This place is great. My daughter is 7 now and when she did go there to this kids r kids because not all kids r kids are the same. It was really lovely at this kids r kids she had a wonderful teacher that really worked well with her. The kids r kids in sugar land I would not recommend putting your child in that one they are horrible. Before my daughter started going to the kids r kids in Missouri city she was going to the one in Stafford they are so horrible. Some how my daughter’s finger got closed in the door and really hurt her finger I asked to see the cameras to see what happen and they act like it’s only in real time and doesn’t record. I’m so glad I found the kids r kids in Missouri city you’ll do better sending your child to that one.

My daughter has been a part of this school since she was 13 months , now she is 4 years old and I feel so fortunate enough that she had been loved immensely by all of her teachers. I have a deep respect for each and every staff and teachers because I have seen how caring they were towards my child. This is the reason that I am very confident in sending my son as well in a couple of months because I know he will have the best caretakers here. And I am not at all anxious for him as I was for my daughter when she first started her daycare. Highly recommend 👏🏽👍🏽❤️.

My son has been going since he was 6 weeks. They’ve always made me feel comfortable leaving him. He’s one now and he enjoys it. Great friendly staff. Always helpful with questions.

My children have been going to this location for about a year now. I am so happy about the way they treat my kids and how much they truly care for them. My kids are always excited when they are getting dropped off and it makes me feel at peace knowing that my kids enjoy their time at school. Great school!! I could not say enough great things about Kids R Kids- Houston Metro location! We moved our 20 month old son here and not only has he loved it, but my husband and I have seen such great progress with his learning! All the staff has been great to work with and very friendly!

This daycare is amazing. Both my kids went here for years and we were so happy with them. The staff is kind and patient with the kids, the owner is super friendly and always available if you need to speak with her. The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of fun, age-appropriate toys. There are multiple playgrounds for different ages and the teachers always make sure that the kids get to go outside a ton. The kids are never bored, even on rainy days, and the staff goes out of their way to comfort any child who is upset. You can watch your child on the cameras which is nice too. I loved having my kids here and would still be here if we hadnt moved away. I miss kids and r kids and highly recommend it!

I am very pleased with Ms. Olga and her staff, my daughters have attended kids r kids, my oldest daughter is already in Kindergarten and she got great written and reading skills foundation, she is even more advance than other kids on her grade. this is not only a day care, they really care about the learning process in the children, everyone is very kind and helpful.

I absolutely love this place. The teachers and staff are always very pleasant. They have a great curriculum even for the half day program. The teachers in the pre-K room are caring and just awesome. They are always clean and very well organized. I also like the ability to check in on their cameras. Overall its a safe, clean, caring, environment. My child loves it there and never wants to leave which says a lot. I highly recommend this particular location.

I left and came running back!! My kid has learned much more compared to other care facilities. His personality and attitude has gotten so much better since I’ve moved him from his last school. The director is fantastic. I was deprived of this level of professionalism from his last school and was quickly reminded (when I returned) how important good communication and understanding with the parents is. My kid is learning so much after only being back for a little. Great place overall!

We are very pleased with Kids R Kids. Every since our daughter has started, we have seen such a positive change in her. She is talking and learning more and very active. The staff is very welcoming and we dont have anything bad to say about this place. I also love the fact that I am able to peek in on her whenever I want to. Overall, we are very satisfied and would recommend Kids R Kids to anybody.

My son has been attending kids r kids since he was about 9 months old. He is now in the 1 year to 18 months room and he loves it. His teachers pay very good attention to him. After 1 week in his new room he started walking on his own and sitting in a chair to eat instead of a high chair. I love it.

Our daughter has been attending for 3 years now and Our boys now for about a year. The quality of care is prestige to all others based on experiences through relatives and friends. Not only are my kids cared for and fed but are also taught on all developmental stages from hearing and touching to thinking and reaction. Dont plan on more kids but you can bet with confidence that if we have more they will attend this kids r kids location and develop just as fast as my daughter and twin boys!!!! I tried to like this place and sent my kids twice, but every time end up taking kids out after short amount of time. I somehow cannot find anything good, though I know several of my friends use this daycare (hence we tried it twice). The teachers are very distant and cold. My kids moved from a different daycare and tried to hug their teachers in the morning, but they were not receptive. Their meal plan is crazy - they provide 3 snacks daily with only cookies or crackers or Chex mix!! How much salt and sugar do these young kids need? No fresh fruits (canned) besides occasional banana. Some of the classrooms are good size. Others are too small and cluttered. The teachers have no clue. After months of attending, my kids get called by wrong names (spelling). Teachers keep losing their stuff as they don’t know where they are kept. They have weird policy that check in ends at 8:30 and you need a doctors note for missing it (seriously, for a daycare?!). Camera not very useful. Most of time kids are out of focus. I wish I could like this place, but it is not meant for me or my kids!

I would rate more, but 5 star is all i have.The staff and management are both A+, great place to take your kids. They do care about the brain and physical development!!

Ive been sending my daughter here since she was 7 months old. The teachers are very loving and caring. They try to keep that place as clean as possible, although it is unavoidable for the kids to get sick once in a while. I have seen my daughter thrive at this school. Its also great that I can watch her when Im at work.

If there was a no star rating I swear I would have chosen it. This location of kids r kids is completely trash. Racism runs through their veins. The management is a major part of the problem, especially wrecthed “Olga”. They have no respect for anyone but themselves. No proper supervision on the kids, homework time is a circus. Olga & her little gang lie a lot, no type of integrity whatsoever. I am so disappointed in the poor service they provide. This daycare should be shut down! Half of the teachers can’t even speak English properly ( that’s somewhere our kids should be learning from?) the other half are bunch of teenagers below the age of 18. Just so they can cut corners, & pay for cheap labors. Olga is disgustingly rude 🤮 She is ready to put any parent she does not like in trouble.... Such a pathetic liar 🤥 Please if you love your children DO NOT send them there.

The director could be less of the problem in that school.The woman at the front desk, named Kathy is the only one that incites this racism. I am a Caucasian Female, and I have seen a couple of times the attitude and ways she handles parents of other kids. She lies a lot and has a lot of HATE in her. I wish I could just stop her whenever she does that to them. That is very unfair.Again, during major outdoors activities, for example the floats exhibitions or the bikes riding, watch well and you would observe her FAVORITISM in action.I used to like this school back then until my eyes opened. Please, I write this to the attention of the TOP MANAGEMENT, and not just the franchise.Kids R Kids is supposed to be One of the best but I do not see it on this location @ 17317 Bellaire Blvd Richmond, TX 77407.My kid started vomiting after I brought her back from Kids R Kids. He threw up 3 times and continued at night up until 10 pm. Obviously, he must have eaten some contaminated food.Reported to the teachers the next day but they did not act like it was a big deal.I am beginning to doubt the kind of care they render.How could just two teachers look after 19 toddlers without issues ?The camera; ....its as good as no camera at all. Although it has no sound, If someone smacks your child you cannot tell from watching through the camera because it skips every millisecond and also has serious lag delay.I am just assuming that the management is unaware.I hope the upper management will read this review and improve our kids care.Thank you.

My daughter attended KRK Twin Oaks for about 6 months until we decided to find a place closer to home. This was a great facility, with VERY LOVING teachers. This is what I miss the most. The director and the rest of the front desk people knew my daughter by name, very cordial and ready to help. One can feel the warmth at this place. Too bad it isnt a convenient location for us anymore.

This is a great school! The outstanding curriculum, the safety, the balanced menu are ecellent but overall the well trained teachers and the kindness of management give me as a parent the peace and confidence that my daughter is in the best hands every day.

My son has been attending Kids R Kids for roughly 3 years now. I could not have asked for a better, more loving and caring group of teachers and staff. My son looks forward to school and is constantly talking about his teachers and the things he has learned. We are very pleased with Kids R Kids.

This school is amazing, my 7 year old has been going since she was 2 and has a great time My 6 month old is also loving the school. They have great activists for her and loving teachers.

Ms. Sylvia and Mrs. Sonia are great teachers and genuinely love caring for the babies. The front desk staff (Kathy, Irma, and Maggie) are always great to work with and are always aware of what is going on when asked.

We love KidsrKids #40. We moved twice but wanted to stay around this KidsRkids because the staff is so friendly, the teachers are great with our kids, and they love every kid like they are their own. Overall experience is beyond excellent. Both of our kids are doing well in school because their academic programs are great.

We came here after experienced a horrible pre school where my son was injured/traumatized by a teacher. We spoke to the director of this Kids r Kids at the start and explained everything our son had experienced and the fact that it had caused him to start acting out in school. They promised they would work with him. That was a lie, after the bad experiences my son had trust issues and stopped wanting to nap. Rather than be understanding and comforting kids r kids would punish my son and send him to the front office daily where he would get lectured. Shortly after the director and assistant director began diagnosing my son with ADHD, suggesting we take him to a doctor to get him medicated. I was a preschool teacher for three years and we NEVER gave up on a child. This Kids r Kids was eager to give up on our son, and they did. There was little effort on their part despite the fact we had explained from the beginning everything he went through. After a few months we made the best decision we could have made and relocated him to a nearby school. My supposed ADHD son is now flourishing. He is the youngest in the class but consistently finishes his work first (and properly) although he still does not like to nap he now lays calmly and quietly on his cot. He has almost no behavior issues anymore, it took him a while to recover from what he experienced at and right before Kids r Kids but it goes to show the power of a GOOD school and a good STAFF. I would not recommend this Kids r Kids, not only are they not patient with children that dont fall in line right away like they like them to, they also show favoritism to certain parents. It would be different had they at least given an honest effort, but they didnt. They attempted to cop-out by playing doctor and diagnosing my son with a condition that he has since proven not to have, all he needed was GOOD teachers and folks that actually care. If there was less than a 1 star I would definitely give it. I dealt with this daycare for years and know almost every teacher there. There are some teachers that are very kind. The worst part of this daycare is unfortunately the management. The girls in the front desk and the director Olga. I wish this can be reached to the owner of this place or even the corporate. This lady is very racist , racism is written on her forehead. she favors kids and parents than other, she knows some of her teachers are abusive and she covers for them, I have submitted a complaint about her directly to cps on how she treats those children. I am amazed that this lady is running this day care and her little gang in the front office will all cover for each other. everything they tell you is a lie unfortunately I found out the bad way. DONT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THIS SCHOOL UNLESS YOU ARE HISPANIC, THEN YOU WILL BE IN THE GANG IF THE YOU ARE LUCKY AND THEY LIKE YOU. VERYYYYY UNPROFEESIONAL!!!!!

Our daughter has been attending Kids R Kids since 2014. It is an awesome school and we are very pleased in her growth there.

The wife and I had both our boys in this daycare/school for almost 3 yrs. The staff has always been great from the start, but unfortunately some of the best are no longer there (not entirely sure why). The teachers were always loving towards both our kids which we appreciated over the years because they were in good hands. Some of the best teachers were Mrs. Karim, Mrs. G., Mrs. Helen, Mrs. Janet, Mrs Yaxi, Mrs. Yusimi. Our boys enjoyed the care and love that KRK provided and thats ultimately what really matters to us at the end of the day.The front desk staff were always polite and attentive. Cathy (no longer there) was always very professional and sweet to the parents and kids. Over the years the front desk staff has changed, but was replaced with equally polite, professional, and kind-hearted staff. Treat them to some drinks at Mais Teahouse! :DWe recently took our kids out mainly to put them in a more formally structured pre-k environment where its an actual school setting with lessons and homework. KRK was structured on some level, but we were seeking for something more advanced academically for our boys.Overall, our boys were treated very well in the care of KRK. They learned to socialize with other kids and became a bit more independent (washing hands/potty/picking up after themselves). It was a bittersweet moment for both our boys during their last days at KRK. Thank you for everything!

I’ll try to make this short but it will be a bit hard since as a parent, it is hard to entrust strangers to take care of your children daily for the next 8-10 hours and finding a good daycare is as hard or much harder than buying a house, car, etc etc.We live around this area but both work in the Alief/Westchase area. So we thought it would be more convenient to have a daycare close to our jobs in case of any emergencies. We have had a bad experience and rather not go into details as we are still suffering from this. Anyways, we decided to look for daycare near our home.On Monday 11/30/15, I called Kids R Kids to find more information. Unfortunately, I was told they were full and not taking any 2 year olds till January. So we decided to check out other daycares. On Wednesday December 2nd I had an appointment for another daycare a block away from Kids R kids. Since I was early, I decided to stop at Kids R Kids to check it out.As I pull into the parking lot, the place looked nice. The structure of the building looked like one of those tiny toy model shaped as a school. There was plenty of parking, the grass where the playground was well taken care off. At the entrance, you are required to enter a code to get in. I thought this feature was a great security and safety. As I walk in, I was immediately greeted by NUMEROUS staff. This is not the type where people just yell “welcome to blah” with a boring tone. It was definitely more genuine, with a smile that you wish you can get that when walking into any other businesses.After telling Oscar that I was looking for a daycare for my 2 year old, he offered me a tour. Even though I just told him it was for my 2 year old, I was given a tour from newborn babies (6 weeks) all the way to private kindergarten. I was really impressed of the layout of the school. All the rooms were next to each other divided with glass windows where kids and teachers can see through in case someone needed help or so kids can watch and absorb what others are learning or playing. Each classroom is divided by age group for every 6 months of growth and can be moved up or down depending of the child’s needs. Each classroom had also a backdoor exit where is connected to an individual playground plus an emergency exit. Each classroom also has a camera for viewing online. I was not too fond of the cameras as it lagged and it is hard to see if my kid would go to the other side of the room.As the tour was over, I explained to Oscar our bad experience from our last daycare. Oscar was quickly able to explain and offer what Kids R Kids is capable of doing to make my daughter feel safe and secure. I felt like I was able to trust him so we decided to give it a try.Day 1 – We decided to let my daughter stay for half a day. Kathy was working at the front. Ms Kathy was very polite and already knew we were coming. She guided us to our classroom where of course, my daughter cried and didn’t want to stay. She was hugging me tight and didn’t want to let go. Suddenly Ms. Karim came and held on to my daughter and gave her a hug. As I walked out, Ms Kathy offered to see my daughter on camera and with a surprise, my daughter was not crying anymore. We went to work and I was watching the classroom thru my phone like a hawk. Ms Karim never left my daughter alone. In fact, somehow Ms Karim was able to place a pony tail on my daughter’s hair and she supposedly hated them.Day 2 – Another half day and our daughter cried again. Ms Karim to the rescue!!! She walked in with open arms and hugged her again. Once again, watching online like a hawk and Ms Karim and her assistant Griselda was there to comfort her.Next week on Monday – Our daughter will be going full time to Kids R kids. We are all nervous but at the same time confident that Kids R kids staff will take good care of my daughter. I will be placing another review soon for an update.

The level of racism in this school is incredible, especially on the part of the principal, she is Venezuelan, when we call on the phone everything goes well, but when we arrived it was quite the opposite, she is a despot person who does not look in the eyes and he tells a lot of lies, we knew that everything was going wrong when he told us that there was no availability for our child, and it wasnt true, I dont know what he would see in us that he treated us so indifferently, then my husband called asked if there was room and she answered that if and when he told our child again another excuse and that we go to other nurseries, it is outrageous to see how a lady surrounded by an angel can be that way, all children are equal, but she is not worth even as a person much less as a professional, I wanted this school for my child for my work and for his reputation, but now it would be the last place that my son would spend, it is ashamed that they have such a racist person administering a place for children, which cannot be defended in case of such racism
