We made the move to Kensington for both of our boys back in 2015 as we had heard great things about the after school program. Our oldest son needed additional support with homework during the school year and additional instruction during summer. We immediately fell in love with the staff and were very pleased with the instruction both sons were receiving. Our youngest son will be entering kinder this year and we feel he is ready for anything kinder may throw at him due to the instruction received during our time at Kensington. It is very refreshing to see both owners on site every day taking a very active roll in the daily happenings at school. Highly recommended.

Nadia and Ali are amazing ppl who run an excellent school. They provide the best care that I have seen in a school. Ms. Martha is a beautiful soul that cares so deeply about all the kids in her classroom. We have been there a year and have no complaints. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how great this school and staff have been. My son graduated from The Kensington School 2017 Pre-K Class. While attending, my son was happy as can be when he came home each day. Dedicated educators with an excellent curriculum and teaching philosophy that resulted in my sons development and helped him learn and prepare to enter elementary school with an academic foundation. The Directors and staff are easy to talk to. They address any concerns and or answer any questions I may have right away. Everything they do is well thought out and the children have so much fun while learning. I couldnt say more wonderful things. Weve really enjoyed this school. This school is AMAZING and I wish it had been around when my other two went to preschool. My daughter is now in 1st grade and is making all As. She is leaps and bounds ahead of where her brothers were at this point, yall... she is reading on a third grade level. The owners are top notch and are very invested in the kids education. They stay on top of the teachers and take pride in how their school is run. I would hands down recommend this school to EVERYONE!

I love the Kensington School. My two grandchildren have attended Kensington for the last three years. They started at two in the Pre-K program and now are in the after school program. I cant say enough positive things from the directors, Ms. Nadia and Mr. Ali, to their wonderful teachers and staff. They are so passionate about learning and the children are very prepared upon entering kindergarten. I know at Kensington my grandchildren are safe and loved. My daughter and son-in-law definitely chose a fantastic school for their children to thrive and prosper.

We absolutely loves this school! My daughter started The Kensington School and fell in love with the teachers and her friends. Mrs. Nadia and Mr. Ali and very knowledgeable in early childhood education (both have their masters degrees in the subject). They live for educating the youth, and their passion for learning is so exciting! The directors are ALWAYS available to answer questions or address concerns. I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the leadership at the school.Now the teachers....they truly care about the children and their learning. My daughters primary teachers, Ms. Whitney and Ms. Carmen, along with assistant teachers, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Erin and Ms. Gabby, are the best. Even though she spends most of the time with the teachers in her classroom, all of the teachers at the school know my daughter and care for her. The teachers, front desk staff and directors ALWAYS have smiles on their faces. They enjoy what they do and it shows.My daughter just turned 20 months and she knows how to count, her shapes, colors, animals and is talking in full sentences. I owe a nice chuck of that learning to The Kensington School.Again, I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the school. If you choose this school, you will be too.

I love this school!!! The teachers really love the kids and treat them as their own. I know they are safe and loved at Kensington and I never worry when I’m at work. I’m impressed that every teacher and staff member knows my name and my kids’ names, even if we are not in their class. Hugs are freely given. And my 3 year old is learning to read!!! She (and I) love the curriculum. I’m so impressed by the things she tells me that she learned. The directors are very hands on and super friendly. In the 2 years I’ve had my kids at this school, I’ve never once had a bad experience!

Kensington was a blessing in disguise. Our son flourished within the first week he started in the Toddler A classroom. His teachers were the best I’ve ever encountered and will be the benchmark when I look for his next school. We are so very sad to be leaving but we appreciate everything you guys have done for Conor and our family!!

The Kensington School really was the best decision we made for our son as far as preschool. Our son had pretty bad separation anxiety and starting preschool was hard on us. He attended 3 different preschools before we took him to Kensington. Although it took him awhile to get comfortable coming to the school, the staff was more than patient to work with him and helped him overcome his anxiety. Mr. Ali was especially attentive to him and came to visit him everyday in class to see how he was doing. My son was very fond of him. Eventually the crying stopped and he enjoyed going to school. The teachers were also wonderful and my son learned so much there. I was amazed of how much he could read as a preschooler. He was so well prepared by time he got to Kindergarten. I really thank Mrs. Nadia, Mr. Ali, and their staff for taking care of him.

We had all 3 of our kids in Kensington at one time or another. Our youngest, now 7, attended the Pre-K program and came out of it ready for Kinder. We could not be more pleased with how this place is ran by Nadia and Ali. From the personal touch and greeting you get when you enter, from the healthy snacks and the way the teachers love on your kids like they are their own. Due to recent changes in our schedule we wont be needing after school care anymore but we will continue to use them for summer and winter breaks. Our kids absolutely love going here and love the teachers.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the Kensington School. My 3 year old daughter loves going to school each day and we have been extremely impressed with everything she has been learning. My infant son is in great hands as well. In my opinion the owners, managers, and teachers are all first rate. Highly recommended

My four year old LOVES this school. He hates it when I come to pick him up from school because he enjoys his class. He is learning a lot from the Montessori program and I highly recommend that you look at this school for your little one. They are challenged and taught. My son is learning how to read at 4 and by the time he is ready for 1st grade (I plan to keep him here for Kindergarten), I know that he will be more than prepared. The Directors and teachers really care about your child and you are left feeling and knowing that your most precious gems are in good hands.

My nephew was staying with us for the Summer and attended The Kensington School. This was his first time in school - he turned one this Summer - and so we were a little nervous about his transition to school. The teachers were so loving, caring, and warm. They were able to get him to start feeling comfortable within a couple of days. The Directors were amazing - they called us multiple times to let us know how he was doing and gave us detailed updates at the end of each day. Transitioning to school for the first time - or even between classes within the same school - is difficult for almost all children, and the adjustment takes time. But I cant think of a manner in which it could have been done any better than what the teachers and Directors did at The Kensington School. And their communication throughout the process, by phone and when we would pick him up, was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Too bad there are not more stars! Our 3-1/2 yr old started there in May 2015 and Im amazed at the level of knowledge shes achieved in these few months. The owners of the school are highly educated and certified on many levels of childhood education and development. They recognize each childs personality and are very focused on the success of each one. Their door is always open for parents and they are supportive and offer suggestions to make each child achieve their best.The teaching and support staff are very kind, gentle and also supportive with all the students in the class.I highly recommend this school.Regards!

Where do I start!? Both my boys graduated from Kensington, and Im SO thankful for the foundation they have been given. My oldest started his preschool experience at another very popular franchise at the age of 3. After spending almost 2 years there, I felt that he wasnt really learning anything significant. On my community FB page I saw that Kensington was highly regarded and those who had children attending sang its praises. SoI decided to give it a shot. Immediately, I noticed a huge difference in my son. In one week at Kensington he had the confidence to write his name on his own where as before he would only trace it. I loved it so much that I even drafted a few of his friends from the previous school! Within weeks they ALL saw the same change in their children. The facility is top notch and they really do care for the children as if they were their own. The directors, Nadia and Ali, both go above and beyond to accommodate needs and the staff is top notch! It is a very family feeling/oriented place where children are cared for, loved and nurtured. If you are looking for a facility that encourages your childs inner best, I highly recommend The Kensington School.

I am an overly concerned parent as Im sure most of us are when it comes to our kids. It can be a scary world out there especially when your entrusting a complete stranger to care for your child. Our experience at Kensington was excellent, we really saw a positive change in our child in just a short amount of time. He went in completely frightened and came out a happy, sociable, smart, and strong kid. 100% recommend this school, and the staff is truly caring, thoughtful, and hands on. The best choice for our family.

I had many friends who’s children also attended The Kensington School, which verifies how amazing this school actually is. We absolutely loved it there, and our child always had something positive to say. She learned way more than I expected! Mrs. Nadia and Mr. Ali we’re always so kind and very informative about EVERYTHING. The first week our daughter was there they even called me to tell me how it was going. My 3 years old daughter started this school 1 year ago. The teachers and directors are amazing! She has learnt so much and performing well above other kids her age. My children have attended The Kensington School since the beginning of its operations. We were quite nervous about the change as the prior school was not a Montessori school and we were not familiar with that teaching style. I now cant say enough positive things about our experience here. We truly feel like a part of the owners family. They honestly care about our children and are focused on teaching them as much as possible before Kindergarten.My daughter is now going into the 1st grade and I heard from several people during her Kindergarten year that Kensington kids were more than prepared for Kinder. She is now in their after school program and I greatly appreciate the help she gets on homework before I get there to pick her up in the afternoons.My son started in their infant room and is loved by all the teachers in that school. His very first teacher still works there and says hi to him on a regular basis. He is about to move up to the Pre-K room which still has the same teachers my daughter had when she was in that room. I am confident my son will be ready for Kinder next year under their direction.We have had our children in 3 different daycares during the 6 years we have been parents. The Kensington School is by far the best. The facilities are clean, the food they serve for snacks and lunch is well balanced, the curriculum is top notch, and the owners are genuine people that will treat your child as their own.

The Kensington School is absolutely amazing. The owners knew our names and kids names the second we walked in the school. We are greated by name from the entire staff. This school really prides themselves on their staff and knowledge and it completely shows. Our kids learned so much while they were there. Our two year old son was only mumbling when we started attending and when we left he could speak and put together a sentence. We were so sad to leave the school. We only needed to discover a new school because we moved to a new city. Our kids loved their teachers and still miss them today. It’s a great feeling when your kids don’t want to leave when you are there to pick them up for the day. The staff cares greatly for the kids and their educational needs. All of the services The Kensington School offers is hard to find and will be greatly missed. We are very happy with the development of our children in The Kensington School.The managers, teachers, and all the employees are very competent and dedicated, besides lovely people.

Started our 3.5 year old and 5 year old in March. I have been very happy with this school. There is no school perfect for every single child but when the owners are involved and they fix the problem before you even bring it up, it shows they care. Kids actually learn something everyday and healthy food and snacks is my favorite part. Best part is I havent made a single doctors appointment due to illness since my kids started here. We hate to put our kids in daycare due to both parents working but when you dont have to take additional time off from work to take a sick child to to the doctor or miss work because they cant go back to school, this is a HUGE relief for me and less stress in our household.

Teachers are sooooo nice and really tend to the kids. I give the Teachers 5 STARS!!! I felt my daughter always had the attention and interaction she needed. Unfortunately I give this daycare 2 STARS Towards the owners Nadia and Ali - the directors. I feel feedback is very important and when I gave it to them it was ignored like all the other communication we had with them during our child’s stay. We emailed them and told them about our concerns and they ignored it. Not one single email was ever responded to or acknowledged. Even when I put in a two week notice it was ignored and I had to go in person and call 3 weeks later! I always had to call or go in person to usually get any answers. The way they make you feel when you ask about money, or getting receipts. They make you feel like your a bother or like they have something to hide. Everything is a secret. Did they forget we pay their bills?? The front office can’t give you any information about your account which is horrible customer service. The owners (directors) are the only ones who can tell you ANYTHING.THATS ALWAYS A BAD SIGN! And if they leave a few days early for vacation and are going to be gone a whole week or longer, they have access to their email (front office says) but they will not respond. Not even if it’s a emergency. Not a surprise. They do not send you Any receipts and are not clear on any charges or fees they charge you. MAKE SURE YOU ASK all those questions or they will just bill you.Have it in writing too. I was told numerous times I was paying a deposit and then later find out there were fees involved in that deposit so when my daughter would start I would owe more.We just always felt uncomfortable about the “SECRET” personality they have. The directors also always try to blame things on “partners” when it comes down to making decisions which is obviously a excuse because they don’t have the professionalism to just be honest they are the ones making the decisions and know their decision is obviously not the best one.Our daughter wasn’t going to be able to attend at the time we wanted and we gave them a two week notice of this and they still kept our desposit money instead of putting it towards when she returned -considering her health situation. She was severely ill. They had more than enough time to find a replacement. We emailed them way in advance and got no reply. When I called to find out about billing the front lady couldn’t give me info and I got no call back. Ever about it.When I wanted to transfer my older daughter there and they were getting the bus set up I got no communication at all about it. No reply’s to emails even after I called and asked about it. Of course they both told me they would keep me posted. That never happened. I never got any communication back about it. I won’t send my kids anywhere where there’s bad communication with directors like that. You shouldn’t feel like everything is a secret or like they have something to hide or that you are being lied to. WE PAY THEIR BILLS we are the reason their business is open. Business owners need to realize their customers keep them open. So customer service is everything!! They need to give better respect to their customers and return emails and communicate better. They have plenty of staff and Nadi and Ali are always in the office on their computers, they have plenty of time to return emails and communicate. Ali and Nadia- the Directors sit at their computers all the time! You shouldn’t be treated like your just MONEY. That’s exactly how they treat you when it comes to the money process. No thanks. There’s great daycares being built right now— there’s plenty of options. We love where our kids are going now and we are treated like family there. We dont have to sit around and wait for answers. Again, everything is a big deal or a secret. You also get brief answers when you ask. I don’t trust them. My daughter would only return if they actually acknowledged our concerns and complaints that they have ignored and make changes. If not we will never return.

Both of my kids went to Kensington for pre-school and my son did after school care when he was in kinder before I decided to be a SAHM. This is a great school to prepare your child for kinder and beyond. The management really cares about the students and parents feedback and concerns unlike the franchise schools where it lacks the personal touch. We moved several times in the last 10 years and my son went to 7 different pre-schools before coming to Kensington. Weve done the whole franchise schools to private nanny and Kensington was the best experience out of all the school.

My daughter had really difficult time to adjust but the teachers never gave up on her.you can trust this school and staff.the directors even personally take care of your child if needed on regular basis.so far i am very happy and no complaints👍

I am a proud mom of a 5 year old girl who graduated from the Kensington 2018 Pre-K Class, i was so proud to see her and her classmates walk to get their diplomas as their names were called. The kensington did such a wonderful job putting together this special ceremony. Kudos to the Kensington Team!!, as honestly i didnt expect such a nice and touchy ceremony.Im so happy to see how my daughter has blossom both socially and academically from the time she started to the time she finished she now said she is ready for the big girl school. Teachers and directors (Miss Nadia and Mr Ali) were always available to listen and provide feedback and guidance when a concern arise about my daughter and both sides school and my end worked it out together. Based on my experience I would recommend the kensington schools to others.
