My son is currently enrolled at the Fernbrook KinderCare in the infant classroom and we absolutely LOVE it here!! The directors and teachers are all amazing! The infant teacher always takes great care of my son and keeps me updated daily on what his day was like. I would highly recommend this center!!

We had an incredibly positive experience at this KinderCare. Our son smoothly transitioned from being cared for by grandparents to the infant room at this center. The main teachers communicated with us often and shared specifics about our sons day. They treated each child with love and respect and it was comforting knowing we could trust the staff. Cori the Center Director was very accessible and answered a wide range of our questions as we toured the center and also when we started. We would have stayed with this center but my work schedule changed so we needed care at different hours of the day.

I use to work here for almost a year, the lead infant teacher isnt the best. I witnessed a lot of things that made me uncomfortable to watch. I let management know my concerns, they were dismissed because shes been there for so long.

My son was at this daycare for a year-and-a-half. The last 3 weeks my son started having behavior problems related to school. I started potty training my son in early February the daycare insisted that he still wears Pull-Ups. I told the daycare on multiple occasions that I did not want my son and pull-ups and the best way for a child to learn is for them to have an accidents a couple of times and they would not like the feeling. Still at nap time they insisted to put him on pull-ups instead of putting him on the tile just in case he had an accident they would leave his cot on the carpet.. my son came home with a gash under his eye when I picked him up from school and nobody could give an answer of how it happened I asked multiple times what happened to his eye they said that they didnt know and they cant see everything. The last 3 weeks my son was having behaviors where they became worse and he became physical my son is only 3 years old and they labeled him a dangerthey called me on multiple occasions to pick him up.. my son is African American Boy and I took offense to them calling my son a danger. I even called in corporate and they said that they were going to change some of the programming still after corporate came in I got multiple phone calls in a week to pick up my son. These teachers do not know what theyre doing with kids and they are not trained at all. One of the teachers stated that he was intimidated by my son which is 3. My son never had behaviors at home or in the community only at school which raises the question to why all of a sudden the last three weeks hes been having behaviors. I do not recommend this daycare at all the new director that took over Laura does not know how to run a daycare and she is not fit for her job. She cannot handle her job at all. She runs from the problem and does not try to resolve it at all theres been many times Ive came into the daycare and she has tried to avoid me and many times on the phone shes been trying to disconnect it because she doesnt want to deal with the truth. The only people that are good that work there are Katrina and Delanie. Today I got the call that they were suspending my three year old. How do you suspend a three-year-old? thats was the icing on the cake.

I think this is a wonderful day care.The director and teachers often go above and beyond to make sure my child is happy and comfortable.

Disappointed.... If there were a 5 star rating system, I would try to give them 0 out of 5. One good teacher that we really liked in the 3 year old room. Our child is currently enrolled here, but was recently moved to the kindergarten aged room. All of a sudden, he has a behavior problem that is too dangerous for the other students. Look, Im a reasonable man, and Ill accept that my 4 year old is probably acting out. But to go from hes an OK kid to he will be removed from the school if he acts out again, with absolutely no warning about escalation is a little far fetched. We have had little to no communication about behavior from the staff and their flip attitudes when approached and asked to sit down and talk about this like adults in a conference was really frustrating. Couple this current situation with the lack of supervision from the teachers and I could not in good conscience recommend this place to any person who really cares about their childs well being. Numerous incidents of picking up my child from the center with scrapes, bruises, and even a black eye one time with no incident documentation or information passed on to or from the teachers has left our family questioning the integrity of the center and their staff. We are current patrons of this center, and are working with the local staff/corporate management, but Im fairly certain that this situation will not be resolved and we will try to find our child a better situation. ADVISE AVOIDING.

My son loves his teachers. The hours are great. The staff is very helpful.

Cant say enough about how much our daughter has learned !all teachers are amazing with the kids and the center is well cleaned all the time my Daughter comes home with smile every night love this place❤

I am extremely happy with the Fernbrook KinderCare. We sent both of our children there and they love it! Its a safe, clean, fun and educational environment. Its evident there is significant thought put into the curriculum. Pre-schoolers come out more than ready for school and school-agers stay sharp. They also must routinely pass licensing / accreditation. They have convenient hours and are rarely closed. KinderCare is definitely the best value out there.
