We’re finishing our first year at Canyon Grove and are so excited for next year! I was homeschooling on my own for 2 years before I found them, and this is my favorite program. The staff is so helpful, the values are great, and the support with curriculums is amazing! I love all the extra opportunities they have, like the space center, but also the flexibility to let me still educate my kids how I want to. I highly recommend them!

Our son loves going to the innovation days at Canyon Grove and has never been so excited to learn! They’ve also greatly helped us feel comfortable with homeschooling. I highly recommend CGA!

Distance Education at its best! They offer so many wonderful programs, curriculum options, and have great support for parents. Weve been doing Epic Day at Canyon Grove for 3 years now and I highly recommend.

My children are thriving at Canyon Grove! They have unlimited opportunities for growth and love of learning! The staff are very supportive of families, wise, professional, and great to work with! My kids have asked to go all five days and we have enrolled them full time and are excited for next year!!

I cannot say enough good things about Canyon Grove! The location is quiet and feels safe. The campus is so fun and unique that it makes my kids so excited to go, my 3 year old keeps telling me he is 5 because he wants to go so bad. I LOVE the multi sensory approach. All my kids are sensory oriented in theor learning so they LOVE school here. I also love their focus on the environment and real world experience. They have SO many flexible school options so you can male things work for you. They offer extra curricular classes for FREE that we are so excited to be a part of. The staff is so kind and I am so glad Ms. Goates took over because she is amazing. They keep ypi extremely informed too as parents. I highly recommend this school! Weve been here three years and we love it!

I am so thankful to have this school as an option. I have homeschooled for over 14 years and already had a pretty good grasp on how to teach and help my kiddos learn. One of my kiddos threw me for a loop when they struggled with reading. I pulled out every trick in the book to help with little success. Canyon Grove as walked through various plans with me and set us up with tutoring and it has made a huge impact. My timid child who believed they would “never read” is growing in confidence every day! So thankful to have this option in the valley. My only negative is I wish it was closer to where I live!

We have been at Canyon Grove for 5 years now. They have changed and grown so much in that time and are just getting better and better every year. This year especially they have shown such amazing support for us who choose to do school all at home. We have loved doing the weekly lessons that they send home which include all the supplies that we could need for the various projects, last week we made god eyes and woven baskets, did science experiments and learned about weather.Its so amazing to have an Education Specialist on call all the time, if i have a child struggling with a specific subject or I need to order some new curriculum really quick, they have always been very very helpful and always reply quickly.The resource library is every moms dream, I can walk in and look at all subjects and talk to the librarian and she will help me decide what curriculum she recommends for our learning styles. We get additional science and craft kits, and tons of math games!!Really the best distance program out there. And their campus is so amazing this year. I was blown away by the office that is basically a garden with fish and plants everywhere. Outside they have so many fun animals all by the fences so we can enjoy them even when they arent participating in the farm class. Goats, bunnies, chickens, etc.We REALLY love this school!!

This is my daughter’s fourth year and now my son has started kinder. They’ve been so amazing with all the covid changes this year. I love love love this amazing program. The best of both worlds. Friends, fun activities, an amazing campus, educational support—while still maintaining the benefits of self-paced learning and more time for play and to just be a kid! So grateful for CGA.

We have been with the Distance Education program at Canyon Grove since the first year. We are in our 4th year now and have loved our experience. I had been considering homeschool but it wasn’t until I found this program that I felt like I could make the transition. I loved the idea that my kids could still attend a class with friends and a teacher for a day and a half. I love Having an Education Specialist to help me on the journey with choosing curriculum and coming up with ideas to work through challenges. My kids love the Epic Days and Discovery Days. The Field trips have been awesome too. The resource library is great, I kind of geek out when I go there! They have something for everyone, kids and parent resources.

My daughter loves going to Canyon Grove! She cant wait for the day when covid-19 is over so she can go back. For now, were doing distance learning at home through the school. As a parent, I love the resources that are available and the education specialist who is available to help me figure it all out and to know how to keep my daughter progressing. Even when we moved from Pleasant Grove to Springville we could still stay signed up because they have a Springville location as well. Im so glad we found Canyon Grove!

As a parent I love that I can homeschool and decide what curriculum will work for my kids while still having help navigating all the choices out there and ensure we have a complete education. The supporting staff are wonderful and my kids have bonded with teachers, our Education Specialist and tutors. The bonus comes when my kids can go to the school one day a week (thats the program we chose but there are more) and create relationships with other kids their age. They have loved the team work, leadership skills and variety of projects theye been able to work on. Its the best of both worlds and I recommend this program to any parent/guardian needing support in their childs education. Dont wait! Jump in!!!

Canyon Grove Academy is the best of multiple worlds that is extremely flexible to provide just what we need and want for our kiddos! There are options from 0-5 days attendance. We do distance learning which give us the option for 1 on campus day right in our area! (Dont let the pleasant grove address scare you!) They have campuses all over. Right now we are choosing to even do that day at home and they provide the funniest activities and family lessons for us to do at home -- they even send us all the materials! (So there is no I know we had a straw and a rubber band somewhere... going on!) The school also provides the curriculum I choose! And if youre clueless, theres help and support. You still get sped services too. And field trips and fun extracurriculars. Really, were very happy. And so excited for class additions like farming and manning a spaceship! Highly recommend this school if you have curious, fun children who love adventures!

Were on year 3 of doing distance learning through Canyon Grove, and my girls have really loved the Discovery day experiences and the hands on learning they have received! Ive especially enjoyed the flexibility to school the way I would like, yet have support from educational specialists whenever I need it. We love that they were able to still provide us with kits to do at home (science, math and STEM!) when we opted not to attend the one day a week in-person Epic day program this semester. This has been the best of both worlds for us - flexibility and support! Highly recommend :)

This is our fifth year of distance education through Canyon Grove, and I cant say enough about how wonderful this school is! They offer a perfect blend of education: the opportunity to personalize your childs instruction with unbelievable support and resources offered through the school. I know I can have my questions answered and get extra help when we need. My kids have loved all the programs--epic days, discovery days, field trips, etc. I love the way I can get extra resources I never would have thought of from the resource library. Absolutely fabulous!

I LOVE Canyon Grove Academy! I thought about homeschooling but didn’t think I could do it because being a mom is hard enough! Then I heard about distance education where kids could go to class for a full day once a week and learn art, history, science, PE and get social interaction, and I could teach math and language arts at home! And because it’s a public charter school, the curriculum is paid for! There are sooooo many different curriculums you can choose from, and if it’s not listed you can get it approved possibly. If you want to do a religious-based curriculum like The Good and the Beautiful, they won’t pay for it but you can still use it!!! The staff is so supportive and helpful and nice. I’m so grateful I found this option for my children!

I love the Adventurers program at Canyon Grove. The class sizes are small and the kids love taking care of the animals. My Boys are in Kindergarten and First grade and they are learning so much. They appreciate the arts and crafts and are very proud of what they bring home to show us. Great program and wonderful school and teachers!!

This school is GREAT! They offer so many different options, especially if you want your child to be able to stay at home, but also have the chance to interact with their peers. It is my daughters first year and she loves it so far :)

Could not be happier with both the support I receive from this school at home and the incredible in-school experiences my child has. Im always a little jealous this place didnt exist when I was little! Wonderful staff, wonderful resources, wonderful campus... Love it!

Thank you to all the educators and the coordinators of this amazing program and opportunity. CGA has done an amazing job this year (2020) to think outside the box and we are thriving because of it. The at home science kits have been a favorite activity, and weve learned so much as a family. The 10 week innovations ignited in my boys the desire to learn new things, create and made all learning enjoyable and fun. I cannot believe this is school!

This is a great distance education program! Ive been so impressed with the staff and the quality of the instruction my kids receive on their one day at the school. They have also been very helpful with the curriculum we need for the other days at home.

I absolutely love this school!! I went here the first day in opened in kindergarten and stayed all the way up until sixth grade. This school has a special place in my heart and it always will. Where do I even start? We absolutely love this school! We were on the fence of homeschooling and decided to look at what opportunities for education were out there. I stumbled upon this school on google and it sounded too good to be true! This is the best of both worlds (a perfect blend of public school and homeschool). Free curriculum to take home and teach your children with?! One full day on campus?! (Epic day) and another half day of extra curricular activities also free of charge!? (Discovery day) And optional field trips every Friday?! Well it was true and I was so excited to give it a try. And it has been nothing short of amazing!When Covid hit, I was nervous about how things would change. Canyon Grove responded and adapted quickly to the situation. I chose to keep my child home during the pandemic for the 2020-2021 school year, but Canyon Grove has given our family the resources to continue to learn what they would have learned at their on campus Epic days. The lessons are super simple, not overwhelming, yet rich with exciting and engaging materials for my whole family to learn together.Thank you Canyon Grove for all you have done to make learning engaging, excited and family centered.❤️

We have loved working with Canyon Grove Academe this past year. My favorite part is the resource library for the distance ed homeschooling program, where they have a variety of awesome curricula to choose from, tailoring it for each childs needs and learning styles. Plus extra curricular materials that can be checked out for as long as needed. The Educational Specialists assigned to each family in the program are so helpful and supportive! And we have enjoyed the Epic Day and Discovery Day programs as well! This is a phenomenal school to support homeschoolers!

Canyon Grove Distance Education is wonderful! For those families who want the flexibility homeschooling offers with the educational support, fun outings, and activities you may not have time to offer your children this hybrid system is an excellent option! Class is once a week with an option to sign up for fun outings (Discovery Days) once a week as well. Discovery Days change every month to make things new and exciting for the kids to experience. In the past such outings have included: ice skating, indoor rock climbing, snow shoeing, indoor trampolines, book binding, martial arts, Discovery Space Center, programing, and more!

This is our sons first year and it has been so incredible for him. He really struggled with the large class sizes and lack of attention at the local public school. At Canyon Grove he is able to do much more hands-on learning and it suits him so much better. They do frequent field trips and spend time at the space center which he loves. I am so grateful for the thoughtful school leadership that saw the potential in our son and had patience with him as he matured into the excellent student he is today.

My daughter has had the best year here at Canyon Grove. I am looking forward to her next year there as well. I loved the school play and end of year carnival. Administration and teachers are the best!!! Thanks for making school so much fun.

This learning model is as near perfect as anything I’ve seen. I love that I can know what my kids are learning, yet not have the pressure of having to provide all STEM activities. I also like that they get school bus and field trip experiences. I love that my kids can take learning at their own pace and expand their learning according to what they have aptitude and interests in and that the distance-learning library is so epic.

My kids have been going here for the past 2 years and we have all really enjoyed it. The teachers and staff do a good job communicating about what is going on. I love all the “extra” things they get to do: lots of field trips, Stem and smart lab, space center, weekly muisic and art, etc. It has been a great school for us!

I absolutely LOVE Canyon Grove! The distance education program is wonderful. I’ve homeschooled for years and this is the best of both worlds. The kids go for one day a week and do the rest from home. They can participate in a school play and many other fun activities. You get support and you have tons of choices for curriculum. The resource library is heavenly, filled with curriculum, science activities, foreign language programs, art activities, anything you could want to make school at home fun and engaging.The staff is amazing, the director Kim really cares about the families. I wish that there had been a school like this when my oldest was younger. I felt like I struck the gold mine when I found Canyon Grove 2 years ago and the school just keeps getting better and better each year!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with the Canyon Grove distance education program. We’ve had access to so many great resources-curriculum, online subscriptions, fun school programs and activities. The most important thing to me, however, is that we’ve been able to maintain a lot of independence and I’ve felt like the educational decisions I’ve made for my children have been respected. For example, my kids have been late readers and I’m ok with that. The school offered reading assistance, but was respectful and understanding when I declined. My kids have loved discovery days. It’s well organized and always fun!

I love this school! We do the distance education program and they do all the history lessons plus they have a curriculum library so that you have access to a bunch of different curriculum to see can what works for you family. They have fun family activities throughout the year and they plan field trips and well.

Canyon Grove Academy has been a great experience for my children and I. I love having the ability to homeschool but to also have the school’s supplemental programs. My children have enjoyed trying new things for Discovery Days and I have enjoyed the freedom this school has given us to customize our school experience. The employees we have interacted with have all been kind, caring, and professional.

Canyon Grove Distance Education has been amazing! It is the perfect fit for homeschooling while still experiencing a classroom and social setting. My kids dont want school to end when summer comes around.

This is our 6th year homeschooling, but our first at Canyon Grove and we are very happy with the program so far. It seems well organized and my children arrive home excited to share all they did that day. I love that they are making friends and having fun learning.

We do the Distance Ed program at Canyon Grove. Having my kids at school one whole day a week is a great fit for us. They learn great things at school, hang with friends, and I get a day off! Haha. They have also had a lot of fun adventures at discovery day. Skating, climbing, snowshoeing and all sorts of things I wouldnt normally take them to do. It is definitely the best hybrid option Ive found so far. Weve been with them since the beginning and they have been improving every year. We will definitely be sticking around!

We have loved Canyon Grove Academy for our little girl who attended the all day kindergarten. She has learned so much with the small class sizes and all of the different areas she gets to learn every day. Whether its the regular class day, or going to the smart lab, music class, art class, or to PE, she gets a great well rounded education and a chance to learn many different things and excel in her education.

We love canyon grove. Its all the great things about regular school but flexible, 1 or 2 days a week, with us doing the rest at home. Love our educational specialist, she helps us stay on track and gives us ideas when we struggle. No judgement, just compassion.

My son Lukas, started here during kindergarten and is now in second grade here. Our experiance with the school has been spectacular. They have worked wonders for my sons who struggles with retention. They have also come through when it comes to the bus routes. Hands down the best, I wish I went here when I was growing up.

We have been with this school for two years. We loved it at first, and now I cannot wait for the school year to be over, so we can got to a different school. This school has gone downhill for sure! The principal we loved just left unexpectedly and the new principal is less then good. We have had several issues we need to discuss, and she wont even call us back. They have implemented some new rules the last month, and now kids are getting punished for having to go to the bathroom, and for being absent. It is completely unacceptable. I would avoid this school at all costs! There are so many more better options. We are so displeased with how our daughter has been treated, and the lack of response from administration. We do not like this school!

Our boys have loved going here! Their teachers are both so involved with them and are constantly sending emails about progress or things we need to work on. Staff is great & when our kids have had problems, they are addressed in a timely manner; which is especially good for our overly sensitive son. We love CGA!

This was our first year at this school and they did not disappoint. My children have grown so much this year. They have not only increase their knowledge in school but have learn many skills for the future.

I have three students who attend the Canyon Grove Distance Learning Program. We’ve been with them since their first year, 3 years ago and love the Epic day, Discovery Day, discounted or free field trips and the other activities that are available. My kids made friends and learned lots of new and interesting things. We appreciate the support we’ve been offered as far as making the learning process personalized, the help with curriculum purchases and the friendships that we formed over the years. The staff feel more like family than acquaintances. If you’re looking for a happy medium between homeschooling and traditional, CGA is your answer.

We love canyon Grove! We get the advantages of both homeschooling and the public school experience. The communication between parents and the school has continued to improve through the years. Weve been with Canyon Grove for three years now and this fall will be our fourth. Kim Goates is amazing and she truly cares about facilitating an awesome experience for families.

Well when I was in kinder garden I went here and stayed here up until 2nd grade it was the best school ever and everyone was so nice it really gave me a great past to look at

We have loved this school for the last 4 years, it is absolutely wonderful!! They went through an administration change in the 2017-2018 school year, which resulted in a more chaotic year than usual. However, this past year has been fabulous. Through their Discovery Days program, my 3rd grader has been able to go paddle boarding, snow-shoeing, and rock climbing! Ever since the implementation of their new Smart Lab, my daughter has decided she wants to be an engineer when she grows up because she loves it so much! She has done coding activities on the computers and monthly trips to the space center as well. Seriously, we love this school. Yeah, it’s had its growing pains, but it’s been SO worth it!!

We have loved CGA! Great staff who care and provide amazing learning opportunities for our kids. Coming to Canyon Grove was such a good choice.

My 5th grader attends the Pleasant Grove Thursday program. She loves the teacher and the History, Science and Art she learns while on campus. She also loved participating some on Tuesdays with the Discovery program.I love the resource library and the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. The program offers many online curriculum, hands on curriculum and workbook type curriculum. I love that we get to choose what works best for our students and that they work at their level instead of being required to work at grade levelsWe moved here last year from California where we also loved our old charter school. We were grateful to find something similar here. The field trips they offer are another wonderful perk. We love the school so much we are willing to drive all the way from Heber to attend.

We love the homeschool distance education program. The curriculum is so helpful because we can try and use it without purchasing it before hand (which is so costly) and the kids come home with new knowledge from their one day a week on campus class time. They love Miss Denya (kindergarten)!

Our son has some special needs and this school has embraced him as one of their own. We are incredibly grateful!

Canyon Grove is the right supplement we need for our homeschool. We are in the distance education program which means they have one school day a week and one 2 hour activity a week. My son loved the activities and crafts!

All three of my children attended Canyon Grove Academy. While the school has had its ups and downs, Ive always known that it was a better placement for my children than the local public school they had been attending. Each of my children have struggled academically, and the teachers at CGA have gone above and beyond to help them. Now, each of these same children who had learning disabilities, are above grade level and are excelling in school. I feel incredibly grateful that we found CGA.

My 2nd grader daughter LOVES this school. So much so that she gets sad when the weekend comes. Her teacher Ms. Pierce is absolutely amazing and the staff has been very kind and accommodating. I love that at CGA they encourage the kids to discover their passions and are teaching them useful skills with their incredible SMART lab and Space Center. This is our third year at the school and I feel as though its getting better each year. Ignore the bad reviews, I am pretty sure they were written by some surly teenager.

We have absolutely loved this school onsite and the distance learning programs and we drive all the way from Saratoga springs to come. All the staff are amazing and knowledgeable and everyone is so involved!

This is our first yeat doing the distance education program at canyon Grove. We had a great experience! It gave my kids an opportunity to be a part of a class and do activities that I wouldnt have done at home while still having flexibility to homeschool and choose curriculums. I highly recommend it!

Im a homeschooler, and Ive been very grateful for this charter schools impressive distance education program. My kids are able to attend school one day a week (if I want them to) with other kids doing the distance education program. They get to have a classroom experience, and the valuable experience of being taught by a different teacher. Furthermore, what they learn about at school stays there! I dont need to worry about homework, or carrying on my part of a specific curriculum at home. What is taught at school is self contained so we can get on with the curriculums weve chosen for our family.Ive loved Canyon Groves curriculum library! They have tons of different curriculum options, as well as other resources! We currently have a rock tumbler that weve borrowed, as well as a couple Lego Knex building sets. Im looking forward to the dissection kits they have available when my kids are a bit older. As for curriculum, at times they havent carried, or possibly even heard of, what Im looking for. Theyve been very willing to look into what Ive been interested in and see if they can make it work. So far, theyve been able to help me out. They cant do any religious based curriculum, as this is a government funded school, but thats been fine. I love that my tax dollars are actually working for my kids. Homeschooling can be expensive, and this school has helped me out a ton! Mind you, Ive had one time where a request fell through the cracks and I didnt get what I needed at the expected time, but human error happens! I feel that their system has become more and more efficient, and that they sincerely appreciate feedback.On top of the optional one day of school per week, they also have whats called Discovery Day. For three or four weeks, one afternoon per week, you can sign your kids up to participate in a class. It could be bowling, painting, leather working, acting, coding, ice skating, kayaking, etc. Theyve done tons of different stuff. My kids have loved the ones weve opted to do, and Ive truly appreciated that this hasnt been required. Sometimes life has been too busy, and we havent been up for it, or it hasnt been something were interested in.Wow, Ive rambled on! To sum up, Canyon Grove has been great. Ive loved the support Ive gotten from them, and that Im still being given the freedom to choose what I want and what works for my family.

We love Canyon Grove. All three of our girls were terribly bored at the public school.The oldest (5th grade) is on the autistic spectrum, and refused to do any work that she thought was a waste of her time because she knew it all in the first place. So she spent most of the day reading in a corner.The middle (3rd grade) had tested into the advanced ALL program in the district, but we heard mixed reviews, and that there was a lot of homework. And we’d have to drive her across town to participate.The youngest (1st grade) was reading and knew her shapes and colors before she went to preschool. After a year there, and getting the same stuff in Kindergarten, the thought of sitting through review of that for the first half of first grade too was too much for her and she started saying she didn’t want to go to school anymore.We were wrestling with these questions when we got a flyer about an open house at Canyon Grove. We hadn’t considered charter schools, but thought it would be worthwhile to check it out. We did see the poor scores it got online, and asked about that—they said the school had a complete change of administration and many new teachers and was essentially a new school in the old buildingWhen we arrived at the open house, the principal took us around to see the art room, gym, smart lab and space center.When we asked about autism, she said that they had a whole special ed team because parents turn to charter schools when the public schools don’t have the resources to really meet the needs of every kid.When we asked about bored kids she said that they had the option to use computer aided instruction to go as far in language arts and math as they wanted.When we asked about homework, she said that they agreed with the latest studies and only sent home a minimal amount—more to keep parent aware and involved than to try to teach skills.It was like she had read our minds about what we wanted. We figured that if they didn’t live up to their promises we could always go back to public school.And boy did they live up to their promises. The girls are far from bored, and get to do so many things. Frequent field trips, programming robots, learning to code video games, special crafts and assemblies every Monday. Along with museums, they’ve been paddleboarding, snowshoeing, rock climbing, and more.I would totally recommend trying this school.

This school has some serious lack of leadership skills. They had a great principal and now the new principal has joined this year and she is not involved. She moved from another charter school which is now closed down. This new principal never knows what is going on. If you leave her a message or an email you won’t get any response to it. The teachers here are also lost and never posts grades and there’s no update on testing that are done. They send out notifications last minute all the time. This year they had extra days off from holiday breaks for No good reason. I feel this school doesn’t emphasis much on academics, not organize, no communication and doesn’t really know the kids unless you complain. The school was good last year and the year before now it’s goung down hill. Also I don’t understand why this school does not give their students napkins to wipe their hands after lunch. All the kids share a rag, that’s causing germs to spread. Also I’ve been getting complaints about the lunch lady Mapu being mean to the kids and making fun of the kids. Her job should be serving lunch and not making condescending remarks to students.

Canyon Grove Academy is a good school. Most of the bad reviews are lies because the new principal DOES answer back. Kids do not get punished just for going to the restroom. The workers here are better than past schools I have gone to. Plus, you can tell they did not pay attention very well because they dont have amazing spelling. They also do keep on top of grades. It maybe one or two teachers, but please report that to them and not to the whole world because it does not apply to every sngle teacher.

Im so glad to have found Canyon Grove distance education. We have been with them from the start and even though there have been some changes and speed bumps, it is what I expect of a totally new concept and educational system. Canyon Grove has succeeded in delivering their vision where so many other schools I have been following have failed. I am a hard-core homeschool purist and was wary at first but my kids absolutely love the once a week onsite class and the extra curricular discovery days are amazing and very valuable to me. The resource library is really great and helpful although I will admit that I dont use it as much as I would like to. I also love the online resources that Canyon Grove offers, my kids use them everyday. My favorite thing about the resource library is being able to borrow the high quality expensive items that I would be reluctant to come out of pocket for, such as telescopes, microscopes, rock tumblers, etc. etc field trips have been really fun and its been so nice getting to do various activities for free or for a heavy discount. Our Educational Specialist is always eager and ready to help me with any struggles we may be facing or (which I value) isnt in my face if I dont need anything. Im putting my third child into canyongrove next year and Im excited for them to be able to go together.

This place is terrible. I had the worst time there. I was cutting. And I was getting punched and beat up by boys. The staff did nothing. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR INNOCENT CHILDREN HERE. And if any of the staff is reading this. Please do better at running the school byeeeeeee

This is my second year homeschooling and 1st year at Canyon Grove Academy! We LOVE CGA!!! It offers the perfect program for our needs offering a full day of education at a local campus and a day of discovery- where my daughter can learn from other teachers and interact with her peers sometimes while rock climbing, cooking, snow shoeing, kayaking or crafting!! My daughter thrives with a one on one education at home the rest of the week (music, swim, theater we supplement) where all the curriculum we choose has been provided by CGA. They offer education specialists to work with you throughout the year. They also offer several online programs which we choose to supplement with. My daughter is happy, educated and socialized. She has made great friends this year. CGA is a school/program I plan to stick with and I’m grateful we found them. Thank you CGA!

I love this school. My 6th grade son has ADHD and was so severely bullied at his public school by his peers and the staff that I finally took him out and did the distance education through Canyon Grove. It was perfect for what we needed at the time. But half way through the year he felt ready to go back to school and so we enrolled him into their 6th grade class. His teacher was so kind and amazing and a great teacher. The staff at the school is amazing also, everyone there seems to really want whats best for the children. I was terrified to send him back, but hes doing amazing and hes caught up from a 4th grade level to testing into the ALL program at the junior high. Another bonus is they have the space center there, they do a lot of hands on learning, and they have their own busses and go on a lot of field trips. I plan on sending my 4 year old there for kindergarten. We will always be grateful to this school, theyre changed my sons life.

Ive had 3 kids go to this school and a few years ago my oldest went here in 2013 at that time it was a great school I currently have my two daughters going here and frankly cant wait for the school year to end so I can pull them out and transfer them to a new school this place has really gone downhill

I’m totally perplexed how there are so many negate reviews here. This has been an amazing experience for my student who has struggled in several schools, all in good areas. Mrs. Pili (Principal) has been HIGHLY engaged and my observations of her hold this To be a pattern throughout the student body.I can also speak to the communication issue that has been raised by others. When my student was falling behind in their homework, their 2nd grade teacher called us in and we worked out a solution which required her to email us at the end of every day that the homework wasn’t completed. She went out of her way to keep us informed. This kind of professional compassion is what I’ve come to expect for CGA, hence my shock at the negative reviews. Maybe some kids are trolling the school as a prank?

There was a boy that opened his milk to fine something black in it. He told the main lunch helper (girl) and all she did about it was laughed about it.

I was stuck in that school for 5 years I do NOT reccomend children to go to this school, in my year we had many children trying to kill themselves and then the principal just straight up left, the new one is no good at all!
