I have worked in restaurants, been in the military, worked construction, and patronized a host of other businesses. I thought I knew what incompetence was. Then my son started attending school here. They put on a great show, but when youre not physically there is when the incompetence comes back to bite you. They told me that the bus would pick my son up in front of our house. The actual bus stop is at the other end of the street. Called transportation. They sent the bus back around and of course still failed to inform me of the bus stop location. Called them back and basically was told not to bother. They werent gonna pick him up. Called the school and they hung up on me when I started explaining the situation. Said thats not our job. Then, after all this, I find out that they gave me the wrong bus route number to begin with. Thank god Im moving out of rochester soon. I cant bear the thought of my son being educated by these people.
