Ive been taking classes for about 6 years now, and still love every minute. Sensei Vineyard is an extremely professional martial artist, very attune to what each student wants to get from martial arts, and is incredibly knowledgeable. He teaches men and women, teenagers, and children. Private one-on-one tutoring is the main focus here, and you can attend as many group classes as you want. Everyone is such a pleasure to train with. My life has changed for the better since I started taking classes here. Being a petite woman, Ive learned how to properly defend myself, but Ive also learned spiritual peace, have grown confident in myself, learned respect and discipline, and just grown to be a better person in general. What an amazing place!

Been attending USSD at Caughlin Ranch for over a year, and every class, literally, has been excellent. Great workouts, prodigious martial arts training, and incredible people. The instructors both motivate and challenge you to be the best in both martial arts and yourself. Theyre incredibly skilled, friendly, and passionate about what they do.
