I Had a very Positive experience, the instructors here are Firm, helpful and make sure you understand everything. I recommend to anyone who wants to get in the trucking industry this is the place to go! Many thanks to PDI instructors Bobbi, Doug, Jeff and Henry.

PDI was an amazing experience while attending as a student. The instructors were real people, they didnt sugarcoat things and they made sure you understood that if you were a safety issue to yourself or other people on the road, they wouldnt hesitate to get you out of that drivers seat. As long as you want to succeed they will do everything in their power to help you accomplish that.If you listen to what the instructors and staff are teaching you then you will be confident enough to get and keep the wheels rolling. They give you numerous gems and tricks of the trade which will help you stand out anywhere you step foot in from their school moving forward. If I ever need a refresher or decide to learn the mechanics side of the industry I will most definitely be heading back as I know I will get everything I need in order to succeed! Thanks to everyone at PDI, from the office staff to the in class, and on the road instructors!

Setting me up for a a good future

I attended a couple of driving schools before coming to PDI. I came to PDI to get a CDL A and train to get the HazMat endorsement. What I got was only 2 weeks training in the A class before being put in the B class. When I got moved out of class A to B, I was told by the training director that I would be put right back into the A class, after completing the B class. I got my CDL B. The next day, I was informed that PDI will not be training me any further. I am still trying to find a job that will make use of my CDL B. Scott and Bradley were two of the best trainers this school has to offer; unlike some other trainers here, they dont yell and curse at you if you dont understand something completely.

Only office team know what they doing all instructors are really mean and rude they treat you like you owe them . I had horrible experience at this school I would never recommend to anyone too bad is because is the only option in Rochester area

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The instructors are helpful, knowledgable, and care about their students success. They lead by example and on many occassions i was in a warm cab while they were dealing with the elements outside supervising and giving me instruction. The school administration was very supportive and worked with me to get my CDL A. I highly recommend and had a lot of fun.

Its a short program to help you start a great career, and like anything else you get out of it what you put in! Thank you to all the staff

They have horrible customer service i have tried and reach out to there training director multiple times for the last 2 weeks and also there sales rep and i have not gotten a phone call back or reached them, and the sad part is i am a graduate student from PDI. so i am working with canandaigua driving school and they are great to work with.
