We have been going to Discovery for almost 4 years. I have three kids so have had the opportunity to have kids in all the age groups. I love that everyone there knows me and my children. It feels home-like, cozy and safe. The small size means lots of personal attention for my kids. The curriculum is great! Jenny the owner is always responsive to emails and phone calls. Any concern I have had was quickly address.

We absolutely love this learning center!! This is not your traditional daycare facility. From an infant to a schooler the children have an academic schedule that strives for opening up the their minds for a higher learning on every aspect. They also get to play in the dirt and just be kids. The staff is not only professional but genuinely care for each and every child. My granddaughter has been here since 2019 and is so excited every morning to go. There is no other place I fully trust. Jenny and Staff we love and appreciate you all! Keep up the phenomenal job.

Very welcoming, when my son arrived we instantly noticed a change in his demeanor. For the first time he actually looked forward to school everyday, this made mornings a lot smoother and way less stressful. I’m glad we made the switch.

My kids loved it here. My son, who is in kinder now, still asks if he can go back to this school and tells me how much he misses it. My kids have aged out of this center but I wish they had an after school program because I would have loved to have kept them there. Really warm atmosphere, nice staff and curriculum seemed very engaging and fun. I can’t recommend them enough!

After several recommendations from friends and colleagues, we enrolled our daughter in the Pre-K class here. It was her first time in an environment outside of in-home care. Not only have her Pre-K teachers been amazing, but she comes home talking about all of the other teachers as well. It truly gives me a warm feeling knowing she is surrounded by so many caring people. As a former teacher, I can see how much work they put into developing a curriculum that sets the foundation for primary school while integrating hands-on learning stations that engage their little minds. We love Discovery!

My daughter has had the opportunity to attend summer classes at Discovery Early Learning Center. Mrs. Jenny and her Team have been wonderful. The facility has the best energy. I appreciate the curriculum and love they show my daughter.

I have two year old twins that go to this learning center. We just completed our first week. My twins have never gone to daycare besides 24 hour fitness and church. They love it! Literally run to class. The teachers are all very soft/warm. I must say our first week has really been great. It feels good to know my children are happy there. Jenny has a calm sweet personality which is the atmosphere of the center.

I cannot say enough great things about Discovery! My daughter receives the best care and education, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. She is always smiling when I pick her up. The center is super clean and cozy. Keep up the great work!

My child was here for PreK and loved it. I love the home-like feel and that kids are exposed to a lot of hands on learning opportunities. They promote the philosophy that kids learn through play and let them get messy. Ratios of children to teachers is excellent.

Our son transferred here from an in local home daycare and it was like he always belonged. The environment has a home feeling. The teachers and staff are always happy and knew our son by name from the get go. Miss Taylor is our PreK teacher and we just adore her!!! You can really tell she loves the children and loves her job. The Director Miss Jenny communicates very well with monthly emails regarding what the children are learning during the month. If you have any questions she responds very quickly to email and in person inquiries. Go see for yourself and get a tour. Tuition includes meals and snacks which a huge plus too!

Any parent who is new to an area, not having the benefit of in depth word of mouth references will tell you that childcare selection can be taxing on the spirit!! However, I was relieved to find this awesome place to drop my child every day. After doing the usual online research, I found that other centers nearby were either too proprietary, too expensive, or too large for my comfort level. Discovery ELC, on the other hand, is nurturing, reasonable, and comfortable...on so many levels. Mrs. Jenny is able to find providers who genuinely love what they do. As the director (how cool is it that she works with her husband, too!), her years of experience show in her administrative skills as well as her understanding of how children learn and grow. The physical space is newly constructed and the decor invites exploration. The curriculum is integrated so well that my child seems to learn joyfully and effortlessly, two things that are very important to me at her age. What I love most, though, is the feeling of home when you walk in the door: your child wont want to leave, and neither will you!

My Husband and I absolutely love Discovery! Our son has been attending for six months and the growth we have seen is amazing! I have peace of mind knowing that everyday he is in a safe, learning to love learning, and super nurturing environment. Thank you for loving our little one!

My daughter started in Nov. 2017 and I have to say this daycare was at the top of my list when searching. Jenny is professional and nice. The facility is clean and I love the home like environment. The teachers are sweet to my daughter and seem educated at the most part. Jenny worked with me with my schedule due to the fact I work a 3 day 12hr shifts which was temporary. The prices in my opinion are higher compared to other facilities I looked into. Overall, would recommend to my family and friends.Cons: Not flexible in the 3 day program.

Such a warm, caring atmosphere! All the teachers are so kind and caring. I can tell they love what they do! The owners, Jenny & Jo are amazing. They are very organized and responsive. My daughter has been in the pre k program. Shes learned so much! Not only letters and numbers, but also important concepts like teamwork, sharing, and responsibility. Ms Kathryn is amazing. Shes always planning fun creative activities for the kids. My daughter has met many friends had a great experience. When I come to pick her up it takes awhile to leave because she wants to hug all her teachers and friends. Im so glad I found Discovery Early Learning!!

My son has been going there for a few weeks, and I LOVE this place! I love the unique approach for the children that they offer. Everyone there is so nice! I can already see the things that he has learned since he has been there. So glade I found this daycare!

I’m so happy to have found this daycare for my son! This place is unlike any other daycare I have ever seen. The place was renovated from a model home in Pecan Grove so it has a very warm homelike feel and with all the educational, classroom like, proficiencies incorporated in it. This I thought this was a very good transitional environment for my son because he was used to being at home and will soon be in kindergarten. Jenny, the owner, was so nice to fit us in for a quick tour same day. She’s very genuine and wonderful with kids. All the rooms were exceptionally organized and clean. The whole place was beautifully decorated with a kid’s couch, educational toys, crafts table, books, and much more! They have a room dedicated for painting and crafts around the back. The outdoor area was very nice with a picnic tables and play areas. They also have all the necessary security measures in place. They have a set curriculum schedule and were accommodating with my son’s needs. I must say I was very impressed. My son was at first shy but after the first day he was very excited to go back! I’ve been trying to get him to use a pencil and write but I had no luck, he was just so hesitant. But one day after coming home from Discovery, he was so proud to show me his first writing skills! I’m so thrilled that not only they are taking care of him properly but also actually teaching him the things he needs to know. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We searched all over Rosenberg and Richmond for a daycare. As soon as we walked in to Discovery, we immediately felt at home. Every teacher knows our kids and our kids absolutely love going everyday.

I have 2 children and have experienced numerous daycares in Oklahoma and Texas due to relocating. This is by far the BEST child care facility my family has used. My daughter has learned so much in the year and a half that she has been attending and extremely happy to be there. Some of the highlights that set this facility apart are their art studio, individualized curriculum for each age, positive staff, and my personal favorite Show and Tell on Fridays. The children are able to speak in front of their peers at a very young age which will help with confidence in future years.

They are caring and loving! They constantly work with my crazy schedule. Love them!!!

Discovery Early Learning Center and is much needed change in the world of daycares and preschools. Mrs. Jenny and her teachers incorporate so many learning aspecting and teaching points I have not seen at any of the local daycares. The new building the school just moved into is in a beautiful neighborhood with so much space for the kids to play inside and out and has a very calming atmosphere. My son and I both love the teachers- couldn’t be happier than to have run across this gem 10months ago! (Worth every penny- even though her rates are super competitive)
