We went to sign up zand they arent open at all. I wish that they would state that online. We have to drive 30 minutes to go to the one at Cinco Ranch.

Wonderful place to get in shape, meet new friends. Tons of first class equipment. I prefer the seated bicycle with a slightly reclining seat. Easy on my wore out knees. Also they have a full size heated swimming pool.

I do an hour on the treadmill most days (5-6 days a week) to improve my heart health. The facility is great ( to me), and I have improved my stamina AND made some good friends and acquaintances...

Love my Tai Chi class, both for the exercise and the camaraderie of the wonderful people Ive met there.

I signed up for Tai Chi classes I hopes I would be able to learn more than just the movements as well as the deep breathing. Tai Chi is of course slow paced exercise and I had hoped Id get more instruction considering that I jus tstarted. Thankfully a fellow student asked if I needed help (which i did)and he began to teach me common forms like Parting the Wild Horses mane, and crane spreads its wings and cloud hands. Unfortunately we couldnt focus on the discipline of the breath, nor how to make the moves into the graceful form of exercises that has been proven to help with stress and depression as well as physical ailments. The master was there Monday but didnt greet me, and as I struggled through the lengthy numbered forms I became discouraged. Im hoping I will adapt to the lack of instruction by studying on my own yet still get the social aspect of the class

I found the facility to be very clean and the staff very attentive and welcoming. The pool area was spectacular!

Love the summer camp for my son here.. he loves it a Also.. last year we did fort bend and this year tried this one.. will be back next summer as well. Staff so nice and great with kids.

Great place for families and kids. Good weight room and treadmills. Large pools and 2 hot pools. Racquet ball court, outside BBQ area with picnic benches, baseball court, skate park and a large well kept park/courts for all types of games. Great place, highly recommend. Friendly staff and great team here. Just a little pricy at around $45 monthly fee

The equipment is poorly maintained. The staff are inattentive and rude when you get their attention.

Why would you shut an entire pool down for 8 guest for 2 hours. water aerobics or nothing.Please consider keeping one lane open. or separating your water aerobics class where someone wouldnt have to wait two hours.

The swimming pool is fun and they evacuate if there is thunder and the staff is very nice and very helpful but one lifeguard his name is Jacob he is so mean but acts nice

A lot of times people are not told how you appreciate them. Well this comment is to tell Laurey how I appreciate what she has done to help me with my pain. When I started 7 mos ago I had A lot of pain through communicating with Laurey she help me attack my pain. So thank you Laurey for all of your advice and coaching I appreciate you. Also Katelyn in the equipment room so much care I appreciate you too.

I feel like the weight room should have way more stuff but other than that its good
