. Great staff which operates in a safe kind and professional manner.

Love the professional and friendly staff. They teach all ages and levels, and the instructors and lifeguards are very knowledgeable with great attitudes!

My 3 year old was hesitant to start and was afraid in his first class, but the instructor was very friendly and patient. By the time class was over, my son did NOT want to leave!

Very friendly staff and small instructor/student ratio. Less chaotic than other swim schools we have tried in the past.
