The lessons and packages are expensive, but Johnny Scott will surpass your expectations as a driving instructor!! It’s worth every penny to take class with Johnny. He’s very passionate when it comes to teaching and driving. He’s patient and he makes sure his students really pass and become good drivers. His schedule is always packed so make sure you book him beforehand. Not to mention he writes books about driving. I will for sure buy his second book and get his autograph. Book a few lessons with him if you get the chance.Chris and George are also very good instructors. Book them if you can. Although it’s hard to book specific instructors try to call the office and tell them Johnny Scott, Chris, George will really impact your lesson.

My daughter had her first lesson with a lady at ABC School of Driving sorry we don’t remember her name. Then she had 2 lessons with Johnny Scott. All people were great. Johnny took her before her test today, she passed! Thank you Johnny! She needed someone to teach her how to parallel park and really sharpen up her skills driving. Yes it might be expensive but worth every penny. Karen in the office is also wonderful to work with.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!Johnny Scott, was not only extremely professional, but highly knowledgeable about the safety and rules of the road. He makes it a priority to ensure his students are just as knowledgeable and safe. I can’t begin to express how nervous I was at the beginning of my lesson, but by the end, felt confident and ready! Johnny was amazing and didn’t make me feel intimidated or incompetent, when I made minor infractions, but made darn sure I knew better and did better. Believe me, I will never pull up less than 1 car length behind a vehicle ever again...LOL!!! I feel extremely grateful to have had Johnny as an instructor and he made sure I was ready for my road test....and I PASSED!

My experience with ABC was great. I booked the 45 minutes road test service plan. My instructor (Peter) was punctual (actually arrived a few minutes early), very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I passed the road test comfortably. Thanks for the excellent service ABC!

I did not pass my road test. Even if you purchase the package plan it doesnt guarantee you will pass. It takes practice, and 5 lessons are not enough and too expensive. They have a few good instructors, so try to book those if you can. Try to keep your driving lessons as close as your road test date so you wont forget what they taught. You always need to call their office to check the road test dates. Their schedules are pretty packed and they give you different instructors for each lesson based on instructors availability. Instructors have their own way of teaching so that might throw you off a little. My advice: just pay for 2-3 lessons with a good instructor that everyone likes from their school and you go from there.

Today I had my road test and passed. My instructor prior to the road test was Johnny Scott. Johnny’s personality makes it easier to learn. Johnny knows his stuff and gives great advice. He is actually an author and has his own books on how to drive. Johnny was on time but actually early which was even more impressive. I recommend ABC School Of Driving and Johnny Scott as your instructor.

Peter was one of my favorite driving instructors, really chill dude and believed in me the whole time! I don’t see my driving test results until 6PM (Because there was a new update due to COVID I believe?), but either way I enjoyed the experience learning through ABC.

I scheduled a session for my son and they canceled the day of. However, the issue is they still stated they were going to charge me a cancellation fee after I asked for a refund since I could not reschedule after they canceled. If the cancellation was on my part I could understand the cancellation fee. However, their driver canceled, therefore why should I pay the fee. My transaction waS done over the phone the day before and the Manager Allisa said I signed an agreement- I never signed anything.

ABC school of driving is an amazing school for anyone. I was very inexperienced at the start but while taken lessons I quickly got better. I was able to pass my road test with the help of all my instructors but mainly Johnny Scott. I was very nervous my first day of driving because I was new and barely knew how to drive. But Johnny was very comfortable to be around. He made me feel like a natural at driving and boosted my confidence. Johnny helped me alot in my k-turns and parallel parking. I really dont think I would have passed without him. I also had Peter Who was also good at helping me improve my left turns. Jennifer was also a help with my turns. I believe that ABC school haves great instructors who help u become a better driver and help pass the road test. Extremely happy with spending my money here.

My experience was wonderful and I would recommend getting a lesson before the drivers test even if you know how to drive. I PROMISE you wont regret it. I needed some help with parallel parking and confidence in my driving; my first lesson was with Joey and he was a great teacher and helped me so much! I was able to focus and improve where I needed to. I also had a lesson with Joey just before before my road test and again- felt confident and ready, and I passed with no point deductions- so definitely I would recommend ABC to anyone who needs to learn to drive or polish up before the big test. It made a huge difference and I felt ready when it was time to take the test- thanks so much ABC and especially Joey!

I call have multiple conversations with people regarding my address and a driving lesson where they pick you up. I pay for my class and call to set up the lesson and then they say they do not pick up at my address. Very disappointing should been confirmed on my previous 3 phone calls to them.

I would definitely recommend this driving school! I had such a fantastic experience with them! I did the entirely of my lessons and road test during COVID times, and each of the drivers abided by the safety standards by wearing masks and thoroughly cleaning the drivers side of the vehicle each time. The two office staff I talked to were always extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Brittany! My lesson instructors were extremely helpful, especially Michael and Peter. Before I took lessons, I was really nervous behind the wheel and ABC helped improve my confidence and now I am a licensed driver!

When i first went there Lady was some what rude its not what you say its how you say it.Asking her questions was very uncomfortable. You could hear the aggressiveness in her voice over all they had shields and was 6ft apart from us besides her rudeness she was helpful needs too work on customer service

Instructors stop at their house while their doing lessons. Some Instructors do more driving then the student is allowed too. When you call in they give you the run around one person say one thing then when you call back another person say something different. Their over priced and unprofessional I spent over $600 with them because I was told their the best I should have went with a more professional school

I would recommend the ABC School of Driving to anyone asking for any type of assistance with the permit or licensure process. I did everything through them: my 5 hour pre-licensing course, three driving lessons, and the road test. I passed on the very first try this morning!!! Every single instructor I had was kind, patient, encouraging, and supportive. Driving is something that still gives me a bit of anxiety, but each of my instructors made me feel like a capable driver. I took lessons with three different instructors and they were each amazing. If I had to pick one to recommend to a friend or family member, it would definitely be Peter Broman. His patience and calm voice minutes before my test is definitely the largest reason I was able to pass on my first go. Though buying the 3 lesson package deal was more than I would have liked to spend, Im so happy I did. This couldnt have been a better experience. Thank you!

ABC was the best choice for me. They helped bring me up to speed with 5 lessons and I started with no driving experience. The instructors are all good teachers such as George, Michael and a third instructor who’s name I forget. But they were all good people and caring teachers that want to help you pass your test. The staff on the phone was always polite and accommodating of requests.Michael was great in taking me to the road test and getting me warmed up for it. He made sure I was calm and confident, giving me great tips.Overall if you need good driving lessons at your convenience and very reasonable pricing look no further than ABC.

I took 3 90 minute lessons and both of the guys who took me were the nicest and most down to earth people ive ever met. my second instructor joe was one of the coolest people i’ve ever met we instantly clicked and he didn’t treat me as a client but more of a friend he simplified things that seemed confusing into something super easy i highly recommend this place for anyone who gets anxiety behind the wheel of a car or simply just wants someone who’s gonna help them with there driving and give you tips on things you might not have known, i highly recommend asking for joe or peter but even if there not available you won’t be disappointed with anybody else they are all trained and know what there doing and just want to see people succeed with driving

Cliff was amazing. I had another driving teacher previously who made me more nervous about driving and 5 hour long lessons in i was in worse shape than i began. one 45 min lesson in from Cliff and I feel confident and capable- I thought it would take me months to learn to drive but he makes me feel like I can be ready in a few weeks!

I am so happy with the school and the instructor. She is a very nice lady and that 45 minutes brush up lesson​ was really helpful. She told me everything that I am going to be tested on and the examiners expectations. She taught me a great and a simple way for parallel parking. Her instructions were clear and she helped me with the things that I was not very good at. Also, I was so happy that they dropped me home which was 25 minutes a way. Rochelle knows what she is talking about and also Johnny. Because of them I have parallel parking down and perfect. I would highly recommend ABC School of Driving. I worked with 4 different instructors and they were all good, but Jyoti is the best. Shes very experienced, and will help you feel relaxed and safe. Jyoti provides detailed instructions and feedback and is a very pleasant person to work with. Other reviewers mentioned Johnny and Dave, who are fine instructors as well.I worked with another school in the Rochester area, but had the best experience with ABC. Of the schools in the area, ABC has the nicest website. Theyre the only school which lists all their prices upfront and provides online ordering.

Rochelle was very nice. I only paid for one lesson and it was two days before my test. I passed my test. She also sent me instructions so that I could practice at home. She was very nice helped a lot. Made me comfortable. I learned how to k turn and parallel park all in one day.

My experience in this journey was the 90 minutes hours class, after that the 5 hours video with Johnny really a pleasure to meet him.
