5 Years ago I called this company and had my driving lessons done with a wonderful man named Ray. He was so good & taught me very well when I was so scared to drive! He went out his way to make sure I got my drivers license. I would recommend this place for those who cant afford driving school. this company picks you up from your home, and you pick the hours you want to drive, the price at the time was $80.00 dont know now in 2020. Had no issues with the front desk ladyThank you Atlantic driving school & Ray.

The driving instructor that I had was very kind, always on time, he took his time and even took me to the road test area and showed me everything that i would have to do during the road test. When you call the office the secretary is a really nice lady. The price for the courses is by far the most inexpensive around I highly recommend Atlantic driving school.

Very bad experience with this school. Very poor customer service. You call the school and you always get an answering machine. Hurricane yesterday and my son had his first lesson scheduled today and i was never told of cancellation policy. i called to cancel at 1:37pm for his 3:00pm class due to my son not having school and thats where he was supposed to be picked up, again got the machine so i left message.. Secretary calls me at work yelling at me why i did that. Excuse me but you are running a business and you are yelling at a customer after i gave her my reasoning she still yelled at me. Will never go there again. i had referred a few friends there since they were cheap in price but i guess thats why. Will tell friends not to go there. VERY POOR customer relations!!!!!!

I did get my license with Atlantic Driving Training Academy.However, I consider the lessons to have been quite expensive ($90/2hrs in a 2004 Ford Taurus which was in an average condition). Furthermore, the instructor would make weird remarks as we would drive down the street and would be late at showing up.One day I was waiting for half an hour and at the end of the lesson he was considering dropping me off at some other kids place in Cranston in order for him to not be late in his next lesson. Instead he told the kid to drive back to my place to drop me off, which definitely ended up being OK but it kinda sucked for the other kid I guess.TL;DR: Consider other options first.

I went out for one lesson having no previous driving experience and was talked down to the entire time. i called to complain and the owner would not believe that the instructor would say such things, and all but called me a liar. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I would recommend staying away use any other company

Extremly rude! I was trying to get basic information from the women who works there and she was not helpful at all. I asked her many questions, being new to the driving school world. She had answered them back as if I had no brain. I felt like I was getting a lecture from her. I was just trying to give her some buisness but ended up cutting her off because she was that rude. Poor customer service!!..stay away.

This is unbelievable, why would you be running a business and be rude to the client. I had just called to get information but the way the receptionist talked to me had me hang up on her.

How are you running a business without someone picking up your phone calls? Thats losing money. Im not satisfied and I havent even taken a lesson PICK UP THE DAM PHONE !!!!!

Ive been waiting for a call back for a month now . Ive been calling, leaving messages, but yet no response. Terrible service and rude
