Drop off times vary which is not good for routine with the kids. Never consistent, and sometimes waiting over an hour for my child to get home. Better off just picking her up

Nice enough people but they aren’t consistent. They’re supposed to give you 5 min after your pick up time before they leave, Ive had people leave early all the time. And even if it’s their mistake, you’re the one who has to call to reactive and fix the rides.

Driver is patient with kids during pick-ups and drop offs, willing to wait until another guardian is visible and the child feels secure before leaving, and most importantly is friendly, respectful and conversational. Highly suggested!

Van number is 273, License plate BY85258. I was following behind this van this morning on my way to class around 8:30am, 04/15/2019, and this driver was weaving in and out of traffic, cutting city buses off and many other vehicles, speeding, never once signaled, and had children in the vehicle. All I know is, i wouldnt want my child riding in a vehicle with someone driving so erratically, reckless, and dangerous....Makes the company look pretty bad.

Different driver every day and the scheduled pickup time is rarely adhered too. On time to 35 minutes late.

Way to expensive just for transporting a kid around to or from school or a activity. Prices are ridiculous its unfortunate
