When it comes down to it the staff is unskilled to handle children. Most of them are too young to even have much experience especially with infants. My son was only a few months when they started and by 8 months they still hadn’t made enough of a connection with him to know his needs. He was only sleeping 25 mins a day and eating less when he attended. We were told that our 8 month old was a problem. Figure that an 8 month old baby is a problem. Needless to say we transferred to another daycare within days and he has 3 naps a day totaling 3 hours and eats so much. I would not recommend this childcare to any parent. Experience is worth the extra money. Also some of the staff have their own kids in the room so they are paying attention to them and not the children attending. This place operates mostly on parents who need government support. I would not recommend any parent enrolling their children or child here.

This is the worst daycare ever. It took me months before I chose to write my review. The director is fake and just care about what’s best best for her staff and not about the parent. (Such a blonde) She is not humanistic and so cold as have the fakest laugh ever. She cares more about the appearance of the school than the care of the kids and if your child have services, they will not accommodate you . The teachers are rude and ruthless and they allow her child to be in the class... what kind of policy is that???? They treat their kids better than any other member. My child would come home hungry everyday to the point where he was so dehydrated that I had to take them to the hospital. I believe they have the role wrong Anna should be running the place not that blind director. The staff smoke cigarettes in front of daycare and some are so insensitive. The worst experience for me and my family. Please Stay away from this daycare they are very manipulative.

My Daughter started attending Childtime when she was 6 months old. We had interviewed about 6 different options ranging from other daycare facilities, home daycares and nannies. When I met with Wendy she was the only one willing to help us out with our flexible schedule. We felt very welcomed and the teachers have ALL been great. My daughter was actually excited to go to school to see her friends, and now being 2 she talks about her day, and always talks about the teachers and how much she loves everyone. She has excelled in her learning and impresses us day in and day out with how much she learns here. She can count to 10 in English and Spanish and using sign language to communicate with us. Childtime has been a Godsend for us. All my worries and reservations about putting her in daycare melted away after the first day. I would recommend Childtime Dorsey Rd to anyone and everyone I know. I have referred people there and I will continue to because you need to have a sense of security and trust in your childs caretakers and I have never been anything less than impressed and pleased with how the Staff at our school handles everything from TLC for boo boos to incident reports to just keeping family updated on current happenings and tons of pictures!WE LOVE THIS PLACE!-Tina Cottorone

I worked at this daycare for a month and I had my child attend as well. It was hell I got hired as a infant assistant teacher and was never in there I was always in the younger toddler room. If I was in the infant room there was only two kids in the older infant room with two teachers most boring 8 hours of my life. If I was in the younger infant room there is two teachers in there who literally complain every single day, talk about the kids and how naughty they are and are very lazy. One teacher actually grabbed a baby out of the bouncer and ripped him out of it cause she was frustrated he wouldn’t stop crying. When I was in the toddler room there was no structure no activities for the children it was literally a free for all play room all day thoughs children learned absolutely nothing and the classroom was so unorganized. The only thing that did happen to thoughs children was they got there diapers changed and we’re fed. I was in the pre school room one day never again the teacher in there was the most laziest woman I have ever met she sat in a chair and screamed at kids the entire day. One child was naughty a lot which all kids are at that age she grabbed him by the shirt by his neck pulled him into her face screamed at him let him go and he smashed his back onto a shelf and cried. There was one teacher in particular who I had a huge problem with as a mother and a co worker he was the absolute worst he is the school age teacher and bounces in the pre k room. He is the most rudest, meanest person ever. He has no idea what to do with children, he yells at them, talks down to them, and if there naughty just sits them down for a long time. My child was in the pre k room and he and I did not like eachother I voiced my opinion as a mother to him with my concerns he totally blew me off and acted like I never came to him as a parent. He then took it out on my child and every time I seen him in pre k my child was always sitting. He seems nice because he flirts with every single parent and has a bond with them just so no one looks into anything suspicious about him how he really treats your children. He slept with the toddler teacher, one of the infant teacher assistant and a parent of the infant classroom. When they all found out at the same time he ended up leaving work for a couple hours didn’t get fired and didn’t get any write ups he was the favorite there by management. His mother works there two and is the assistant teacher in the preschool room all that woman does is get in your kids faces and scream at them the entire day. There was a cps case that ended up happening in the toddler room both toddler rooms because of a lie that went around and by that guy and his mother they called cps all 4 toddler teachers got put on suspension at the exact same time because of a lie. Two toddler teachers were allowed back myself and the other toddler teacher got new jobs because that place was a joke and the lie was so ridiculously false it made me never wanna work with children again. Cps dropped all cases for no evidence because it was all a lie. This daycare is beyond a joke. So parents beware I pulled my child and myself outta here very fast and all of this happened in 1 month. If I could give this place no stars I would.

So I call to set up an appointment to see the center. Have to speak with a call center and cant speak with anyone at the center. They take all of my information including that I am looking for care for my two children. Get there, meet the director who asks for my ID takes all of my information sets up my one son who is with me to play and the shows me her office. Then information me she has room for one of my kids and not the other. Do they really think Im going to sign up only one of my kids?? Why was I not told this on the phone?? So I call to let them know at the call center only to have them claim they dont have a center in Greece, NY. Not going to even consider going back!

My husband and I interviewed 5 daycare facilities and were both excited and relieved to find Childtime. The staff at Childtime is outstanding - they made the transition to a new daycare completely seamless and have always been open and accommodating with any request we have ever had. Our daughter (1 yr old) loves her teachers and friends at daycare, and knowing that she is in such loving hands makes it that much easier to go to work every day! I couldnt imagine leaving her with anyone else.We constantly tell friends and family members how much we love this daycare, and will continue to recommend it to those looking for a place to take their children.

I have been through other daycares and let me tell you I did not come across some very good moments. I have been with Childtime now for 6 years starting with my oldest son, to my middle and my youngest son these wonderful teachers have not let me miss a single moment out of my childrens lives, they take so many pictures and make collages with anything new my children do and that is awesome to me especially because it makes me feel like I was right there with them. My children always have something to bring home and share. Childtime has a great preschool curriculum as well as providing outsourced programs that are offered to the children. My youngest son was potty trained by 2 years old because his teacher made it her every effort to be consistent with him at school like I was at home about him using the potty. The teachers really take the time and care so much about the children it has really been a blessing that I feel my children are safe and are comfortable while Im working and going to school. All the teachers are a huge part in our families life and they all act as if they are one big happy family. I Highly recommend this daycare. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Childtime Learning Center, Dorsey Rd.
