We have had our kiddos enrolled in this school for over a year and absolutely love the staff and the curriculum they offer. Thank you for taking such good care of our kiddos. ❤️

My daughter has been going here since May and she loves it! She is 14 months old and has such an amazing time. She has gotten so much better socially since she started, her vocabulary has increased and to know she’s in good hands while I’m working makes me feel at ease. She loves her teachers and the owners truly care about each and every child. Grateful for this preschool!

We have had such an amazing experience at Kids R Kool. Our twins started in the newborn room and have received so much love from not only their teachers but the entire staff. We are grateful everyday we have such a warm, inviting daycare to take them to. We highly recommend Kids R Kool to anyone who wants their children to be as loved and cared for as they are at home 😄

This place is horrible I had to withdraw my daughter after I saw her teacher snatch something from her and cause her to fall. I brought this up to the owner and the director and it was brushed off. All the good teachers there leave because of the low pay and high work loads. They are always short staffed and the children are the ones who suffer. They do have cameras and the stuff that was seen is horrific. They say they dont prop bottles when in fact they do and I caught it multiple times. They dont care about the children they are literally just viewed as money. This facility has had multiple run ins with the staff being abusive and the owner does nothing. Her excuse is that she is short staffed which is not the fault of the parents. Her not being able to keep employees in itself tells you what type of place this is. I do NOT recommend this place. Please put your children somewhere else. Im glad Im at a daycare where I have piece of mind and dont feel like I have to view the cameras to see if my child is being mistreated. Parents please do your research before choosing the right daycare for your family. This place needs to be shut down I feel horrible for all the children who are still enrolled.

I worked at another daycare and this place is so much better between the teachers, the staff, and the treatment. My son and I are both very happy here. They genuinely care about his well being and his happiness. I love the mission and can definitely tell that they ring true to what they preach!

The only reason I would even give this one star is because some of the teachers were really great in the baby class with my daughter. Dana was incredible but unfortunately she is no longer there. When my daughter transition to the second class, it was horrible to say the least. Within the first 10 minutes, she was pushed down by another kid, her hair was pulled and broke her hair tie, and hit in the face enough to leave the mark. The teacher looked over and did nothing. Another time I saw my daughter crying and chasing a teacher back and forth across the class, the teacher walked away from her turned around and got on her cell phone continuing to ignore my daughter as she screams and cries to help her. She was placed alone on a wooden rocking chair when she fell asleep. When we picked her up at the end of the day, we were simply told she cried all day we have other kids we cannot just pay attention to her. We immediately withdrew my daughter the next day from this establishment and filed a complaint. It seems like we were brushed off it was no big deal. I would never ever recommend it to anybody. This was early 2018 and to this day I will never forget the abuse that my daughter incurred while she was there and nothing that was done about it to even help her. She was only about 13 months old!

We recently moved to kids r kids from another daycare in Northern Nevada and I can already see a vast improvement in my 15 month olds development. He is using more sign language, while also attempting to use his words more. He is eating all of his dinner at home because he is encouraged to eat at lunch with his classmates. He gets to go outside and I have witnessed the teachers interacting with him before they notice me watching. He seems so much happier at this daycare. As a parent that is all I can ask for. I appreciate the staff here for giving him a second home. My wife and I cant wait to see what else our son learns along the way!

One star only because I have to select something in order to post. other wise, ZERO stars.Horrible place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt time after time for three months hoping and praying that one day soon my son would be content being there, that day never happened. I would have to drag him in there and run while he screamed for me, I figured this was normal at first and soon hed learn to love it. Every day he would tell me how mean the kids were to him and would push and punch him, scratch him etc. with tears in his eyes. I soon began noticing on camera that these things were indeed happening, and the teachers wouldnt do much about it. He was often ignored because he was a good kid, not causing any trouble and would be left to idle around without anyone attempting to include him in any activities. I met with the assistant director Sierra a couple of times and was told theyd make more of an effort to include and help him integrate with the rest of the kids, this never happened. At one point she was rolling her eyes at me while I expressed more concerns that I had! I was so disappointed that they never followed a preschool curriculum as I was told they would when I first enrolled him, instead the kids were left to run around all day. I was given a schedule that was never followed; what annoyed me the most was the kids were forced to sleep immediately after lunch without given the opportunity to wind down and read a book, per what the schedule said. My last straw was one day at nap time, a little boy was struggling to fall asleep and was attempting to get up from his mat, one of the teachers who happened to be quite large, put her legs on top of the 3 year old and was forcing him with her weight to remain lying still, finally the boy stopped resisting, this lasted for about 5 mins. It broke my heart I rushed there to pick my son up thinking to myself this could happen to him one day; I first went into the directors room and told them what I had seen, they acted surprised and said they would take a look at the camera footage. The following week, that same teacher I saw restraining the boy was still there working. I gave my two weeks notice and I just feel so relieved that we no longer have to deal with them. Never once did I trust them or felt comfortable with my son being there. Do NOT bring your kids there and if you already do, please spend a couple of mins a day watching out for them. Miss Ana and Miss Micah are great, they do not belong there working for people whose only concern is to make money without any regard for any of the kids.

One incident by one employee does not reflect the true nature of the commitment and dedication of the wonderful staff at Kids-R-Kids. My daughter has been going there for years and we’ve never had a problem. The fact that the incident was captured by their security cameras allowed the employee to be dealt with immediately, which is more than you can say about most places.

One of the most important things I look at in a childcare center is if my children are happy - my children love Kids R Kids. They are in the youth program and they cant wait for public school breaks so they can attend. The school is very clean. The staff is awesome. They are always so friendly and helpful. I know my children are safe and cared for and I love that as a mom.

My son has been going here for years and we still love his care. He is now in the before care program and they are still great. If you read all the bad reviews they are from ONE incident awhile back with a bad employee who was fired. Sad that one incident caused so much havoc on their reviews but they are great and I highly recommend.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I am so sad for that little boy and his family. It breaks my heart, and that isnt even my child. He was JUST SITTING THERE. What is her problem? I called to see if the lady has been fired and all they said is no comment and hung up immediately. I hope the management has learned a cold, hard lesson. You cant just hire anyone to work with children. Children are worth more than that! Disgusting. Im glad their reputation is being tarnished. They made a terrible mistake by hiring her and they need to pay for it.

My grandson went to this program at 2.5 years old. The teachers tried their best but with too many kids in the room the couldnt give them much attention. We had a real problem with their snack choices. He had had a far better experience at FiveHeartsPreschool with their small group and healthy eating.

If your care about your childrens safety do not send them to this facility.. why? Because this facility cares so much more about money and not the safety of your kids.. because a employee has not been fired due to harming a poor innocent toddler and this poor parent and child have not received justice. Keep your children safe and dont place them in this saddening childcare.

OMG! How can this place even still be in business? They literally pick up an innocent child reading a book by one arm and throw him?! AND NOT EVEN FIRE THE EMPLOYEE DUE TO BEING UNDERSTAFFED! UNACCEPTABLE! SHAME ON YOU! YOU NEED TO BE LOOKING AT WHAT IS BEST FOR THE KIDS AND NOT ANYTHING ELSE!With the police reports filed, this company needs to be brought to justice!

For the life and well being of your child and as well as your own mind set. Do not send your children here. Because they are understaffed they are allowing an employee to remain in thr facility after she was caught om camera mistreating a child grabbing him by arm slamming him into the table and chair and again grabbing him by the same are and picking him up to move him. There is a video on Facebook posted by the mother of said child.
