My son has been going to this center since he was 16months old, he will be 3 in March. I love the staff here, they treat the kids as if they were their own! They have taught my son so much and I trust them when he is in their care! I would highly recommend this center to anyone in the area looking for a safe place to send your child!

Absolutely love this kindercare location the director , assistant director and all of the teachers are responsive , engaging and wonderful with the children. They are always are finding fun and educational ideas for the kids. The center is clean and nicely decorated. Love it!

I was so blessed to find this center! My 18 month old absolutely loves his teachers and they are all so friendly and welcoming! I couldnt have chosen a better place to send my son. I highly recommend KinderCare!!!

KinderCare has been a life saver for my family! The staff is so easy to work with and I rarely have to voice a concern, if ever. Payment is simple and the staff is FANTASTIC. As the mom of three kids who have all been in different daycares across Richmond, the staff at KinderCare has been my favorite. I truly feel they care about my little one, and I trust them completely to keep her safe and happy during the day.

Our child went here for a few months and it was a terrible experience. Kindercare changed the number of kids in the room with 0 notification. Daughter had at least three ear infections within 6 months. Staff is nice but management is just trying to make a gast buck.

KC has provided such a wonderful environment for my son since he joined the school in October. The overall feel is positive and I know he is always well cared for when he is there. Each teacher and staff member greets you with a smile when you walk in and out of the door. Ms. Belinda, Mr. Desmond, and Mr. Nate have gone above and beyond to meet my child’s social, emotional, medical, and educational needs. They are all warm and loving, but still firm enough to set appropriate boundaries for a preschooler. Thank you for what you all do each and every day!

We are grateful for the staff at KinderCare at Pump Road! My son has been in the infant room since he was 12 weeks old. Ms. Manu, Ms. Abra, and the rest of the staff have taken wonderful care of him and have truly eased our familys transition back into a full-time work routine. They have helped our little guy get on a good nap and feeding schedule, and he is starting to reach some exciting milestones. He is happy and smiley when he comes home each day. My son has been a student with KinderCare since he was 3 months old, he is now 3 1/2 yrs old. He has been loved, cared for and supported by the staff as if he were one of their own family members. There is not a day that goes by that I am not eternally grateful for all the patience, strength and encouragement they show and provide to my son and ultimately to our family. My daughter has been attending the Pump Rd KinderCare for five months and it has been a very positive experience. The staff is wonderful. All of the teachers in the infant room have been friendly, patient, kind, and attentive. My daughter loves the food and shes always learning something new. I am grateful for the excellent level of care they provide.

My two sons and 1 of them have Autism been going to Kindercare since 2016 and I dont regret putting my boys in this daycare. It warming, kind and family oriented staff here at this center and they are very attended to my boys and they report everything to me as well I love this center so much.

I’ve been using this center since 2017. I started sending my first child back then as a terrified first time mom and when I had my second child of course he went to kindercare pump road also. My kids have been in 3 rooms, as they are growing up here, and each room is nice. They started out in the infant room and I like how the set up gives the infants freedom to learn how to crawl, walk and move around. When I first returned to work I called kindercare a few times to check in on them and see how they were doing, and they called me to let me know how he was doing. My other child has been into two age transitions so he has been in 3 different age groups. He has learned so much there, and I have to mention they help with the potty training! He loves his teachers and sometimes doesn’t want to leave. I love using the app throughout the day to see what my kids are doing and it’s nice to have pictures of them to keep for memories when they get older.

The staff is wonderful. My school age kids enjoy being here after school. My preschooler LOVED his teachers. It made me happy and comforted knowing my kids were in good care. We are still with kindercare just another location.

I absolutely LOVE the teachers, assistant director and director here!! The staff is so friendly and warm....I consider them an extension of my family. 😊 My son has learned so many wonderful things since joining the 3s program as well as the pre- k curriculum. Hes learned sign language, spanish, reading, writing, various songs among other things and hes only 4yrs old!! I would encourage you to check them out, assure you, you wont be disappointed. 🌻

Weve been very happy at the short pump Kender care location. The staff is very innovative and working with each childs needs. Theyre learning academy programs are outstanding the phonics math cooking music and many others can really into Richard childs experience at the center. I cant say enough good things about the learning academy. We have enjoyed three years of phonics and two years of math and feel very prepared to enter kindergarten!Each room is decorated with childrens artwork their experiments and fun. You always know what unit of study your child is engaged in and the staff is always open to work with your childs needs.We would certainly recommend Kindercare especially the Short Pump location to any family looking for a safe, nurturing and educational place to have their child during the day.

Kindercare is an awesome daycare.We couldnt have picked a better center. We have seven children and they all love to go here. The teachers are really nice and always keep us updated on everything that happens through out the day with our childern. They really take the time to make sure the kids are happy. Our Lil ones come home everyday telling us something new they learned. We have a four year old that is taking Phonics classes at the daycare getting her a head start on kindergarten. The Director is one of the best as well as the assistant director. I could go on and on but Ill end this by saying I would give more than four stars if I could!

I have used kinder care at 1001 pump road Henrico va for about 10 months. They are affordable, caring and attentive. They have such a great curriculum that I dont worry about my child being ready for kindergarden. My son loves going to school and all the staff there are friendly. He is well fed and my son loves the food which is served. They have water days, ice-cream truck in the summer and fun evening events for the whole family around holidays like Christmas and Halloween.Every teacher that srikar has had been my sons absolutely favorite. Ms. Travis and Ms. Elma are superior and my son counts them as family. I am very happy i chose this child care center and never had any negative experience with any one person in the center. I especially want to thank Ms. SARA and Ms. Emily for taking time and adjusting with my sons requirements.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable preschool.

It’s a nice facility but I came to a realization that. The diapers you bring for you child will be used by multiple children, because some parents never bring in diaper for their kids. So just so you know that’s why your child runs out of diapers so much.Director said it won’t happen again and it did.
