Ive been training and exploring the grappling arts at American Karate Center for years. This is one of the few places you are not forced to adhere to any strict style or philosophy and are allowed to explore what does and does not work for the individual. The expert guidance of diverse instructors (with backgrounds in judo, sambo, BJJ, catch-wrestling, and shootfighting) and quality training partners allow for a more open-minded and individualistic approach to grappling than found at your standard BJJ gym.
