I love the daycare. It really made my life so easier and knowing my kids are in a good hands. All the staff are so wonderful. And Ashely is been so wonderful And very easy to talk to when you have some questions. I’m so glad I chooses this daycare .

I love the location, and the daycare center is kept up very nicely. The teachers, in my opinion, are exceptional. I have been to other daycares and this one feels the most caring and involved. Ms. Kelly, Ms. Crystal and Ms. Emily are always genuine and personable. ALL of the teachers know my children by name, not just those that teach their class. And Ms. Betty at the front desk gives every parent and child a warm and enthusiastic welcome each morning. :) We are very happy with Tuckaway so far. We have run into some administrative frustrations, to say the least, but we have stayed because the teachers and staff are just awesome.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of options to contact those in charge at corporate. Dont take my word for it, look for yourself, you wont find a phone number, other than the local directors at each Tuckaway location. Local staff cant help with my problem and the contact information for the people in charge is no where to be found. Directors and local staff tell us there is no need to call the home office, THEY WONT ANSWER and they dont do a good job of returning messages. This is ridiculous especially when parents have just been forced to a different payment method in the middle of the year that charges fees for paying that had been acceptable up until this week - 5 weeks from a session change over to summer. Just praying to get through these 5 weeks and start over elsewhere.

This place is a joke I know someone who was a hard worker worked there for 2 years never once got a raise or anything this person was loved by many parents this person always went the extra mile even when I told them this company cares about no one the director there is horrible always has a attitude and rude to everyone I wouldn’t recommend anyone taking there child there and dealing with this place

How disappointing for a childcare business to employ a director who is so rude and disrespectful to her neighbors. We live behind the daycare and anticipate there will be noise from the children. However, the blaring music every day after school is disruptive to our home life.After calling the school to ask them to turn the music down, the director informed me that, despite the multiple complaints shes admitted getting from various people, she wasnt able to make her employees lower the music.I dont know how the teachers can hear the children with the music so loud, and I dont appreciate being spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully. I would encourage everyone I know to not use this facility under this director. If her attitude today is any reflection of how their school is run, it cant be a pleasant place to be.

Please never send your child to Tuckaway. The director is beyond terrible and it’s a revolving door of staff members. No consistency and lack of structure. My child played all day with no real structure considering she had 3 or 4 teachers within a 1 year time frame.
