I brought the gold package, and gotten 5, 90min lessons. Taken 1 with Travis and the other 4 with Patrick. Not gonna lie, It was quite pleasant, in my own experience. They do tease and poke at you, but never have I had been screamed at even when I made some dangerous mistakes, instead they would go over what I did wrong. Over all the instructors were nice and funny, though Patrick can be overly expressive in other topics like politics. I didn’t really mind, it was quite funny to see him rant about politics. I would highly recommend, Allwright’s School of Driving to anyone who seeks a calm and professional instructors.

I was a complete novice three months ago, and I didnt even touch the steering wheel before I signed up for the driving school. My friend recommended me to sign up for the All right driving school. Facts have proved that this is a completely correct decision. The owner of the driving school is an instructor with 43 years of teaching experience. He is very experienced in teaching and is humorous. He not only taught me how to pass the exam, but also taught me how to practice highways and main roads, telling me how to predict risks and how to avoid them. In addition, his teaching style is very detailed and can basically cover all situations. After his training, I passed the road test once. Thanks to All Right driving school Boss.

I took 2 classes 90 minute each with Patrick and 1 class 90 minute with Gary. All the classes were informative and worth taking. I had my test at Emerson & Glide and I passed it in my first test. The 45 minute practice with Gary before the test was very detailed, helpful and informative. You have to be calm and composed on your test. If you listen and follow all the instructions and practice, you will make it. I would definitely recommend to everyone who want to learn driving and take the test.

I didn’t have any experience driving when I first took classes. They were very understanding of my schedule. The instructors were very nice and patient; after about 6 classes I passed my road test!!

I called to see if I could take an extra driving lesson before my road rest, and after talking to them for a few minutes they advised I would be fine and not worry. I was a previous student of other driving schools, and this school was the most helpful! I have failed the road test 5 times, including when I was taking lessons from other schools. The instructors at this school are very helpful, and teach you techniques that will help you on the road test! They tell you when you are doing something wrong, and how to correct it without being rude. I took 5 lessons with them, and just passed my road test on the first try since starting lessons with this school! I would highly recommend this school for anyone who has struggled with other driving schools or has struggled with road tests like I have. I genuinely now have confidence in driving!

I am totally satisfied with the superb & professional job of the Allwrights School of Driving team. I received an undivided & personalized attention from the moment I called in to get some info as well as throughout the process of in-car training to get my drivers license (class D). The receptionist & instructors were friendly, accommodating, professional, and willing to work the extra mile to fulfill my expectation and satisfaction. They exceeded my expectation. The cars were always clean and reliable, and the instructors always picked me up on time but most importantly, I was able to learn a lot of driving skills, not only those necessary for passing the road test, but also defensive driving techniques that I believe will help a driver go a long way. I strongly recommend this school. They honor their name.

Beware! They charge $105 just so the instructor can drive you to the road test and practice an hour before the test when you can just drive with a parent for free. But gave it a 3 star cause Gary was nice and actually noticed a improvement later on in the lessons.

I just passed my first road test ! I would like to thanks Mark and Patrick for excellent services. My first 5 lesson was took with Mark, and he is a great instructor for teaching me how to drive. Unfortunately, he couldnt take me to the road test. But it was also great that I met Patrick, Patrick is a really funny guy and he is very detailed with his instruction and providing very useful tips about road test. I would recommend this school to anyone else who want to get their driving license.

I had my driving test at Emerson and Glide. The 45 minute practice before the test was a good refresher and Gary was very informative and made sure to inform me about the minor mistakes that would cost points on the test. Overall it was great taking the driving test with them and I recommend it to everyone whos taking the license test.

I have to say thanks to Patrick and Allwrights school of driving. They are really professional and experienced. They are concerned and help you pass the exam. I used to take courses in ABC Driving school. The people are really nice there, but sometimes they might be too polite and may not point out the mistake in time. After I failed my first road test, I took four 90 minuted lessons with Patrick in Allwrights school of driving, and I make significant progress in just one week and finally pass the exam. I will definitely recommend Allwrights school of driving!

This experience was traumatic and disgraceful. I am gathering up people to report this business to BBB. The instructor Mark was yelling at me the whole time until I stood up for myself & had to exit the car and catch an Uber ride home. Not to mention, he did NOT wear his mask but asked that I did. When I called Allwright after being left on an unfamiliar street the lady said I won’t get a refund and that there is nothing they will do about Mark and his incapabilities to teach students... Please take your money elsewhere.

My experience with Patrick was horrible . Patrick was awful. The entire ride of our practice he talked about politics .. & mostly his hate towards the black community . Here is my story.I was very frustrated with this school, and even if with only 45 minutes course left, I request my money back.When I took the first two trial classes with the boss, he told me that the alright driving school would not change your instructor or your schedule without a reasonable reason.But after I paid my bill, they randomly change my schedule without notifying you or change your schedule three times arrogantly; and sometimes, when you have a reserved schedule, they said you dont have one after you call back to the office.The boss of this company is a good person but some employee may not be. An instructor made me too nervous and yield me. I was scared by him and did not get respected.The good part is that they refund your money quickly.

They went above and beyond for my husband when he needed one class at the last minute. They called drivers for him to see who would stay late and one driver did. This was such a pleasant experience in comparison to another company who did not come to their appointment, did not call that they are not coming and were not able to accommodate with another driver on that day when we called to find one why no one showed up. Definitely visit Allwright’s School of Driving, if you ever need help.

I took three lesson with this company. My instructor was Marco, hes great and funny. He makes you feel comfortable while driving and tell you when you are doing something wrong, as wells as give you tips to improve. Marco makes you feel confident will driving. I recommend for anyone who needs lessons to ask for him. Oh not to leave out I passed my road test first try!. :-)

Jennifer is an awesome instructor! I passed the road test on my first attempt, and I have Jennifer to thank for it. I took the gold package (5 lessons x 90 minutes each), which turned out to be enough practice for me to go from a complete rookie to a license-holder! She walked me through all the basics of driving, as well as what to look out for in the road test. The tips came really handy. Admittedly, the course is costly, especially if you are a student. Id say it was worth the money for me.

Just got my license this afternoon. I highly recommend Gary as the instructor for your driving lessons. Gary is a friendly, responsible, and helpful instructor. Gary helped me quickly learn the basics of driving and consolidate my driving skills. Sometimes he was strict, but only strict teachers produce outstanding students. I am pretty satisfied with my experience with Gary and the Allwrights School of Driving.

Driving instructor was fine and my daughters driving greatly improved as did her confidence. However, calling in to make appointments was awful. The two woman one being the manager are awful. Rude and huffy over the phone. I wouldn’t send my enemies kid there. Awful customer service! Use the other driving schools in the area, this one is not worth the frustration!

Allwrights Driving School gave me a traumatic driving experience. I did not pay for a road test service expecting that the driving instructor would make me more nervous by: making passive aggressive and overly sarcastic comments like, Oh that makes me so uncomfortable and so you want to get into an accident, as opposed to giving me constructive criticism, such as telling me how I needed to adjust the brake so it was not abrupt.He occasionally made gestures instead of telling me when to turn and right off the bat, he freaked out, flailing his arms, because he thought I was turning onto a street when we were still in the parking lot.ABOVE ALL, Marco had an emotional breakdown in a neighborhood with zero traffic around us, SHOUTING at me and telling me that I was going to FAIL, which psychologically prepares students for failure, despite having told me after the road test was over that I could have passed that day. Im led to believe by such an inconsistent observation that he was doing everything he could to emotionally manipulate me on the day of my test.For the entire duration, I remained outwardly calm, since Im, you know driving, and I had to CALM HIM DOWN and rationalize with him the issues that he was having. I would have ended the 45 minute brush up sooner if I wasnt too traumatized to realize that this entire experience was unprofessional.And at the end of the day, after I let the trauma set in and could finally eat my lunch at 3PM, having left more stressed than I was when I started, I couldnt even get my money back. The office never allowed me to speak with the busy manager. And the office suggested that the driving instructor was just having a bad day. Well, when a bad day means that you yell at people and terrorize them into emotional discomfort that should mean that the manager is transparent enough to discuss these manners with me and decent enough to refund me my money for the traumatic experience that I have to remember for the rest of my life.Spare your friends and family from pain and do not waste your time and money on Allwrights Driving School.

Great place. They teach you what you need to know to be successful, and will give you tips on how to be a better driver. Patrick was great, he gave me a good tip for parallel parking, now I can do it without any problems I passed my test that day without any problems. I highly recommend this driving school.

The entire process of getting a drivers license was so easy, thanks to the wonderful staff at Allwright driving school. Rochelle is the best instructor I have ever seen. She is very patient and teaches each and every point extremely well. She makes sure that all the points are drilled into your head so that you not only pass your driving test but become an excellent driver. I passed driving test with perfect score thanks to Rochelle. I have been a customer for about two years now and sent two of my children through Allwrights in order to get their licenses. They provided both of my children with one on one services as opposed to five or six kids just riding in a car. The employees were also great, they kept me informed on my childrens results and possible next steps in order to achieve their success.

It was a wonderful experience. I had some scheduling conflicts and they worked with me. The driving instructor I had was fantastic. While I did not have confidence in myself, my instructor did! While he was strict and blunt when things went wrong, it allowed me to learn from my mistakes and we were able to laugh about it after the lesson was over. In the end, I passed my road test the first time I took it!

I took the 5-hour class, and several driving lessons from Allwrights School of Driving in 2008, and they were great. I still remember my very first lesson with my instructor, his confidence in me gave me confidence. He had me driving around town in traffic on my first lesson! It was a great experience, and Ive recommended them a lot over the years.

Patrick was a very nice and helpful instructor. I am an international student who wasn’t familiar with US road rules and with no car to practice, so I decided to take lessons from here. And it was worth both momey and time, as I could learn proper, safe driving habits from experienced instructors. Thanks to Patrick’s help, I was able to pass my road test..even though I was born wih absolutely no sense of good driving/spaces and timing/whatever that natural-born-good-drivers have.Also I once had Gary for one of my lessons, and he was nice as well.

My two children did the private lessons including taking both of them to their driving test, as well as a five hour class at the Allrights School of Driving facility. I took 2 or 3 classes here last year and passed my test! Rochelle was great, but the manager was incredibly rude in any given interaction. My classes were cancelled more than once without warning, I had to call in after a driver did not show up.

Patrick and the Allwrights team are fantastic! I had a bad experience in my drivers education class and didnt want to drive for years. I called Allwrights, but I was worried about driving in Rochester because Im not local. But Patrick is a great teacher. He made me feel comfortable, confident and relaxed in the car. They worked around my busy schedule as a student, and were even able to squeeze me in a road test before I left for the summer. Their package deals include not only lessons and a road test, but also the 5-hour pre-licensing class. (Nancy who teaches the course is SO funny! She actually makes it fun!) Its the best bang for your buck around here. I couldnt have asked for a better experience learning to drive. (And I passed my road test!)

The office manager was extremely rude, I was calling to ask the possible lessons they offer for a person with previous driving experience. He started to talk about another client and how that client didnt take their lessons and fail the test. His attitude was extremely rude and confrontational, without listening the whole situation, he told me to go somewhere else. I couldnt believe a driving school will treat their potential client in such an unprofessional way.

I went to Allwrights School of Driving for my pre licensing course, scheduled at 9am. I arrived half hour early and saw people inside of building, thought I could ask a couple questions before proceeding with the course. The building has sign saying they were open, so I approached the building and tried to open the door. A man inside pointed out the schedule, I understood and pointed out the sign saying they were open. Off all sudden man at inside grabbed the sign and THREW it, breaking it in the process while I am outside of window. I am stunned, I came with a smile on my face and was disgusted when I left.The abrupt unprofessional behavior got me to spend my money and time somewhere else.

Worst experience....non professional people(marco).....I did not get 45 min brush up lesson which was already discussed, and there were two student in the car for the tests without prior notification, which is certainly not professional ...And when I called them to tell my experience about not getting 45 mins brush up lesson and one more student at same time , only thing they were say saying that nothing is guaranteed....and the school was only interested to get more business from me...One star is more than enough for this....

Its really nice for the kids to have Allwrights School of Driving. Having a service where the instructor take the students to the driving test. They actually take the test in the car that they are practicing in. Allwrights is definitely a super service that you have to take the kids to their test.

I took a driving lesson last weekend at this school and had a horrible experience. The instructor was completely unprofessional. I think the guys name was Mark. HE yelled at me through the lesson and was swearing as well. I understand i am a new driver but I felt he should have been more patient especially since I am paying for the instruction. Im going to try another school but am really disappointed in this experience.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!! If I could give this driving school zero stars, I would. Not only was the office extremely rude in addition to refusing access to speaking to a manager, but the driving instructor was horrendous as well. Marco was extremely unprofessional, and reacts with anger and impatience to any driving mistake, no matter how small. He was actually yelling during a portion of the drive. If you call the office after a terrible experience, forget about getting your money back, like you would with any good customer service, because the secretary wont even let you speak to a manager.

My daughter was a reluctant driver but I asked her to try a driving school. I contacted 3 driving schools. Only one responded personally & answered my Mom questions with courtesy & professionalism. Alwrights School of Driving provided services that enabled her to continue to concentrate on her studies, which included pick-up at school and flexible scheduling. She drove in traffic, residential areas and even in Wegmans parking lot. I would recommend Alwrights School of Driving very highly due to their professionalism & courtesy. Even if my daughter had not passed her driving test the first time she gained experience and confidence in her ability to try again. I have no idea what the other reviewer was talking about. Marco was my driving instructor when I decided to go with AllWright school of driving. He was always calm during our lessons, on time and when I did mess up with something he would calmly explain how to fix it and then we would try again. He was by far one of the best teachers I have had besides Rochelle who helped me brush up for my test. She went through the road test with me and fixed some minor things that helped me pass my test that day. Marco is an excellent teacher, he kept the vibe in the car non intimidating so that I was relaxed the entire time during our four lessons.I have gone to ABC school of driving and Morgan, and neither school actually helped me. I spent over $900 taking lessons from Morgan because they dont offer packages (where AllWright does; I got three lessons with pick up and drop off, and my drivers test for $345 dollars) . Morgan never taught me how to parallel park or k turn in the ten lessons I took. I learned much more in the four lessons from AllWright than I did in the 15 combined from Morgan and ABC. This is by far the most professional driving school I have been to, and Ive recommended it to several friends and family members.

Spoke with Patrick Sardella the owner of the company he was very rude and proceeded to yell at me for attempting to report a problem.The instructor Mark was 45 mins late to my 1st and last a lesson and my 2nd lesson was canceled by them.
