Sifu Paul is amazing and his values and willingness to help the kids get to where they need to be is just incredible. He is fair and always will to go above and beyond to give support. You are not just a dollar to him and his school. This is important. He doesn’t sit by and let you run through the program just because you keep the money coming. If you are not quality and not willing to put the work in and change and show the character needed to become a Kung Fu master he will let you know that you don’t belong there. I recommend this school and would give him, his school and instructors more than 5 stars if I could.

Our son has a developmental disability and he was not only accepted into the program but is welcomed by staff and students. This has given him a good outlet for his energy and also given him a sense of pride . Thanks for all you do!!!

Our son has been attending this academy for years and we could not be happier with the progress he has made. Not only learning martial arts skills but also the character development. It carries on outside of the academy as we get countless notes from school praising what a great student he is and how helpful he is.

My son has had a great experience at Rochester Kung Fu. Having some Martial Arts background myself and wanting a quality experience for my son I searched many places. Unfortunately, the quality around many schools are poor and centered around buying your way to a black belt. In the end you have a black belt without the skill. You have to EARN your belt and because of that my son earns a real sense of pride. That is more valuable then any false sense of security that a bought belt would provide. The instructors here know what they are doing and encourage students all the way. They believe that they can achieve their goals which helps students build that belief in themselves. This is a skill that takes years even a lifetime to build.

I and my sons have been students for over a year. Staff was welcoming, encouraging and kind right from the beginning. Good flexible schedules and quality instruction. In person classes are great, and the virtual classes still have good instruction and content. Passionate Sifu. Everyone here wants you to succeed and welcomes you as a brother or sister. Good confidence and character building curriculum. Weapons training is one of my favorites. If youre struggling to find a program that you can continue to participate and progress through, even through a lockdown, or something that you can do as a family, this is a good fit.

Outstanding! The instructors truly care about their students success! They teach more than just martial arts. They teach self control, kindness, respect, how to set and achieve goals and so much more. My six year old isn’t the only one learning either. At the moment I am spectating until physically capable of participating. Just by spectating I have learned many important lessons not just about martial arts, but life itself. Thank you so much to all of you!

I have had my son in the ninja program for almost a year and it has helped him tremendously. It has taught him respect, discipline and a ton of other great lessons. It has been so good for him that we also enrolled our daughter when she was old enough to join. I would highly suggest the ninja program to anyone. It is a great program and sets your child up for an amazing future with all the character building it does. We are definitely in it for the long run.

My son is autistic and I was nervous to try an activity that requires so much focus and patience. We decided to try Rochester Kung Fu and Fitness because the staff seemed kind, yet firm. It has been awesome. I have seen improvements in his attention and his ability to sit still for longer. His strength has improved and I am proud to have him in this program. I plan on keeping my son in this program as long as possible. Kung Fu is a great foundation for any child but especially children on the autism spectrum.

Been a great experience for my whole family. Their little kids program is tailored well for younger kids and is lots of fun while still teaching focus, discipline, respect, and hard work. Which is the same focus of the higher classes.

Our 3 year old has been participating in Little Ninjas for a few months now and the team at RKFF has been incredible. They are so patient and really understand what it takes to teach Kung Fu to young audiences. The character education is fantastic and we have seen a difference in his behavior in all areas! If you are thinking about it, give it a short trial - it is totally worth it!

My son has been going here for a year now and Im amazed at how he is now bringing discipline skills to our home. Hes only 6 years old and hes a much different kid than he was last year. The instructors strive to see all their students exceed not only in kung fu but most importantly in life. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I practiced karate for 15 years before finding Rochester Kung Fu and Fitness. Studying Praying Mantis Kung Fu has taken my skills to a whole new level. Head instructors Sifu Paul and Jou Ga Domenica are top notch teachers who work tirelessly to help all their students improve everyday both in their character as a martial artist and their self defense skills. They are equally phenomenal with both children and adults. I love being part of this family!

My grandson been going to Kungfu for about 3 months now, he loves it and hes showing respect to himself and others. My grandson is learning so much not to mention hes getting in shape especially after COVID 19. Im 65 years old on a fixed income, I dont have alot of money but I find the money some how to keep my grandson doing positive things and growing. I enjoy watching my grandson change, I never miss a meeting but if I do we can always do virtual meetings. Its so worth the money and time we put in. If you want your child to do something positive instead of playing those silly games put them in Kung Fu.
