We send our child here 3 days a week and are satisfied with the staff (friendly, listens to feedback) and the outdoor space is great. The staff uses an app to let us know whats going on throughout the day and sends us pictures. We are happy we can pay a part time rate since we dont need to send her 5 days a week. Breakfast is provided!

Care A Lot was wonderful for our school aged boy through the hybrid learning year. They were flexible and responsive to all of our needs.

Last year when Covid hit, my sons daycare had to shut down permanently due to financial hardship. It was the daycare that my son had been going to for over three years, and we were truly saddened when this occurred. He and his sister had loved it so much, and we loved the staff there too.We then found a new, nearby daycare (NOT Care-a-lot), and it did not work out at all. My son seemed okay with the new place, but the staff was somewhat off-putting, and it was more about business than child care. In fact, when I would go to pick up my son every day there were literally children sitting at the window sill, longingly looking outside and waiting for their parents to pick them up (like some sort of bizarre child prison...I kid you not!) So we left that place after a few months. We next found Care-a-lot of Henrietta. My first conversation on the phone with the Director went great. She was cheery, nice, and most definitely not phony. We had a virtual tour (again Covid times), and my son was instantly intrigued. We started him back in January and have never looked back. He instantly loved it there. In fact on his first day there, at afternoon pickup time, he was yapping and cheery and so comfortable (he is normally very shy in new situations). He loves the food. He loves his friends. My wife and I are are so happy with this place, and come the Fall we will be getting after-school care three days out of the week for both my son and daughter.

Our daughter has been attending Care-a-Lot since she was 10 weeks old, and we couldnt be happier with the experience weve had. Her teachers are incredible and so caring, and every day when we go to pick her up we see her smiling and having a wonderful time. I cant recommend them enough.

We have two children who have attended Care a lot since they were 3 months old (now 3.5 and 5.5). We have been pleased with the love and support they have received while they have been there. I never worry about them while I am at work as I am confident that they are in good hands.

My daughter was only at Care A Lot for about 2 weeks before COVID hit and I pulled her out (for financial reasons), but the 2 weeks she was there were great! The staff was very responsive to me as a first time mom, being new to daycare and anxious about leaving her. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. I felt very comfortable asking the ridiculous questions-they never made me feel judged or as if I was wasting their time. The staff that cared for my daughter were wonderful, clearly passionate about their jobs, and very very kind. I felt that their prices were also very fair compared to other locations I looked at. I would have gladly continued with Care A Lot if I hadn’t transitioned to working from home!

I am impressed by the quick response to resolve the problem by the management team and the owner Mr. David Kolczynski . Your fair and prompt decision has proved that you really care, and are the best among all the other child care centers.I proudly recommend the day care, Care a Lot to all the viewers, friends and parents. No place is better for your children than Care a Lot.My kids loved it and also of all the friends that I know. .I am a principal at a community School and also work at University of Rochester . My children had been at Care a lot and on my recommendation currently lots of my colleagues have their children under the care of Care a lot. Unfortunately there has been a horrendous turn around with staffing ever since Courtney Crandall has been brought in place of Shannon as a Supervisor. The kind of harassment she has caused at the day care is seriously effecting the emotional health of our children. It is a known fact that children see the daycare, care takers as a substitute of their mother, some even call them Mommy. It takes them long time to get used to of a new employee and do not want to go to day care if their Mommy is fired by race and color conscious supervisor like Courtney. In the past month she fired or harassed long time workers to the level that they quit. The kids who are not color or race conscious are missing those care takers and cry every morning to go to Daycare. . She has used the cheap tactics like giving warnings on the daily basis ,then suspending the workers without pay, most has 10-15 year day care / school experience, on Issues like worker was found looking in the direction of window with just her eyes turned toward window .Another one when child needed to be stopped to harm himself, worker stopped him in time by grabbing his arm. This is the nature of their mistakes where Courtney suspended workers .This has caused the kind off harassment that our childrens beloved teachers were harassed to either quit or are at the verge of being fired by Courtney. They are scared to perform daily duties comfortably because of daily insults in the hand of Courtney.Consequences : Our children are suffering. They want their Mommy back or those who are still there and about to go, should be restored. How to resolve this newly created Problem:Remove Courtney as soon as possible as it is very obvious that she is beyond repair .She is color Discriminating which is unforgivable by law.,( we can prove by looking at the color and race of the people whom she targeted). She is insulting and misusing her power, when she does that she does not have the interest of our children or Care a lot in her mind.Restore the jobs of those who left in pat two months and remove the dirt that she has placed in the records of those that she is suspending or warning on the daily basis. If Courtney is not stopped or removed we will have no choice but to go to the News Channel 13, Channel 8 Democrat and Chronicle or any one who would like to hear her discrimination stories on issues like suspension without pay for workers looking outside the window.I hope we do not have to come to this point to report against this second home for our kids.

My son absolutely loves this center. He has learned so much and has made so many friends. The staff is great. His teachers adore him and treat him so well. He is upset if he can’t go to school if he’s sick. Care A Lot has been great for our family!

My son turns 5 in a few months and has been going to Care a Lot since he was 3 months old. The staff and teachers there are top notch and really do care A LOT! The flexible hours, cleanliness, quality and variety of meals/snacks, and indoor and outdoor play areas are just a few additional reasons we are so happy with this wonderful facility. I recommend it to any and everyone!!!

Worst daycare my children has ever attended. The assistant director is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. The owner seems to not have a care in the world. Some school age staff should not be allowed to work with kids due to anger issues. Would NOT recommend any school age parents to sign their kids up.
