So for our New Years resolution this year, my friend and I decided that we were going to improve our pole dancing skills. Since we dont have any pole dancing skills, we figure there was only one way to go--up! We looked at several other places around before we settled on taking a class at SOUL.I had a great experience here! The studio is clean and well-organized, and the owner and staff were very welcoming and professional. Every measure was taken to ensure our safety. Kiera was a knowledgeable but easygoing instructor, and the class was so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone interested in trying their hand at pole dancing. I had a blast and will definitely be going back!

Fantastic place! My family’s favorite place to be. It’s happy and welcoming. A perfect place to have fun, exercise, get physically and mentally challenged, build confidence and make new friends. The adult and kids classes are amazing with phenomenal instructors. Lots of variety offered. I love the adult silks, hoop and pole classes. My teen daughter LOVES her silks and hoop class and is always challenged and learning amazing new skills and more importantly, self confidence. My tween daughter is super happy with her hip hop class and silks class and is also building more self-esteem each week in her fabulous and supportive classes. We’re always happier after being at Soul. We welcome new friends in our classes and build each other up and cheer each other on.. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a venue for my bachelor party and when we actually walked in and spoke with the owner, the venue was a lock. We went to other venues and they were not only going to charge excessive fees, but a lot of them turned us away because the words “bachelor party” was the topic of discussion. Flynn is professional, extremely helpful in planning and setting up, and the best part with working with her is that she is friendly will make you and your guest feel comfortable at the venue. If you want to book any party, please do yourself a favor and go see the location for yourself and you will definitely be impressed. Thank you again Flynn.

My friend and I had so much fun at Intro to Pole with Flynn. We stretched for a warm-up and cool-down, learned how to do three things using the pole, and, most importantly, learned how much respect pole dancers deserve. It’s very difficult but Flynn makes it easier. Her humor is adorable and her teaching technique is methodical and straight-forward. If anyone, guy or girl!, is interested in pole, I’d recommend this class 100%.

Holly was extremely courteous and professional and I commend her impeccable customer service qualities. The attention and care given to me by her was insurmountable! The most welcoming place I have ever had the pleasure of dancing in. Every teacher is wonderful, and truly represents their talent and knowledge of the class they are instructing. Great facility! Instructors were very nice and provided excellent instructions and demonstrations for very beginner clients. The owner, Flynn, is very approachable and offered in depth explanations of the facility and the other services Soul offers.

Silks is soo fun and Ryan is an amazing teacher! I only wish there were more class options instead of 6pm and later.

Great class. Took the silks 101 class with Ryan and it was great. Good workout, learned some of the basics right away, and had a lot of fun.

Great place to try something new. The faculty and staff here are incredibly professional and fun, they want to make sure you have the best experience and workout while keeping your comfort a priority. Would definitely recommend for bachelorette parties, girls nights out, or if your just looking for a fun way to stay in shape. Classes are very reasonably priced for such a specialised art and theres no member pressure or scams. Great local small business!

If Ryan was the one I was reviewing then this would be 10+ stars because she was so amazing, upbeat and overall a great teacher!!! But they said they wanted an honest review and that’s what I’m going to give... I had been messaging back and fourth with Ryan for awhile and she had said she had worked at this studio and yesterday I had asked her if there was an opening for a job and I said “even if it’s grunt work, I just want to get my foot in the door” so as you can see in the messages Ryan had said they were looking for people and I was SOOO thrilled to get a chance to finally meet Ryan and possibly get a chance to work along side with her! But when I came in i met the owner, Flenn, and as soon as I said I wanted a job, she just shot me down any chance she got and made me feel horrible for not having “performance history” (like I was born in a wealthy family who put me through dance school since I was 2 and happened to also grow up in a circus...), after I explained again and again that I was just looking to get my was foot in the door and that I saw they had an opening she then proceeded to be nasty towards me and rub in my face that they have “they have people flying internationally to come work for her with real performance history”. Which is totally fine but they had just posted 4 days ago on there page that they were still looking.... so me being me I just threw away my resume and wanted to walk out but I didn’t because MAYBE she just had a bad day... but as a business women the right way to have worded that kind of situation would’ve been “hey, this is great you want to apply and please still send your resume for the future because unfortunately we already have found great people to fill these spots! And we’d love for you to keep coming and grow as a performer so one day you can become apart of our team!” ....but this review will be a lesson to learn for Flenn for what could’ve been a loyal customer and in the future she won’t be so nasty towards new clients. I also want to add that after seeing how she handled this situation that I don’t even care she turned around and said I could get the job now because I wouldn’t want to work for someone like Flenn, this was just my honest review of my first (and last) impression...
