There bottom line amazing there super friendly and they really invest in you my boyfriend and nephew have been going for a few months now and they love it never a dull moment theyre always learning something new and the vibes you get from this place i promise youll love them

As a novice everyone has been extremely welcoming in the kickboxing class.

BEDROC provides an great environment to learn and grow as an individual. Everyone is more than willing to help you no matter what level of fitness or skill you are. They are intense and will drive you to be the best you, they care about everyone having fun and growing. Definitely should stop in and check them out, definitely one of the best martial arts programs in the area.

Started coming here a year ago. I was welcomed like family from day 1. The BJJ/Judo program here is top-notch. In addition to providing great training, they are also able to uniquely cater to almost all experience and fitness levels to help people reach their goals. This gym has dedicated clientele that range anywhere from serious MMA fighters to people just trying to get in shape. Not many MMA gyms have the welcoming atmosphere and family-mentality that BEDROC has.

I started Jiu Jitsu at Bedroc 2 weeks ago. I would highly recommend this GYM to anyone who is new to Martial Arts. John and Carlos are great instructors and the other students are very welcoming to new comers. Kitty helped me get signed up and made the process super easy.

Great facility and great coaching. Bedroc is a very family friendly atmosphere and great for all ages. Everyone works as a team and helps each other with technique or motivation. Sensei John and Sensei John Jr have a great way to make sure everyone is involved and understands what they are teaching no matter the class size. I can highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get into better shape all the way to looking to fight.
