The staff and owners are absolutely amazing. They are focused and patient and able to handle all skill levels. We had our birthday party here and it was great! All three of my girls are enrolled and love it!

My kiddo recently started class here and shes been having an absolute blast. Both her teacher and the class itself have exceeded what I was anticipating for a toddlers first experience at a dance studio :)

My 6 year old daughter has been at Move Dance and Fitness for 3 seasons, just started her 4th season and we’ve had nothing but great experiences! The studio is welcoming, the teachers are all super helpful and knowledgeable and make class enjoyable! Recitals are organized and special and even last spring with Covid, when things had to be moved online, classes (and recital) were run smoothly and made extra special.The owners truly care about each and every one of the dancers and their families. We love Move!

We love Move and Dance Fitness! I always tell people that I cannot recommend it enough. The teachers are awesome and the owners give it a close family feel. My daughter loves Ms. Leslie! They always go out of their way to give the kids a special experience. It was important to us to find a place that had age appropriate costumes and music for ALL age groups. They definitely do a great job with that. We will continue with this studio, as long as my daughter dances! I also want to say that they went above and beyond with adapting their recital for COVID19. In addition to a class virtual recital, they gave each child their own individual time slot to perform, complete with studio lighting, the red carpet walk, pictures, and a flower. My daughter felt so special and it is a memory we will always cherish!

Our son was very excited about his class contemporary with Ms. Brittani every week. We were a little concerned to have it virtually because maybe he would not click or concentrate, but it was not like that. The teacher was excellent and full of energy. She is an amazing teacher and dancer. My son said that how she just can listen to the song and make her moves hehehe. We found Move as an extension of home. Thank you.

My husband and I went to a few dance studios before we tried MDF. Most were nice but there was a coldness about the environment. MDF is warm and inviting and my daughter loves it. The studio is very family friendly and the staff is amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

We are so happy to have found Move Dance & Fitness! We just love the staff and teachers there. They are very friendly and inviting. On my daughter’s first day of class, they took her picture and let her choose where to put it up on their family tree on the main wall. She loved that! It is a very different feel from the standard dance company.

Last year was our son and daughters first year at Move. It has been great being a part of the Move family! Meeting and bonding with the other parents is really nice. The owners and instructors are so passionate and talented. Our son did the Hip Hop class. He loves to dance and we have seen the growth, control and confidence in him. Just had my daughters 3rd birthday here and it was perfect. The little playroom is perfect for the younger kids and keeps the older kids entertained as guests arrive. Ms. Lesley was so bubbly and sweet the kids had a blast with her. Ms. Lesley helped us stay on schedule and helped us manage our guests and the kids. The set up and decorating they did was beautiful. I couldnt have asked for a better b-day party for my little girl. Thank you Move Dance and Fitness for making my daughters birthday so special and memorable. All my friends and family said they had a blast!!

This dance studio is wonderful, very welcoming and family friendly. My daughter has been taking 4-5 year old ballet and raves about her dance instructors. She also attends their Movers Day Out program. She absolutely loves it. Its fun, educational, and she asks to go everyday (even though its only twice a week.) Move Dance and Fitness classes can be laid back, just for fun, but I know they have Company dancers who compete too. They have a little bit of everything for everyone.

My daughter has been dancing at Move going on 3 seasons and we LOVE it here! If you are looking for a dance family, look no further. It truly is a family environment and everyone is friendly. Just finished recital at Move Dance and Fitness, and the professionalism at that performance was awesome.The lighting, sound and coordination was on point. The dances were fabulous.They really have a fine crew. And the owners are God fearing people.

We just had our second birthday party here and it was PERFECT! We love Miss Leslie! Everything was great and the kids all had a lot of fun! I’ve been looking at the schedule trying to find a class for both of our girls to attend weekly.

Wonderful studio! Classes from toddler up through adult – my daughter loves taking ballet with Ms. Leslie! Julien was very welcoming and encouraging even when my daughter had an extremely hard time being alone in class at first (she could not see me but you can watch your kids on TV screens in the lobby – I wasnt sure about this at first but now I like that it helps them to focus on class and not be distracted by whats going on outside). He encouraged us to stay to the end and try again the next week, and after my husband & I had some encouraging talks with her, now she talks about ballet class all week & cant wait to go again! She even has dance class with her babies where she is the instructor. Friendly and encouraging staff, affordable, and great selection!

We have had an amazing experience at Move Dance and Fitness. Both of my daughters take ballet and jazz. The instructors are professional and creative. I love the level of choreography being taught. It has been a step way above our previous dance school.

Move has been our dance family for the last 2 years and counting! My daughter started in the hip hop dance class and shortly after my son wanted to join the boys only hip hop. The studio is so inviting and the dance instructors are absolutely the BEST in the business!

My 17 year old daughter is taking ballet and modern and absolutely loves her classes. She feels challenged to grow in her technique and learns something every time she attends. She really enjoys her instructors and wishes she could go everyday! I get to work out while she is dancing so it gives me time to do something for me instead of just dropping her off or waiting on her. Julien and Allison are great! Been taking the Barre and HIT classes for almost 2 months and I love it!!! Its been so long since Ive been able to slim down so Im very happy w my results. I have not been this confident in years. They are very personal so they know how to challenge you without over exerting you. I highly recommend them!

My two daughters have been taking dance there for a year and it continues to be a wonderful experience. Mallorie is a great instructor and my girls always look forward to continue their dancing there! A great space and there is even a workout area for parents while kids are taking a dance lesson.

Move Dance and Fitness is a great place to get your work out on! I already feel the pounds coming off! The work out is intense and you get the most out of your workout. You dont have to spend many hours in the gym, so it was perfect for me or anyone who wants to do a quick and intense work out and still have time to get to work!

Incredible dance studio! Build character, along with dance skills. Owners are highly visible and hands-on with all aspects of dance at all ages and levels of ability. Im thoroughly impressed with this caliber of dance right here in our backyard in Richmond, TX.

Love this studio! It is a wonderful laid, back environment and the instructors are great. I started regularly attending classes at Move and Dance Studio just after the New Year and I just took all my summer shorts to be altered because they are too big now!

I loved the studio! It is very homey and not intimidating. I really enjoyed my workout! Julien is an awesome instructor and the workout was challenging but I am so proud of myself for making it through! I will definitely be back!!

I took my very first Barre class here last week and I already fell in love with it. Julien is an excellent instructor. He gives clear instruction, which is quite critical to a new student and a non-native English speaker like me. His workout is challenging, but not intimidating. I also like the welcoming atmosphere of the studio. Can’t wait to come to class again this afternoon!

I really like how MDF focus on family first and teach more than just great dancing. My daughter is going on her 2nd year and we LOVE it! She enjoys waking up every Saturday and going to class. The teachers are so patient. My husband and I are very happy that we found such a great dance class for her!

I LoVe the fitness classes!! The work-outs are varied, and keep me on my toes. The instructors are wonderful, and I like that they always make sure that everyone is doing the exercises properly.The facility is very nice too!

I have been attending this studio for a little over a year now. LOVE the workout and Barre fitness classes. The staff is always friendly!They also are offering a hip hop class for adults that is a great workout alternative. You actually will be learning patterns versus the typical Zumba class that is cardio based.Highly recommend!

Our daughter has been dancing at Move Dance and Fitness for 2 years now. Pre-teens years are tough. MDF has done an amazing job on the classes, teachers, classmates and communication. I love how they are reinforcing positive behavior, sharing with the kids about respect for their parents, and reinforcing what we are teaching her (or all the kids) about Jesus and have an influence on them for the Gospel, is essential, in my opinion. Our daughter adores MDF and so do we!

This was Sky’s first year at Move Dance and Fitness and she absolutely loved her Jazz class with Ms Leslie!!! She learned so much and grew as a young dancer. The recent recital was absolutely amazing and Skylar had so much fun on stage performing. We love Move Dance and Fitness and will continue Skys dance journey with MDF!

My 9 year old daughter just started dance for the first time this summer. Move Dance & Fitness is the perfect place for her! The teachers are so encouraging and helpful, they push her to get it right, but in a fun and encouraging way. She is learning so much and having a wonderful time doing it. Also, we did a trial class last spring on a day where the students received their costumes for their spring recital. I was so happy to see that they were adorable and *age appropriate.*I have just started the fitness classes (Jan 2016) and they are fantastic! I am a total beginner and they are hard, but not impossible. The instructor (Julien) is able to modify the exercises so that everyone is getting a workout at the level appropriate for them. Its a relaxed, non-intimidating environment and Julien is a great coach. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend you attend the Barre and HIIT fitness classes at this personable, friendly, patient and results-oriented studio. As a new participant with Barre Fitness, Julien and Allison ensured I performed the moves correctly while the other ladies in the class were genuinely welcoming and supportive. I enjoy going to class not only to see results yet because Move Dance and Fitness Studio offers an uplifting and encouraging environment. If you accept the challenge and consistently attend the classes you will see and feel the results.

I absoutely LOVE the Soma Forma class!! The instructor Mallorie is knowledgeable, helpful when correcting your form, and has high energy which I love!
